Salvador and Maria were very pleasant to work with throughout the repair process and always had a smile on their face. I was in an accident a few months back. This shop was highly recommended to me by a close friend so I checked w/ my insurance to make sure it was on their list of approved shops. The day I got the approval I called and Caliber Collision staff scheduled my vehicle to be picked up the same day! They arrived promptly and professionally to pick up my car and made me feel comfortable leaving it in their care. The damage to my car was extensive when they got it, so it did take a little while for me to get my car back to me, but to my surprise, I was given consistent updates from the minute they took my car to the day they delivered my car back home to me! Their courteous, professional and understanding staff, established and maintained great communication with me throughout the entire process, which kept me stress and worry-free! Caliber Collision did a wonderful job on fixing a large scratch on the side of my car. They originally quoted a 5 day repair window and were done in 4! The car looks good as new, you can't see that there was ever any damage. All the staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. They kept me updated throughout the whole process which was very nice. I told them I hope I never have to see them again (because that would mean car problems), but they were so wonderful that I really wouldn't mind. I walked in because my brz had some front lip damage. There were some paint chips from the previous owner and me learning how low the car really is =___\. Well anyways I walked in sad about the chips and they really brightened my day. They took a look at my car, gave a great quote, and that was it. Miguel dealt with my case but the whole staff was great. While I was waiting for the paper work the staff was continually joking with me, making sure I wasn't bored, and they even offered me a cupcake! After asking 3 times if I had wanted water, I gave in the 4th time after eating that delicious cupcake. They also have really good popcorn. Miguel gave me constant updates on my car and I got in back in about two days. I was surprised how fast it was. Overall, great customer service. This place used to be good because we used their expertise 3 times already. But our last experience was quite negative because it seems they've lost their professionalism. I remember each time the staff came out to do the estimate, she always carried an iPad and taking photos and using whatever app on it to complete her task. But this time the girl came out using just her phone taking pics and then asking us to set an appointment for the repair right after without even telling us what the estimate would be. I know times are tough these days and everybody is eager for businesses, but you shouldn't have to be that eager that you skipped steps. And after asking about her estimate we found out that they were going to repair the crumbled dent on the fender of our brand new car still having dealer plate instead of replacing it. Had we not asked I think we would have run into an unpleasant surprise. I called the insurance requesting them to replace the fender instead of repairing it and they told me they only do what the shop recommended. I turned around asking her to change it to replacement instead of a repair but she vehemently refused. On the previous repairs that we had here, two of them had about the same amount of damages but they were both replaced: a bumper and a grill. And I believe they cost more than this fender. Yet, regardless of cost because the insurance had said they'll go with the shop's estimate, I asked for a replacement because it's a brand new car but she refused. They are not listening to me as a client. So, think twice before you patronize this business as it could happen to you. read more

I called in the morning to make an appointment for an estimate. When I called in the morning the lady was able to fit me an appointment that same morning. I go in and asked to be seated. Under 5 minutes the guy comes out and we both walk outside to look at the damage on my truck. After showing him the damage, he says give me your keys and I'll go see what I can do. So he takes my truck to the back and comes out in about 5 minutes. I walk out to see my truck and just like Magic the scrapes and paint lines are gone. I asked him how much I owe, he said nothing. The person that helped me was Nema, the General Manager. I thank you again for your random act of kindness. I thought I was going to walk out with an extra expensive estimate for repairs. I was looking to spend a chunk of money to get my truck repaired. I will definitely refer people that I come across looking for a body shop to get repairs done to him. This shop can be trusted as I have experience first hand. God really has sent me to the right body shop to get help on my truck. This body shop is the go to body shop in the Bay Area. Totally impressed with the customer service here! I went in to get an estimate on fixing the driver side mirror of my car since it was hit and popped out of place.
