Worst buying experience ever. The tactics used in this sale by the sales person and Camping World are very high pressure and dishonest. I found an RV I liked and told them all about my trade. When I went in to your office to discuss, I was insulted and told I did not tell you the truth twice, once they had me rattled they pushed the manager in front of me to sigh some papers I was left feeling beat up and worn out on this whole deal. In our conversation Michelle told me that I gave you bad information about the year of the Motor Home and I know I did not. Michelle also said I told her my son was fixing the awning and I know I did not. These two things she used to beat me up on the price of the motor home. Then you told me the NAIDA value of my motor home was $9000 and it is not. I looked it up, I am a smart person and am very insulted that Michelle insinuated that I told a lie and then followed it up with her own lie. Terrible sales tactics. Once Michelle did all this she rushed a :manager" in and had me sign the deal in a very high pressure style. This has been a terrible experience. I bought a new XLR nitro toy hauler everyone was nice during the time of the purchase, recently went in because one of my jacks was not retracting, went in to parts desk and they were complete assholes, just starred at me as if I was stupid, once I finally asked if they can help me didn't even give me a chance to explain the problem and said I have to go to service and that they were closed for the weekend, horrible customer service, If I would've known this from the beginning I would've never purchased from here. i bought a Cedar Creekfrom Avondale Caming world in October 2022. it was delivered with missing shower door handle and with a broken screen door handle. They had to orde the parts. we received a call in January that they were sending them out. Never received a call back . Talk to someone on Friday September 15 and Teresa was researching it and was going to call me back. Never got a call back. it's exhausting dealing with this companies service department. I see why now they have a barely 2 star rating. What is incredible is that the Celebrity called the profit owns this business.He has show that goes to struggling businesses to improve their business. Where do I start?! First, if you're in a hurry and not wanting to read this in its entirety- GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR SALES & SERVICE!! From the head of the service department down to the Service Advisors- you will find rude, uncaring uneducated people who do not value their relationship with their customer base nor your property. We own a 2012 Jayco Pop-up Tent Trailer. It is in excellent condition- we Baby our trailer as we truly enjoy our camping! We had a recall item that required repair. Upon calling Jayco regarding this necessary recall repair- we were advised to take our trailer to Camper World of Avondale for the repair. We had no prior relationship with Camper World- but followed their instructions and made arrangements to drop off our pop-up for repair. Our Service Advisor was rude and pompous from the get go. He scoffed at our dropping off a "Tent Trailer" and must have stated that they "don't do much with tent trailers, only real trailers" about 6 times in the 10 minutes I was with him. We were told that our repair would require an overnight stay. A week went by- no update, no phone call. I called and was given an advisor who said they would get it done that day. Upon picking our trailer up, no one went over any repairs- the desk attendant called the lot attendant who parked our trailer in an accessible stall and left. Upon seeing our trailer we noted the canvas tent part that should've been neatly tucked within the hard shell of the trailer was puffed out all sides. This has the potential to RUIN the canvas. I went in to seek help- there was none to be had. Finally A man came from the back- another service flunky and his exact words after my being introduced to him were, " so what's YOUR problem?" Are you serious? This is how you treat a customer that has been wronged and is coming to you for help?! Wow. Our battery was dead- and no offer was made to correct our smooshed canvas. We were advised to go home, plug in the trailer and fix it ourselves. Again- wow! Someone could not bring out a battery or tow it to a bay to correct THEIR ERROR? When we got home and extended the trailer so we could inspect the canvas and ultimately store it correctly- we noticed that our exterior door was dislodged and now broken, again from being improperly handled by Camper World- as well as our smaller trailer door had its weather stripping destroyed from sitting with the weight of the improperly closed canvas on it. After making several calls and then an email to the manager, we agreed to take our tent trailer back for repairs. Again- this took more time than we initially agreed to. Again when we picked up our trailer we had canvas peeking out of the trailer- which means someone again didn't take their time. Again when we picked up our trailer no one greeted us- went over repairs- NOTHING. We were not compensated for our loss of time, gas, NOTHING. NEVER did I receive an apology or any form of kindness. Do yourself a favor- go to Little Dealers or La Mesa or anywhere else. These people do not value you, or your propery read more

Hello friends I want to share with you and experience I had at Camping world Finance Avondale Arizona. I just relocated to Tonopah Arizona from California and I did it in style I purchased a 2022 Thor four winds, 28A. The sale took about three days for delivery and preparation but all in all it was a good experience. JR what is my sales rep excellent no pressure support from beginning to end. Then there was Christie in finance she made it pretty smooth I didn't exactly agree with some of the extended warranty issues but I took most of it anyway we'll see as time goes on how that works. And then the best of all was Steve O.... I believe he was the maintenance mechanic who showed me everything about my RV that I needed to know to make it run like a top, Steve O took the time to explain everything it was a great experience as well he's very knowledgeable patient. Later on I had a few short issues I called Michelle she was excellent she got right to the point understood what my problem was and fixed it for me over the phone folks are great. Camping World of Avondale called the police on me! I bought a brand new, 2021 Ford Transit Cargo Van 6 months ago, and am working on building it into a camper. I wanted to ask Camping World of Avondale what their fee is for installing both 600 watts of solar (that I already bought), as well as my Maxfan (also already bought). I was parked on the street for a few hours before going in (was attending to work tasks on my phone). And all of a sudden, at 5pm, a cop knocks on my door! He said Camping World called them to complain about a woman in her van. I never even got out of the van. Nor did I litter, or do anything of the sort. The cop said Camping World owns the street. I'M SHOCKED. I planned to hire them to install my items, now I'm running away from this horrible place. Just wow. What a dark (re: the people) place. read more

I had my Jeep prepared for flat towing, pricey but worth it. They called and said it was ready. When we got there we were told our service person was at lunch. Waited about an hour. I had a couple of conversations with Mike Turner, badge said parts manager.This guy is the rudest prick you will ever encounter. DO NOT HAVE YOUR RV SERVICED HERE! Bottom line up from: Worst service I have ever experienced anywhere I'm not even sure where to start with this place. We made an appointment to have some work done on our RV. Our generator was having an issue, there was a small piece broken on the toilet, we wanted to have the interior slide seals replaced as they had been torn out, and a few other small things. Our RV was under warranty, so it was only going to cost us a small deductible to have everything done. We made the appointment for mid February or somewhere around there, with the intent that we would have it back a few weeks later as we had plans to go on a couple trips. Our service representative was Michelle. The day we dropped off the RV she was very friendly and assured us that it would be completed in approx. I week, and I quote "Two weeks at the most". Additionally, I asked if we needed to take the food out of the fridge and freezer, she replied that as long as the fridge was on propane power it shouldn't matter, and that she "wouldn't worry about it". It was only going to be there at most 2 weeks after all. Well, two weeks came and went. We were told one more week. It came and went. We called, several times a week. Almost never got in contact with anyone, sometimes our calls were returned, sometimes they were not. But anytime we actually talked to Michelle she would give us conflicting information from what she had told us in other conversations. Twice we went in to get some things out of the RV. They gave us the keys to open it, which apparently wasn't necessary, because both times ALL OF THE DOORS WERE LEFT UNLOCKED. Also, we found that they had killed the battery, so the fridge was off. Food in our refrigerator and freezer had been left to sit in the heat when we were assured it'd be fine to leave it! Finally, after 6 WEEKS! It was ready for us to pick up. Now that we had missed going on two of our planned trips. I drive the RV home, put out the slides, start checking it out, and immediately I realize HALF OF WHAT THEY WERE PAID TO DO WAS NEVER DONE, AND THEY HAD BROKEN OTHER THINGS THAT PREVIOUSLY HAD BEEN FINE! INCLUDING THE TELEVISION IN THE BEDROOM! The TV, and a panel under the bunk bed were broken. The generator now worked, but it rattled like crazy, which it never had before. And the slide seals were not replaced, though they listed on our bill 5 labor hours to replace them. We took the RV back in. This time though we went straight to the service manager George. He assured us that they would fix everything and make it right. But no offer of a free RV wash or oil change, or any offer whatsoever to compensate us for the terrible service up until this point. But whatever, I thought. As long as they fix what they've done. I told them I would be picking it up in two more weeks and it had better be done by then. So we missed out on taking our RV on yet another trip so they could fix their mistakes. The day comes and I go back to Camping World of Avondale for my RV. This time I inspect the RV before I go anywhere, and guess what. STILL, THINGS ARE NOT DONE. The seals that were supposed to come in, still not installed. The TV they broke? Still broken. Michelle wasn't in the day I picked up the RV and no one could tell me what the deal was. But I was told that the TV was not repaired or replaced because, according to the service manager George Gilbert, "We just don't break TVs here". Well, George, you're going to tell me with a straight face, that your service department tells lie after lie, barely knows their way around a screwdriver, avoids speaking with the customer, breaks paneling and generator mounts, tries to sneak in extra charges on the bill hoping the customer wont catch it, and leaves customer vehicles unlocked, but you don't break TVs? YEAH RIGHT. I have filed a complaint through Good Sam and will be discussing the matter with the warranty company. DO NOT HAVE YOUR RV SERVICED HERE. read more

I purchased my 2020 Keystone Bullet crossfire in June 2022. I was so excited to have finally gotten brave enough as a woman to purchase my 25 foot trailer! I've only been able to take the trailer out three times since my purchase. The first time was over July 4 weekend after first, purchasing the trailer. We went to Lake Havasu. It was 115° outside so we had hot water. I didn't think anything about the water heater not working. The second time I took my trailer out was in January 2023. It was raining and cold. Neither, my heater, nor hot water heater were working. When got home, I tried to do some research and check mechanically to see why the hot water heater and heater were not working. I did find there was no fuse in place for the heater.I put in a new fuse. My plan was when I took the trailer out for a week over Memorial weekend, would really be able to go through things. Once ,I got the trailer connected, I found even though I put a new fuse, my heater still was not heating. I have not been able to use the outside stove because I could not get the propane to the stove to turn on. I had no hot water. While I was at my RV resort, I called out a mobile tech. I informed him I wanted him to check why I didn't have hot water and also check why the outside stove was not turning on. As far as the outside stove, it appears that the cable adapter they included is not even the right adapter. As far as the water heater. It was found there was no power to the water heater. We had to take the mattress off the bottom bunk, unscrew the plywood to be able to crawl into look at the water heater. When the tech did that it was immediately noticed the wires had been deliberately cut. That's why I did not have hot water. The tech told me during the walk through they inspected it. It was fine and should not give me any problems for a while. Obviously that is not the case. Had the water heater actually been inspected they would have found there was no power. Probably would've discovered the wires have been cut. I spent $225 that day to have the tech repair it. Labor cost was a little higher being that it was over memorial weekend . My concern is did Camp World actually inspect the trailer thoroughly as they told me they did? Obviously, that is not the case. What I have learned about Camp World is they just want your money. Also, when I bought the trailer, the two back tires were almost totally bald. I had mentioned it to my salesman, one of the managers actually went out with a ruler to check the tires to measure the tread. They did not want to replace tires if they absolutely did not have to. I will give them credit they did replace those two tires. My issue right now is that I put a call into Camp World to speak to the service manager one week ago. I have not had a return call. I was asked by the receptionist if I wanted to hold for the sales manager, but she told me there was already somebody else that had been holding for 20 minutes already. I did get a return call from the gal that makes appointments. I don't know why they had her call me back if she wasn't going to be able to answer any of my questions. I basically just had to restate my story all over again. I am very disappointed with Camp Worlds follow up customer service after spending over $30,000 to buy a trailer. I am not sure if I will be doing any future business with Camp, World in the future. You have lost my respect as being a trusting community business. This is not the way to treat your customers if you hoping for our repeat business. if you want to know why your customers are not returning please reread this statement. IF I could give zero stars I most definitely would. AVOID this place at all cost!!! Or it will cost you. Turned our 5th wheel in for warranty work on November 1st or 2nd of 2020 they stated work would most definitely be completed by the time we had to leave for a job in Pennsylvania 2/14(ish) 2021 (when working for Nuclear Power Plants dates are always changing). But they had plenty of time to do the small amount of work that needed to be done. But NO I kept emailing and calling and then I found out that the warranty company hadn't received any warranty paperwork until 01/10/2021, so now I know that this isn't going to be ready, yet he still insisted it would UNTIL he found out that the parts needed would take 2 plus weeks to get to them (or that is what he said) Now at this time I have to search for a place in PA for a short term furnished rental that takes dogs... Oh yeah let me tell you how hard that is, VERY. After about a week of looking we found a place that had ONE unit coming up, so we had to rent site unseen on an apartment and pay massive amounts of money because NO ONE followed through on their end. SO now we are leaving to PA and get a call after we have been traveling for ever and they tell me to come pick up the trailer. HA HA HA... Well sir this isn't going to happen, I told you several times that we HAD to be gone on a certain day and no later. I stated we are no longer in town and that we will not be home until the end of Sept 2021 or even longer depending on the job. So it was stored. Now the time has come to pick up our trailer and we get it over to storage I go inside (After paying nearly $1,000.00 for repairs and shipping cost on warranty items) thats weird right? So now I go inside of the 5th wheel and guess what I paid for trim to be replaced that had fallen off, right... WELL NOTHING was nailed back in place but the paperwork clearly stated work is complete. I have called Brian Coover (Manager of service whom I have dealt with the entire time as well as his boss George Gilbert and no one has returned my call. I have attached pictures for them to see that nothing is completed. Oh then there is an LED light in the front warranty replacement, it isn't replaced either, how weird is this? They got paid good money and nothing was done. Nearly 1 year in their possession. Ok now the good part. We bought a 5th wheel because we work 1/2 of the year traveling for work at different nuclear Power plants and this is a way for us not to rent places short term. So now we are paying for a short term rental, furniture rental, bought dishes, pots pans, etc... as well as electric, water, cable all because Camping world could do work they promised to be done. SO now I am contacting an attorney to see about getting all of our out of pocket expenses returned to us. IF they had the 5th wheel ready we would NEVER have had these expenses. Even the ones where we had to pay for 5 days of hotel/VRBO places because we normally pull into a KOA and sleep in our own trailer. SO beyond frustrated!!! read more

If I could give no stars, I would. We dropped our 5th wheel off for an appointment with Brian C. on 11/02/2020 for extended warranty repairs. We made it VERY clear that we MUST have our 5th wheel back by mid Feb 2021 as we will be working in Pennsylvania. We purchased our trailer to stay in while working all over the country. As this makes it easy on us and it is much cheaper too. I was led to believe this would not be a problem. Well, I received an email on 11/03/2020, a response to my email listing which repairs I would like to go ahead with, since they charge a diagnostics fee for anything you have them looking into for warranty work I eliminated some. SURE TAMMY, TICKET ASSIGNED TO TECH. PLEASE SEND ME A NEW LIST AND I WILL GET BACK TO YOU ON DIAG COSTS. AGAIN DIAG IS TO START IF CONCERNS ARE COVERED EXTENDED WARANTY TAKES CARE OF REPAIRS. THANK YOU BRIAN I did go through the list he sent and removed some things, therefore less work. I responded this on 11/04/2020: Sorry, this went to my junk folder. Please have them check fireplace, molding under washer and dryer slide, battery, ladder, I believe it is the grey tank valve, slide (gears broken when slides in/out) or jumps if it does. Molding above bedroom slide that covers LED lights and kitchen floor. Ok, now that was NOVEMBER 04, 2020 and I never heard back until Jan 15th 2021, stating approved items and not approved item and cost of everything. On the 15th of January 2021 I received an email with estimate, it didn't add up so I called and spoke with Brian. He said he would get things ordered and hopefully they will get here in time... UMMMM NO! THIS CANNOT HAPPEN! It is now Feb 1st and still no answers. ( I did email him on status on 01/27/2021 and asked. Hey Brian, I am checking in on the trailer, I am starting to stress a little. We leave in approximately 2 weeks (maybe less) and need our trailer to be ready. Can you send me an update on the trailer please? Thank you! Tammy With no real answers I had to contact several apartments in Pennsylvania (Just in case) to see what was available furnished and short term (nearly impossible) but I found one this will cost us nearly $2,000.00 a month rent BECAUSE Camping World STILL hasn't started on our 5th wheel! Not only this but our forever warranty MUST have the annual inspection done (due to cost we take it somewhere else) and we won't be able to have that done in time either, because Camping World has failed to complete the 5TH wheel. Who now is going to call our forever warranty and tell them we are not able to have the inspection that needs to be done? Therefore, the customer had to leave for PA without their trailer for a 6-month job and will have business in WA to tend to before coming home to AZ sometime August/September. Now who is going to take care of that? See, if it isn't done, we lose our warranty... And they ask you to PAY for diagnostics on things that are clearly broken? IE: the ladder bottom, broken off, they charge diagnostics for that? What did they do? Look at it and say YEP that's broken, now... Cha Ching??? I mean NO other company has charged us a diagnostics fee for anything... I feel as though they are getting away with robbery. Now if things change and they somehow come through for us, I will update this review and rating, but as of right now, I don't see that happening. Had to take my travel trailer in for warrenty work. It was like no one wanted to help me I had waited over a month for my appointment. Then was told i was 10 days early. Made me feel crazy. I offcourse got upset. i want to speak to the big boss who was i a meeting but i was determined. I waited. With in a half hour the receptionist came and advised me that i would be taken care of. She took me to the different departments and intrduced me. And made the arrangements. I was impressed with how she defussed the situation. Her professionlisn was outstanding. To be honest the best person i have worked with in along time. Customer satifation and service are gone. Attitudes are terrible. My husband and I walked in Sunday (4/2/23) afternoon to Camping World in Avondale. My husband and I just started our shopping adventure on buying a travel trailer for the 1st time. This was the 2nd place we walked into on Sunday (we went to a total of 3 different places). We were given a sales representative named Michelle. Michelle walked us into her office/cubicle and sat us down and asked what we were looking for. We told her a 25-27 foot travel trailer and looking to spend around 25k. Michelle states "we don't have anything that size for that price" then the next thing that comes out of her mouth is "is your credit over 800?". Which I find is really odd. This is the 2nd question that comes out of your mouth, really! My husband and I do have excellent credit and our credit is in the low 800s but since when is the 700s not good enough for good credit? I honestly think she profiled us right away! Then all the sudden Michelle states "we have 2 on the lot for you too look at in that price range and size". So she walks us to the 1st one, which we didn't like and then she walks us to the 2nd one. My husband and I looked at it for about 10 minutes and we told her, we were going to keep looking at other RV places since we just started our adventure on looking for trailers. Michelle says "but why? "Why is this one not good enough for you?". So we explain to her all over again "we just started shopping for trailers and we want to look to see what is out there". She says "well you can walk around, but this is all we have, and good luck"! If and when we buy a travel trailer it would not be from Michelle! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATION OR ANY CAMPING WORLD! The worst customer service you can experience from the store manager and an even bigger joke of a service department! We purchased a brand new trailer from here in August and it's been in the shop 53 DAYS OF THE 80 DAYS THAT WE HAVE OWNED IT! It's a lemon of a trailer and the general managers response was," well it's just part of owning a trailer." Maybe a used one but not a brand new one off their lot! When I called corporate I got the same bs response and that it's all under warranty," what was I looking to get out of this?" These clowns don't stand behind anything they sell from corporate down to the idiot that's the store manager now. When we first took our trailer in for warranty work they told us it would be 10-14 days from start to finish. No big deal I checked it in well before our scheduled trip at the end of September. I received a call on day 11 or 12 saying they hadn't even looked at it yet but they'll probably get to it by the following Monday, day 14 or 15. It was there for a little over 3 weeks and NOTHING HAD BEEN FIXED ON IT! I had to pick it up to go on our trip. While on our trip the grey tank was still leaking and the campsite we were staying at thought it was the black tank. They were threatening to kick us out and call the health department until I explained it was our grey tank and it was already in the shop and still wasn't fixed. On top of that the slide out wouldn't come out but when we dropped it off it worked just fine. So after our trip I brought it back in and explained the new issues that had occurred while on our trip, which were all under warranty. Service said it would be an additional 10-14 days for them to even look at the new issues while still trying to address the original issues. The trailer has been there since October 4th, we're going on 4 weeks now and nobody has called me to give me any update on it. I had to call Camping World last week after 3 1/2 weeks there to see what was going on and I was told probably this week. Here we are with the week almost over and no call with any updates. We were originally thinking of trading it in and getting a bigger one, different manufacturer, and spending even more money here thinking they'd work with us given all the issues we've had. The managers response to that idea was," you're gonna lose money since it's going from new to used. Just part of it." The idiot refused to work with us at all and it was like we were just a nuisance to his day. If we're gonna lose money on anything it won't be here! We have family that have had the same trailer for 10 years and haven't had the amount of issues we've had with our brand new one! Crap service from corporate down to the store level! I agree with the other reviewers, i would have given a zero if only it were possible. We bought a new brand new NexusRV TSC motorhome in first week of August 2022. We were provided a "We Owe you list" which included some basic things like rips in the sofa, scratches on Microwave, rear and side cameras not working, bathroom door warped needed replacement, cabinets hardware missing/mis-aligned etc. they were promised to be fixed... After we checked in couple of weeks later they clarified the list is with the manufacturer for warranty. come November right before thanksgiving we took the RV in to get the service items done and also additionally we had a new list to be looked at fixed as part of the RV 1 year warranty which included things like the cabin leaking , diesel tank leaking (this was noted when we originally bought the rv but was brushed off saying the diesel probably spilled), bed broke, entrance step came off, microwave door spring broke and would not stay shut. We were told only some of the items from the "We owe you list is covered" and i was asked by the GM to do what i can since they made their effort to get it covered under warranty and manufacturer wouldn't approve. All given the RV was not exactly usable so we had to leave it at the dealership. After leaving the RV for over a month into Jan 23 we checked in only to be told the original approved repairs were not yet complete since they had wrong parts and they had asked these to be re-shipped from manufacturer. (this was after 2 months of leaving the RV at the dealership). they said these would all be taken care of soon and the service rep promised to call in the next week or so with timelines. Come Feb third week of Feb 23 we called in to see when we are getting the RV back and the Sales rep tells us he wasn't sure so he checks the status and then tells us they got the parts which they promised to fix by the end of that week (Feb 24th) also they haven't yet started looking at the service items they were asked to file the warranty claim for (This is after 3 months of the brand new RV being with them). We called the manufacturer and the manufacturer tells us most the the original claims from the "We Owe you " list were declined because they were serviced by the dealership while the dealership was attempting to sell the RV and these are claims they thought was already paid to the dealer for. Called again on march 2nd with no response, march 3rd again and the service Rep now tells me they are not able to fix the Rip on the sofa and he also tells me they have still not worked on my RV also claims he told me to take the RV home since its usable when we spoke in 3rd week of Feb even though they promised they will fix it that same week. i am beyond disappointed and wondering how they operate their business with such un-ethical practices. I have observed many instances where they put sales beyond safety. For example the RV still has a leaking tank since purchase and they have not yet acknowledged the problem (just pointing one for example). I DO NOT recommend anyone purchasing from this place The RV has been in the shop for over 3 months out of 6 months since it was purchased and this is direct result of Camping World's shady practices and customer service. read more

This is camping world, and they can't refill propane. Why even open a store here if the city prohibits it? I would not go here, send a message that RVers see camping world and expect RV supplies. I have come to see in my travels over 10.000 miles since July 2021 that Camping world is useless. Some have dump stations, some sell propane. Must stuff you may need you can buy at Amazon and shipped to a local Amazon locker faster and cheaper. Oh and check around the RV units for sale are over priced at camping world. read more

It hurts me to even have to give this place one star, my parents have taken their trailer in 2 times for service (per the request of the service department) and each time we took it in for it to get worked on, they never gave us updates, and when we would call to check on it, the service department said that they hadn't even touched the trailer in the 3 weeks it had been there. We own a lot of cars and never in our entire lives have we had such a HORRIBLE experience with a business. Just made my first and last visit to this place. I walked into the store and was completely ignored. I could tell I was really bothering the parts guys when I asked them a question. The guy looked at me with complete contempt. Did not want to help at all. Had a list of several things to buy but just bought the absolute minimum supplies. Do NOT buy from here!! my unit had a few things wrong with it and every time we brought it in for service they said "we are waiting on parts" my unit no joke has sat at their facility for 7 months and I have had it for a year. we have had it on maybe 7 trips in the year owned it. It has been with them longer than we have had it on our property. The service advisor Steven Taylor is the most incompetent person we have ever had to deal with. His team pulled our unit up and had hit the building with it. They told us the day we picked it up to use it, mind you the other work orders are still currently open, he stated that they ordered the parts that got damaged as soon as it happened. When we dropped it back off to have the items still needing to be repaired, we asked if the damaged items came in, HE HAD NO IDEA WHAT WE WERE TALKING ABOUT!!! When we explained to him, the service advisor, of the recent situation he stated that they JUST ordered the parts!!! We then called the corporate office to lodge a complaint, they basically told us to kick rocks!! I REPEAT!!! Under no circumstances should you purchase the Roadside Assistance from Good Sam, a division of Camping World. I purchased a 5 year Platinum Plan that covered both my RV and my vehicles. I compared it to AAA, and decided that the Good Sam was slightly better. Guess what! I needed a battery jump for my 2013 F-150, and their representative said that the battery service is FOR RV ONLY! My vehicles are not covered. When I pointed out that all of their literature says my vehicles are covered, her response was to call the sales department. It is a good thing I did not cancel my AAA. When you are the buyer for an RV the sales team should be willing to treat you the correct way . I was there 2 weeks ago and was treated very poorly by one of the sales people there. I was treated as if i had no sense about anything and I did not have the money to buy. I have recently purchased from another dealer because of that person. I suggest the Sales Manager have a meeting with their Reps and ask them who is in the drivers seat when trying to sell an RV. Isn't the whole idea to get people to buy? What am I missing ? Horrible horrible customer service with the service department. We bought a brand new 2020 Pioneer travel trailer and has been in the repair shop multiple times and they are rude and do not even repair the issues. It literally takes weeks or months for warranty work. Our toilet leaked at the base, ruined our rug, towels and our vacation and then they say they could not find a leak. Not to mention smelled really bad. The travel trailer is so cheaply made it is ridiculous. Do NOT waste your money. read more

Store has a wide variety of things and people are nice for the most part however I went in to find a manual foot pump for my pop up camper and they were stumped. I went to their website and found a outdoor rug for $49 I put it in my cart and waited till the next day to purchase it when I had the money to buy it. The next day I received an email saying my product went down in price so I went to my cart where my outdoor rug was for my RV and the price went up $20 that is bad business on camping world part I would not recommend buying anything online from this company read more
