I had very high hopes based on the reviews here but wow, this was terrible service and at double the price I've paid at better places. I had dry cleaning, shoes to repair, and a bag that needed new zippers. The person at the desk promised to call me with estimates for my shoe repairs but never did. I thought it must be taking a while, but when I went to pick up my dry cleaning, he said they were done. I asked why he didn't call, and he said he did, but didn't leave a message because "no one listens to their voicemail." So I had no idea (and if any of you have Spectrum cell service, you know it's endless spam calls). The re-soling of my shoes was low-quality and the pieces were poorly cut. They were not aligned with the design of the shoes. Two zippers on the backpack were replaced, which cost a little over $200. It was very nicely done. I won't go here again and I'm bummed that it went this way. read more

Needed some Essential shorts hemmed a bit and I was worried because they come with a drop crotch and I didn't want to ruin that by getting them hemmed too short. BUT - they did a great job with alternating to a good length and keeping the shorts aesthetic for me. The only issue I had was that the material was too thick for the sewing machine and it had to be done by hand. The thread is super thin and I am worried about it ripping, but the staff is incredibly accommodating and offered to double it up. I didn't have time to leave it for a couple more days, as I was going out of town, but they let me know I can bring you back at any time to add or to fix if needed - free of charge. We love coming here! The service is always 10/10 everyone is very helpful and when we need some crazy alteration made they can do it! We have brought things ranging from leather goods to a silk skirt. Nothing is to complicated for them! I appreciate that they were able to fix one of my leather bags. Two of the bolts keeping it together fell out and they were able to find the exact ones to fix it. We bring several pieces to get dry cleaned as well so we're happy they can do more than one service. Unfortunately I will not be coming back here. They ruined my expensive shirt and then tried to blame me for it, saying this is what happens when you leave clothes in sun. I took the shirt straight from buying it to the dry cleaners, it was never left in the sun by me. Their store has big windows, so if it was caused by the sun, it happened at their facility. I know for sure it did not look like this when I brought it in, whatever happened it was at their shop, so definitely don't take your expensive clothes here! read more

Brought a very expensive white gown here to be cleaned and it came back completely ruined. Owner offered to pay 10x the cost of cleaning as an apology. That came to about $145 when the dress cost thousands and is completely ruined.
