I recently took my vehicle to Caliber Collision after a recommendation from a friend. I came in here a few weeks ago because I had split the lower lip on my front bumper, and when I say split I mean full crack in the middle, part of hanging and scraping the floor... it was pretty messy. Upon dropping it off Raul Munoz gave me my visual estimate but gave me warning it could be higher (which I anticipated as there were other pieces dragging a bit as well). It only took 24 hours to get my car in and dismantled to evaluate further damage, and while the cost was higher it was done in such a quick manner I was thoroughly impressed. Raul and the Caliber Collison team kept me updated the entire time with e-mails, text messages, and phone calls. The price was "high" but the job done was well worth it. Even with ordering parts, the labor costs, and the work time it still took less than 1 week in total! The bumper looks good as new (because it is haha) and the friendliness was great. The woman even working at the front desk greeted me by name. I hopefully will not need to come back for any car repairs, but if I do it will definitely be here! read more

My vehicle ended up here as it was recovered from being stolen. My insurance company uses this place so I didn't know anything about this company it was pleasantly surprised! The one thing that I loved is that they started an interactive chat with us to get keep us updated on the repair progress, and also to check in with us. Horrible service. Took our car here after an accident and they put in used parts without informing us for the repair. If something is broken you can take it up with your insurance. The second we turned the car in the muffler was loose and making a loud noise and Armando tried to say it's just wear and tear but he will let the insurance know. The professionalism displayed by the mechanics ranged from the attention to detail finish with the paint job to them giving the interior and exterior of my car a quick wash and vacuum. We had a very stressful time a couple of weeks ago when my wife got rear-ended by someone in Newport Beach... The back of the car was completely smashed in... Very frustrating when that happens because somebody was just following too close and not paying attention... luckily the insurance company for the guy took the blame and they referred us over to Caliber Collision on North Poplar . The service representative took care of us was a charming young lady named Justine. Justine did a great job explained to us what needed to be done and how long it was going to take... And wouldn't you know they got it done even faster than they promised? We were told it could take up to 10 business days and they got back to us in half that time! not only that but it looks and drives absolutely fantastic! The folks over there run a heck of an operation... They know the nature of you being there that you're going to be stressed out and they are super patient and kind! I can't really speak to their prices since the insurance company handled all that... But they made it super convenient for us. Was very informative with all my concerns. He helped make the finishing process very smooth and kept me informed as things progressed.
