I emailed to find out if a car listed on line was available and was contacted by phone by someone that set up an appointment to go see it and have a test drive. I drove to the appointment and first was told that the price was actually 10K more than the price advertised and then the salesman said that for all cash, he would sell it for double the price listed which included GPS (almost 2K) +tax,+license, + other fees I wasn't familiar with etc.. I asked to see the car and take a test drive and they couldn't find the car. Then they stated that it wasn't ready (to be seen?). So I asked if there was anything similar in a high MPG car and was told they had nothing in spite of the fact they had a lot full of cars. Why they had no other cars - I have no idea. If you are selling a vehicle through an online app., BEWARE! they will essentially waste your time. I had a man reach out to me through Offerup for my Honda Civic. He insisted that if I drive my vehicle here, he would give me 15k for the vehicle. I inquired if he wouldn't rather drive to my house to first inspect the car and make sure he likes it. He said because he doesn't know anything about vehicles, he would rather I drive it to Car World so they could run an engine check. He insisted it would be a simple trade, because it was the exact make and model of what he was looking for. I agreed because although the price was below my listing price, it was still acceptable for me. He told me to ask for ALEX when I got to the dealership. I get to the dealership, speak with Alex, and he says the most he will give is 14k. that wasn't what his third party[who wasn't even present] and I agreed upon. Bait and switch. They have really good deals on cars online but it's like in that way Spirit Airlines flights look so much cheaper at first glance except sleazier/shadier in the ways they add costs to that initial, enticing number. We called to confirm a car we saw on the site was still available and a man from the sales dept said it was on the lot but couldn't give me the Carfax until we came in. Huge red flag. They get you on the lot, tell you that car isn't available anymore, then try to sell you a car that's thousands more. Also there's an additional $1900 (not included in the price) mandatory anti-theft device they require for some reason....? So any price you see online, add $1900 to it no matter what. They claim that's somewhere on their website but I can't find it. We're reporting to the BBB next. This place is beyond shady. There's a saying, "it's expensive being poor." I imagine this place makes all its money preying on people with bad credit (I've seen reviews that say they push you into financing instead of paying cash) who are cash poor and willing to finance at any rate. read more

this is one the worst used dealerships you can ever go to in Los Angeles hands down they are selling bad cars and ripping everybody off, Carworld has got me for over 18,000 dollars, I bought a Toyota the end of last year the very first week the car was overheating and i was all the way in Vegas and they couldn't help me with anything for my car, I had to pay for the repairs, the car kept havin problems after problems and in order for me to trade this car that I just purchased from them I had to pay another down payment on my Truck, I just gave them 9,000 down on this truck and the truck started having problems after 1 month, this is a jeep so the repairs cost more then it does the Toyota so I fell short on my car note and they wasted no time gettn my car while I was in the middle of gettn the car fixed I just had the altermayor fixed and brand new battery put in and the next morning my car was gone, Keep in mind I called them Friday letting them know about the situation and I was working on the car unfortunately because they wouldn't help me fix this one either, this is a really bad place they take advantage of people and this place neeeeds to be shut down and now they are trying to charge me almost 3,000 to get my car 450 dollars just to get my belongings out the car I lost sooo much dealing with this company and I have 4 kids so it doesnt matter who u are they will take advantage of you plssss shut them down I have receipts for everything as well read more

They would say anything to make you go to their business, then they will come up with all sort of BS and excuses about why the car is not available. I had to drive 45 miles to get there, so before hitting the road I called them twice to make sure the car was available and they would not sell it for the next one hour until I get there. I was assured that the car was ready for test drive and they would hold it for me. Once I got there they told me that the car was not ready and I could not see it, but I was given the choice to put a deposit on the car!! How thoughtful of them! Working remotely I had posted Tucson on Facebook, I still had $17600 loan.. Guy texted me he could give a price between $15k and $18k if I could bring it to CarWorld dealership. I drove there, received a very fair offer and left the dealership on Uber. Alex met us at the doors, we negotiated a bit then he had a small testdrive, and gave the best offer, that we wouldn't get from any other place. It is amazing how the process went fast and easy, in 15 mins they closed my loan and I paid the difference, also a very nice office staff. I don't usually post often but after what these guys did for me, I felt obligated to. So I came in looking for a 2016+ Toyota Corolla. After seeing it online for one of the cheapest prices I figured there was something wrong with it. When I got there it was better then I expected. It was cleaner and had leather when I thought it didn't have it. Anyways after that they hooked me up with a shop that gave me tint on all 5 sides for just $50. I guess it was some promo. On top of all that they gave me free rims they had in the back when all I did was simply ask if they had any different rims. These people at Carworld go above and beyond what I ever expected. I just want to let everyone know how helpful these people were with us. We had an appointment with Kevin and he sent us over to BEE in finance and he was a cool guy. We were trying to stay within our budget and he understood that and was really determined to find us something we can afford. Lil BEE walked us through there inventory and we found something we really liked. We traded in our 2003 cadillac seville and got $1000 for it which I was actually suprised we got that much. This place really SUCKS Never by a car from car world they sell lemons . And when you bring it back After getting a diagnostic test to find out transmission is bad , tires bald, the struts are bad and much more . They tell you ,you have 30day to return the car for another one But when you try to return it they give you a hard time and want you to put more money down on another lemon.
