The salads are full of different ingredients and I can say it's hard to eat the whole thing. The sides are varied and all good. I have always been going to this location but I've decided to finally leave a review because this place 99% consistently meets my expectations. The only time I've been disappointed is when I ordered to-go recently and they forgot to give me plastic silverware (which led to me using my straw as a fork, but hey you do what you gotta do). So on the to good stuff... right now with COVID, precautions that are in place are that you line up outside to make your order and you wait outside. Since the rep taking orders has a portable card reader, I don't believe they are taking orders with cash right now. Reps are masked and gloved and the entire store is used as a placeholder for the food orders waiting to be picked up. Everything seems streamlined and I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes to get my chinese chicken salad. Also a note, if you want to sub out any ingredients in the chinese chicken salad, it's a 1.00 extra. For those with allergies/sensitivities, be aware that it has gluten (white spiral pasta and crunchy fried chinese noodles) as well as sliced almonds. I don't know the ingredients of the dressing, but I'm pretty sure it's a soy, ginger, orange juice mix (or at least that's what it tastes like--- and we used to make a similar tasting salad dressing at Tokyo Steakhouse). Anyways, love this location for it's consistency in food quality and customer service. It's a convenient place for CSUN students, because it's technically walking distance from one of the CSUN parking lots. CCC is also nearby to a bunch of other food places (Pizza, Poké, Panda, Teriyaki bowls) and Boba , in case you're with someone who wants to eat something else. I hate the parking situation though. You have to compete for parking with all the nearby eateries. Something special that happened recently is they gave free chicken! It's only happened once, but I thought that was cool! It didn't taste or smell old (was a worry of mine). They must've just had a lot extra. This was in the middle of the weekend, mid-day, so I couldn't figure out the reason. I was pleasantly surprised to receive it though since the cashier who gave me my order didn't mention anything about it.
