Horrible customer service!! Took my vehicle in for an estimate last week they weren't even able to print me out an estimate due to it almost being there closing time. I told them that would be fine if i could have it emailed would be great, they assured me I would get it by the next morning. 4 days later i still haven't received an estimate!! Called today to follow up with it spoke to Greg stated he would email to me in next couple mins & still haven't received shit!! Now I know not to ever trust them again with trying to get some work done on my vehicle, they can't even get an estimate done I can only imagine the shitty work they must do! read more

I was sent to Caliber Collision by my insurance carrier. Working w/ them on a rear end bumper repair. Initial bumper repair is not matching side to side. So far so much is unknown other than they're still working with me after a couple of weeks back and forth. I trust that they will come through. Staff go out of their way to explain what can go wrong before they get started and really mark up the car so you don't expect work in any other area than what you came in for. I guess that's standard, but it didn't instill a lot of trust for me. They do try to go above and beyond to be sure the customer is happy; give you rides to work and to rental shop. They are very cordial though, didn't have to wait long for them to start work. After the 2nd attempt to fix the damage, they even brought my car to me at work. The manager is very friendly and nice. Think twice before dropping your car off here. My insurance company highly recommends this place, so that's why I brought my car here. I dropped my car off to get it fixed and when I picked it up I thought they took car of the damage. However, in the process they damaged my hard top. Not only did they damage it, but they decided to cover up the damage with BLACK SHARPIE. I go to get the problem resolved and one of the staff members says he takes full responsibility for not double checking. There are huge communication, integrity, reliability, and trust issues at this Caliber Collision. Be careful I would hate for you to bring your car here and have them try to take advantage of you too! read more

I originally brought my car in at the end of February because a drunk driver totally demolished my right side of my car. I experienced superb, friendly, and fast service then. What really wants me to write this review is I took my car in today because I had no tail lights and my mechanic had no clue what was going on. I thought maybe it had something to due with the accident. I wish I remembered his name (Abraham?) took my car and had three guys combing over the car trying to find the problem. Low and behold, it was a fuse that was hidden in a box that my mechanic missed (these newer cars like things hidden lol). They replaced the fuse for me free and with a smile. This will be my only body shop I will ever use, however I hope I won't need them anytime soon! read more

Warning!!! I had the displeasure of taking my car to this location from a recommendation from State Farm. Paint and Body work was good but the damaged Fuse/Relay Box located in the engine compartment was not replaced even though it was charged to the insurance company. Perhaps an honest mistake I thought when I brought this to the attention of the service consultant. He said it would be taken care of. I later got a call from State Farm saying Caliber had told them I had broken this part and wanted to bill State Farm a second time. State Farm inspected the car and agreed with me the damage was part of the original accident. A very bizarre claim coming from a supposedly reputable business. Not taking back to this location. read more

Caliber Collision did a great job on my car, however, I can't give it a 5 star rating because the receptionist is always so rude. Every time I call, I get short irritable responses from her and she makes the whole experience a lot less pleasant than it otherwise could be. I was amazed by the service I received at Caliber Collision in North Lamar. My repair was started and completed sooner than expected. The best part, though, was what happened after the repair. Caliber had to replace a tire pressure sensor as part of the repair. The day following the repair, a warning light came on to check the tire pressure warning system. When I went back that morning to ask about it, Abraham took care of me right away. Antonio thoroughly looked over the tires and thought the problem was fixed. Later that day, the sensor went off again. I took it back the next day and Antonio recognized me. Whatever else he was planning to do, he stopped and looked at the car right away. He realized my car was missing the reset button and would need to be reset at the dealer. So, he drove it there immediately. When he learned that the dealer would not have the car ready for several hours, Abraham wanted to make sure I had a rental car if needed. I did not need one that morning, so Carlos gave me a ride home. Caliber said they would call me when the car was ready. My husband and I had planned to pick up the car over lunch, but I received a knock on my door before then. They had brought the car to my house- and thrown in the 10,000 mile service! Long story really short, I highly recommend Caliber Collision. I was rear ended in a 4 car collision. I had just bought the car from another private party and there were dents on the driver side prior to me being rear ended. Because the Center Manager, Tyrell Miller, was willing to pop the hood on my car to look for evidence of recent damage from my current wreck he was able to identify fresh signs of the impact to my frame. After Caliber Collision took my car apart for a full assessment for the responsible party's insurance, it was determined that my frame was buckled in the front and back causing my car to be totaled. I was pretty upset because I had just made my 1st payment on that car...but I am very thankful because if Mr. Miller hadn't been willing to inspect the car more closely I would be driving around in a vehicle with compromised safety. read more
