They have screwed our orders most of the time, we keep asking less spicy and they always give us spicy pizza. They will ask you to come and pick it up in 20 mins, and even if you reach in 30 mins, it won't be ready. This time we confronted the agent and she was arguing that we asked for spicy hence we got spicy. Within a moment, she change her view to say we asked for medium ... like seriously . I drove by this place a couple times and was always interested I finally tried it and OMG it is so good. The crust is kind of on the thicker side but it is the perfect amount of crunchy and soft. He pulled it out of the sauce and we rolled it open it was a piece of napkin. We told the manager and the only thing she said was "we will check the cheese". What kind of response is that?! Ordered their butter chicken pizza and tandoori chicken calzone. My boyfriend loves their butter chicken pizza here, says it's one of the best. Definitely very different from a typical pizza you would normally get. Creamy sauce, tender chicken, soft crust and generous on the toppings. Personally, I was surprised that I liked the tandoori chicken calzone more. The flavor was packed, crust was slightly crisp and soft, filling had a nice balance of flavors and comes with ranch dipping which was amazing. This was some decent pizza from a local chain (there are a few locations around Seattle.) I was visiting some friends that moved to the area recently, and one recommended this place for ordering in one night. I was a little hesitant when he said "Indian pizza," mainly because I am not crazy about super spicy foods, but he said it wasn't bad, so we took the plunge. It was easy to get a vegetarian option too. Delivery took a while, but we are okay with waiting. However, the $5 delivery fee for a 5 minute drive is extremely excessive. The prices of the pizza are on the higher end as well. 2 medium pizzas (one Indian, the other with one topping) with the delivery fee and tip was just under $40, which is kind of nuts. The pizza was okay, overall. I liked the basic Indian butter paneer pizza, but probably wouldn't order again, value vs. price. I personally love eating indian fusion food. This place has delicious indian pizzas. It's amazing how their crust is like naan and the toppings is like curry. Adding cheese is just the cherry on top! We'd been planning to go to Can Am Pizza for many many years and finally went two nights ago. We were interested in the Indian pizzas as you can get Italian style pizza anywhere. The veggie butter paneer pizza was recommended so that's what I got. My husband got the European style pizza. Disposable plastic plates were given to us. The crusts were typical crappy (non-New York) west coast crusts. Not a fan. I asked for my pizza without green pepper and it was full of green pepper! Ugh. We each ordered salads and they were large but served in plastic containers with packaged dressing! Such a waste of resources. The food was ok, just ok. I was expecting really amazing Indian flavors but I was not terribly impressed as mine was not very spicy. I asked for medium spice and it was definitely not medium. We eat Indian food all the time and are very familiar with the cuisine. The WORST thing about this restaurant AND THE MAIN REASON THAT WE WILL NEVER GO AGAIN is their charging customers 50¢ for using a credit card!!! Are you kidding me??? We spent over $42 on two small pizzas and two salads and they nickel & dime their customers with added fees! THAT'S THE COST OF DOING BUSINESS FOLKS. If you don't like it, get out of the service industry. Raise your damn prices by a few cents to cover the fee or be grateful you HAVE customers and eat it. So petty; so cheap. This is not for food, but for the bad attitude of staff. We were planning to pick up food and tried calling them thrice while we were on our way. Each time, we were put on hold and even after waiting for 5-7 mins, it stayed silent. The same thing repeated 3 times consecutively. In the meantime, we reached there. The place was crowded but mostly people were waiting for their food rather then being in line for ordering. We were standing on the right side counter, when the counter lady came on the left side and yelled, I can help whoever is next. Couple of guys standing besides us towards left went to her and asked for the food they had ordered online. She helped them and then just stood there. At this point, my friend asked - "Can someone help us?" to which, the lady replied - "I have called loudly that I can help whoever is next but you both were busy in your phones and didnt pay attention" I was stunned at this retort. I recently moved to Bellevue area and was super excited to order their Indian specialty pizzas. I ordered their Karahi Paneer Veggie Pizza and was totally disappointed with both their food and service. I have had Indian flavored pizzas at multiple places in Bay Area and I was expecting something similar from Can Am. Unfortunately they disappointed big time. The dough was under cooked, chewy and flavorless. There was way too much garlic and almost no Paneer. It tasted like they just sprinkled some pre-made/store-bought spice powder on a pizza. There was way too many tomatoes. Overall, the pizza lacked flavor. I have tasted much better Indian pizzas for significantly lower price. I wish I could give them zero stars for their awful service. The staff is very rude and they have no respect for their customers. They behave as if they are doing a favor by letting us spend our money at their establishment. I ordered on phone and went to pick up the pizza at their specified time. They made me wait for almost 25 minutes while they took calls for more orders. My pizza was sitting in a box near the check-out counter while they made me wait. The cashier then went on to adjust their thermostat while I was just standing there holding a $20 bill in my hand. When I asked him why was I kept waiting when my pizza was ready 20 minutes ago, his response was "Cant you see we are busy? You have to wait." This is not how one treats their customers. Not good. Thin crust is not thin at all, it is heavy and saturated and soggy. Order was missing items and pizza was missing toppings but the woman who made the pizza argued with me and said she made it correctly and that I would have to call back for a manager later. Manager said "she said she put the toppings on but maybe you didn't like them." And offered me a small partial refund. The Indian pizzas are decent. But their evening restaurant/delivery staff is the worst I've seen anywhere, I think ever. Delivery is usually decent during the afternoon, but after our last evening ordeal with Can Am's own driver, we will not be ordering from this location again. For the sake of your other customers, please learn to manage your evening operations and deliveries better and please learn to train your evening delivery staff (not the DoorDashers, but your own low-quality evening delivery drivers). The food: We ordered the veggie paneer pizza (Pizza sauce, red onions, green peppers, tomatoes, Indian cheese paneer marinated in Can-Am special sauce, and mozzarella cheese) and it was great. The paneer was well-cooked and the smallest size of medium 12'' easily fed 2-3 of us. The pizza could have been a bit spicier, but all in all, it was still solid Indian-style pizza. They have great vegetarian options, and a variety of pizzas, ranging from Indian-style to taco pizzas to Mediterranean options. As a heads up, if you're ordering delivery, expect at least an hour wait. They've always told us the expected delivery time, which has been around an hour, and they've come around that time frame (note:not too early or too late). Also, you have to order via phone, not through the website. When I ordered via the phone, I got called back 3 times to confirm my name/address/credit card number, so I think their ordering system could be a little more organized, but ordering in-person is usually fine. read more
