From the moment I dropped off my car for repairs my experience was more than pleasant. The inside of their building is nicely maintained and even during the holidays the gals in the front decorated the area. I dealt mainly with Dana. She kept me informed of the work to be performed by text and a phone call. She sent me pics of the damages. There was some extra work that went into getting to the bottom of my cars undercarriage damage, which I appreciate they took the time until they were fully satisfied with their results and knew it was safe for me to pick up my car. Not only does that prove that they do good repair work but they also have my best interest in my safety. To me that gets 10 stars. I have car rental coverage through LM with Enterprise, which is located around the corner on Curtner Ave. Dana phoned Enterprise and within 10 minutes or so a driver was there to pick me up and take me to their Curtner location. Once my car was ready to be picked up, I drove my rental to Caliber Collision and Dana phoned Enterprise to come an pick it up. left my car rental in their parking lot and thought wow, they make this so easy and convenient. I had minor damage on my front left fender area and had an insurance claim appointment. After speaking with General Manager Justin Bliss he figured most of the damage was tire marks on the fender with minor scuffs on the plastic liner. He told me he would buff it out for free. I took the car to the back and they worked on it for less than 15 minutes and I was out. He also offered to change my plastic liner which had minor scratches if I buy the replacement part. My car is dropped at the shop, did all the evaluations, Robbie or Rani (not sure) and Kevin who is working on my car forgot to submit it to Geico. I dropped the car on 01/28 and today is 03/02 it is not done yet. The guy told me to call Geico to tell them that I approve for Caliber Collision to go ahead and repair, so I did, but Geico said I don't have to call them. Then, again, the parts got delayed, it's not caliber's fault I understand this The front desk, Maria (or Maya) I called to ask for the time that I can pick up the car at 9:00 AM on 03/02, she promised to call me back to let me know, now it's 3PM, she did not call me back, I have to go to the office to find out. I was there at 3:30, now they told me the car will be done at 5 or 5:30 . 5 or 5:30 I asked? However, the link is texted to my phone said the expected pick up is at 2:11PM. The picked up was on Wednesday 03/02 Everything looks good, the car is clean, they clean it, I'm satisfied until I started to drive, I realized there is something wrong with the door, the front passenger door and right rear passenger door ( the one got repaired) you can hear the wind sounds differently while driving the car. The right rear passenger door (the one got vandalized and repaired) they didn't do a good job, they push the back door too much to the front leads to the front right passenger door can't be open easily and left some scratches and sounds when you open it ( I took the video and sent to one of you guys, I hope he takes a look) so when you close all doors, and start to drive, locally okay, you wouldn't notice. On free way you started to hear noise of winds and the vibration. Is this safe? I don't know! They're still opening the store and fixing/repairing cars. The back lights are broken, it wasn't when I dropped it off otherwise, it'd be in the estimate of record, I also have the picture when I dropped it off. I think they're not gonna do anything for me, at least I speak up. This shop seems like not responsible including the Geico guy, so I'm not hoping they fix it (cause if they're doing their good job, there is not such a mistake) they're not skilled enough, they are not going to do anything, as a customer you just have to be careful to choose where to fix your car, this shop Geico recommended, I trusted Geico. And I will make it work if noone does anything. This car is bmwx4 it's expensive for me, it might not expensive compared to a lot of luxury cars out there, but it's still my car that I go to work and pay for it. You guys have no ethics of working or doing your job. I will see how are they going to do. Maybe nothing. read more

I usually do not write testimonials for individuals who in reality are just doing their jobs and getting paid for it, but once in a while extra effort is needed to ensure customer satisfaction and that is the reason for my writing this letter. I had a deer strike in my 2019 E300 Mercedes and took the vehicle to Caliber Collision to have it repaired. When I was told the vehicle had been repaired and was ready for pick-up, I was dismayed to find that the repairs were not done to my satisfaction. Justin Bliss stepped in to address my concerns and noted them. The vehicle was re-scheduled for repairs once the needed parts had arrived. Justin kept in constant contact with me for the three days that my vehicle was back in for repairs. The repairs were completed on the expected date and completed with 100% satisfaction, but there's more to the story: One of my concerns after the initial repair was completed was the alignment of the front driver side headlight and the upper lamp viewing line when the headlights are viewed from inside the vehicle and looking at the upper illumination line across the illuminated object (wall, landscape, hillside). These headlights when viewed in this manor will have (from the driver's seat) an irregular upper line that is quite jagged to say the least, it is not a smooth linear line as you would expect. Justin was understanding in that this did indeed look irregular, so he set up a demo for me. As agreed, I picked up my vehicle at night so we could discuss the headlight illumination concern. Justin positioned another similar vehicle in front of a blank wall and turned on the headlights. My vehicle was then pulled up next to this vehicle and the headlight illumination was compared between the two vehicles. They were the same once repaired/corrected. The alignment issue had been corrected and Justin went above and beyond to verify that the headlights were now correctly repaired, and the irregular headlight illumination line is normal for this vehicle. I appreciative Justin taking the extra time out of his day, (it was way past 5pm on Friday at this point) to set up this demonstration. Having been in the automotive business for over 30 years, and produced several show vehicles that have won awards, I am very familiar with vehicle construction and had my doubts about the headlight illumination issue. This issue has been remedied courtesy of the demonstration. To sum this up: Not everything goes as planned in life (hitting a deer was certainly not in my plans nor the injury I'm sure the deer suffered. Unfortunately, I do not know what became of the deer as there was no safe place to pull over and check on the deer. (Hwy 17 at night in an area of construction)). It is said that the measure of a man is determined by how he handles his affairs. I would like to give Justin Bliss a shout out and give him a 10 out of 10 in representing Caliber Collision and ensuring the work that was done on my vehicle was completed to nothing less than the condition it was purchased in as a new vehicle from the Mercedes dealership. Justin, you handled your affairs with nothing less than complete professionalism! I can't say thank you enough as I truly love driving this vehicle and it once again, brings me nothing but sheer joy everytime I get behind the wheel. My issue was with customer service I was given over the labor day weekend. I decided that the hassle and money to pay up front to have my car fixed was probably not worth it so I emailed the the generic email I was given with my reply. During the week a woman named Terrie replied to me through text from no reply number and was very curt and rude in how she responded. I have since deleted the messages so I can not quote exactly what she said but it was extremely unprofessional to the point where I regretted the entire ordeal. Long story short she aggressively told me what the consequences would be if I did not follow through with getting serviced by them. She was telling that I would have to pay for the car being taken apart and also I would need to get it towed since they would not reassemble it even though they took it apart. When I called her out on being unprofessional her attitude was basically "well I just told you the facts and since you won't change your mind I will transfer you to someone else". This was extremely rude and discouraging but being in hard place I went through with the repair. On top of that, the guy they transferred me to called me Friday afternoon around 3pm and asked if I wanted to pick the car up today. I said but what time since you still have to replace the bumper? He said oh right around closing time like 5pm. He sounded extremely unsure that they could do it by then so I just told him I can pick it up Monday. Thinking I could pick it up as soon as they opened Monday morning since he said it would be done Friday afternoon. I call them Monday morning at 730am and they told me you can come at 12pm and pick your car up. I had already taken off work to arrange this expecting my car to be ready at that time. It was a total inconvenience and waste of time. So how would I have been able to pick my car up Friday afternoon?? read more
