Caution: though the pizza here might be okay, the customer service, especially from the 2 women in the shop, was extremely rude and unruly. They are one of the rudest people of all time. And they have no courtesy or professionalism while dealing with difficult situations. I had ordered a pizza around 10:30 pm for takeout on a Friday night and my husband was supposed to pick it up before 11:00 pm, their closing time. They first called me at 11:07 and asked if I was coming in a very rude and unprofessional manner. I apologized and said my husband would be there in 5 minutes. I then receive another call at 11:17 asking me to report my exact location and lots of screaming and yelling followed about how they are waiting beyond their closing time and threatened to close shop without giving my order. At this point, I understand that it was my fault to be late to pick up my order and I would have been completely fine to pay the price of the order and not receive the food as it was beyond closing time for them. I would've also been okay if they had closed their shop at 11:00 pm without calling me and asking me where I was and then requested that I pay for the food the next day. What is NOT OKAY is yelling and screaming at customers- the lady on the phone and another one in the background were the perfect picture of a bunch of unruly, unprofessional people. I would've given them a mouthful had I anticipated such uncouth behavior but I was so shocked that all I did was apologize for being late. This is not the first time that the customer service at this location has surprised me. I have had a few rude incidents earlier as well. But this was the last nail in the coffin for me. Excellent vegetarian pizzas! And amazing toasted veggie subs! I want to eat here every day. As with most Indian food, the flavorful spices make other food seem bland, and now I prefer Indian pizza instead of traditional pizza. I appreciate the spice profile used in their paneer veggie pizza, and I like their yogurt sauce. However, the crust is not great, if they can improve that, Can-Am pizza would be unbeatable. Seriously, I have seen so many order takers at Canam pizza treating customers like they don't have a choice and thus, have to shut up despite such careless treatment. The calzone is definitely filling for one as a dinner. Their smallest sized pizza, i.e. medium is good enough for 2 people. They have nice traditional options for pizzas and calzones. Definitely call in your order (if they answer the phone) and give yourself 10-15 minutes longer than whatever they quote you over the phone. I went in to try this place out with an open mind joined by a couple of friends. After a five minute wait at the counter that was unmanned... We ordered Greek gyros, cheese sticks and sodas. The cheese sticks were average. I think I could make better in my deep fryer at home with a little effort. The gyros were certainly the worst I have ever had. The bread was crispy and cracked when holding it to eat. Was it stale bread that was cooked to cover that fact u? Who knows...? The meat was extremely sparse and resembled leftover bacon that might have been microwaved in order to reheat it. There were too many onions on the gyro and the sauce was overloaded. If you want better gyros go to Jasmine Kitchen in Kirkland. The television above had news broadcasting very loud and distracting. The eating\seating area was fairly clean. Not a big fan of Can-Am style pizza (I go there once every 6 month or even less). I am giving 5 stars for their concern for the well being of everyone during the coronavirus outbreak. They had tables around the billing area to have a good distance (5-6 feet) between the customer and the person on the counter. Every one of them had face mask and the gloves. I only eat Paneer Butter Masala pizza, I love this Indian taste pizza and I love the concept of Can-Am. But this franchise in Bellevue is not something I like. People behind the counter are very rude, I hate to go here but I don't have any near option for Can-Am. They now even started charging 50 cents for credit/debit card and of course they charge for extra ranch. For large pizza, they give only 1 ranch and how on earth is it going to be sufficient? So we ended up waiting for another 30 mins. How can they expect paying customers to waste an hour on a Friday for picking up a pizza? I'm a frequent customer--and the food here is pretty good. HOWEVER, today, I was appalled to see the lack of COVID-19 guidelines being followed by this restaurant. Upon entering, a sign to wear a mask is in place--and all of the customers are wearing one. However, NONE of the employee whatsoever wore masks. In fact, a maskless employee walked right by me! The employees only put on a mask when interacting with customers at the cashier, but other than that they didn't wear masks and talked to each other maskless.
