I'm quite disappointed!! I want to like it and support local business. I ordered crawfish and shrimp 1lbs each with 3 seasoning. The only good thing was crawfish fresh. Shrimp is not fresh and the meat was mushy and hard to peel which is the sign that it's old so I told my son to stop eating shrimp and only eat crawfish. The seasoning was all dry seasoning no fresh ingredient flavor was mild not impress. They did not provide lime/lemon or salt/pepper. read more

I went here for my birthday and I have to say this might be my favorite place yet. The service was excellent and the food was just great. Personally I have a bad spice tolerance but I ordered 1 pound of crawfish, clams, shrimp, with fries, potato, and sausage all in Cajun seasoning and it was just so delicious the seasoning reminded me of seafood gumbo I ate it all with my family and I have to say we all ate it no leftovers. It is sad that small businesses like this don't get as much attention It was a very calm environment and for the most part not full. Overall, I have to say you won't regret this place and I would highly recommend this place without a doubt. And after eating we talked with the owner he was very nice and friendly once we were ready to pay it did not turn out expensive. I never go out of my way to make a Yelp review but I absolutely had to for this place. SO DELICIOUS!! I see why everyone has given this spot 5 stars. So many different flavors that blend together perfectly. I've had plenty seafood boils in my lifetime and this has got to be my favorite. The picture I'm listing is all that was left. As you can see, those five fries didn't get eaten due to being so full, not because they weren't delicious. The hospitality was great as well. The owner came out, took our order, made sure we had everything we needed. He has a lot of pride in what he does and he's damn well good at it! He even gave me a ginger ale on the house because I couldn't choose between the various flavors he had. Super nice and considerate. Bathrooms are also very clean and fully stocked. What was ordered: 1.5 lbs of white shrimp with all 3 seasonings + corn, potatoes, and sausage. Medium spice and as someone who LOVES spicy food, this was the perfect level of spice. 1 order of lemon pepper wings 1 side of cajun fries 1 side of lemon pepper fries (yes you should definitely order both) 1 side of steamed rice- perfect for drenching the sauce/seasoning on top off. Ordered 1lb crawfish and 1lb shrimp, all three seasonings on both, spicy on both and added corn and potatoes. Amazing flavor, shrimp and crawfish consistently plump and larger size compared to other places like boiling crab. Even the corn was plump sweet and delicious. I will definitely come back again to try their mussels and scallops. The table has a short back story about how the 2 Vietnamese men named Nam and Kuong, came upon opening up a cajun crawfish restaurant which I thought was cool and welcoming. Nam was the one who took our order and cooked our food. He runs the restaurant by himself now because he shared to us that Kuong had just past away last week. Nam is super friendly and hard working and has a lot of passion in making sure he delivers the best quality and flavors in his food and it shows. First of all I did not complain about the shrimp portion. I know my partner and I got half pound shrimp each. We do the same at boiling crab. I complained about the portion of rice, fries and limes. I mentioned boiling crab because it's a point of reference most people would be familiar with. I could have mentioned that lack of ac, how horrible the restrooms are, how tiny the hall that leads you to the restroom is or the old dirty pepper container that's by that hall which I hope is not being used! How I had to keep on asking for limes, because we only got 4 small wedges the first time and the second time again. I could go on and on but I choose to exclude all that. At the end we ended up paying around $47 for half or less than half the portions of boiling crab and a can of coke. At boiling crab we pay $36 for two half pounds of shrimps, rice, fries, refill soft drink, chicken tenders which include fries as well.
