[[HIGHLIGHT]]Cool coffee shop to stop by around carbon canyon, as it's motorcycle and retro themed![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They definitely care about their coffee and took their time perfecting their pour over. The coffee was good and not bitter. I didn't get to try but I heard they make some of their flavors or syrup in-house.

What a great place for coffee!! I passed by this place about a year ago and decided I wanted to try it. A year later I finally have. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's cute and the ambiance is so lovely. If you sit outside you hear all the wildlife in carbon canyon as you sip your coffee.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food itself is really nice and feels like home. The service is great and the people are really friendly. I wish I actually stopped by a year ago and made this my regular spot. I love it.

All these years and I finally come in to visit Carbon Canyon Coffee. I ordered a churro latte and a breakfast sandwich. Churro latter was very flavorful with just the amount of extra kick (caffeine) needed. The breakfast sandwich comes with egg, cheese, & bacon on your choice of bread. You can add avocado if you like. Went on a Saturday motorcycle ride to Big Bear Lake and on the way I decided to have lunch at Carbon Canyon Coffee. Ordered the Olinda Burger $13 & a Coke $2.50, I didn't have bacon in it and it was a tasty burger with 2 patties, sauteed onions, onion ring, bbq sauce and mayo. Service was friendly leaving a $2 tip after I ordered and wasn't busy so a guy served it to my table instead of calling out my name. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I like the motorcycle theme it has on the inside with plenty of outside seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My nice go to place if I'm riding thru the area.

Food-3 Service-1 Ambiance-3 Kind of a cool vibe; olde time gas station meets country coffee shop. Breakfast was meh, they didn't seem to have their shi* together. The food is just an afterthought, and an additional source of revenue without much effort. They accidentally gave our food away (TWICE) to people that came after us. Thirty five minutes wait for a breakfast sandwich that was only passable.

This local and hidden gem is a go-to and an absolute must try. The breakfast bagel sandwich was homemade, no prepackaged egg product or precooked bacon. This was fresh and delicious! I found this place by accident. I lived in a canyon for almost a year now and saw this place before it even opened. I drove past it hoping that it was open and it wasn't. 7 months ago or so they opened up but I have not had the pleasant experience of walking through their doors until a couple days ago. And I got to tell you, unlike any other coffee shop they welcome you with open arms. This morning I got an horchata latte and a churro latte which were rich in flavor, bold and coffee, and kicked my taste buds into another dimension. Suzie who was there helping me out this morning really made the whole barista/customer experience amazing. Between great conversation and amazing coffee I think I found my home away from home lol! read more

I drive through Carbon Canyon on a near daily basis and one day came across the a-frame on the road that said "Carbon Canyon Coffee Co." It definitely caught my attention since there's hardly any business on this road. I continued to pass by the sign whenever I drove on the road and then one day I finally ended up checking the place out. Extremely cool setup inside the shop with great vibes for those who are into motorcycles. They even have make your own button press station! I ordered the cold brew and Spanish latte. Excellent flavors, very good coffee. Come support this business! You won't be disappointed with their coffee flavors - AND vegan pastries. read more

I want to love this place but I think they are still working out the division of labor. We were just there, ordered a Keri donut, a latte and a drip. As we were waiting the girl behind the counter was working on a breakfast sandwich order and the guy was talking to the customers that were after us. After waiting 16 minutes I got their attention and it was quickly made. I'm all for chatting with the customers but you've got to fill the orders. Coffee was good, having keto box baked goods is great, fill the orders in a timely manner and the whole experience will be great. We'll try them again in a week or two. read more

Very cool coffee shop that's sort of off the beaten path (at least for Orange County). It's surrounded by mountains. It's motorcycle themed and very spacious inside with a lot of cool collections. I had their rose oat and it was really good. If you're looking for a different experience to your standard coffee shop, this is the place for sure. Excellent service as well. read more

Love this place! My always go to place whenever I have a chance for a quickie ride with my sportster. Cool nice vibe ...BUT! They need to to improve their food sooo bad. Went there this morning and it was my 2nd time receiving a 2/10 food quality. :( pls pls pls improve your bagel.. i got a cheese, bacon, egg bagel and by the time im done eating, my jaw hurt from chewing a bagel that seems microwaved... the only reason i ate it its because i was so hungry. I wasnt able to finish it. Hopefully it gets better! read more

Saw the sign from the road and figured, I'd stop in and check it out and this horchata latte is delicious! Not to mention our barista was so kind and made sure I liked it. Saw the signs so much times when I drive though 142 highway from Brea to chino hills. Very worth to stop by this place . The coffee shop next to the bike shop . Open 7:00 am - 06:00 pm . Price is reasonable . Feel home When you drink coffee there . Great customer service , too !! Will come back again and recommend to my friends !! read more

We just moved into the area and decided to give this coffee shop a try. The espresso machine was down but the barista recommended several different options in its place. She made a great iced coffee and we also ordered the breakfast bagels. They were delicious! Definitely coming back and would highly recommend!! read more

The server seemed dismissive and completely forgot to get back to me about it after she said she would go find out. Of course as a family with someone having a severe food allergy, we run into this all the time. It's not a new thing to feel like we are a burden or a bother. It IS disappointing when it seems the server has never been asked this question before and its even more disappointing when you're also met with a "well why are you asking me these bothersome questions" vibe. This is again, something we experience almost on the daily whenever we eat out. It's disappointing each time. It's a shame as I enjoyed my meal here. I wish more restaurants realized how much their response matters when it comes to customers coming in that live lives balancing danger in order to eat but also deserve to eat and enjoy their dining experience just like everyone else as much as possible. Someone with a life threatening food allergy SHOULD have access to at least some of the menu. Of course sometimes it cannot be helped but in general and as much as possible, if you are serving food, never mind people with preferences. Those who live with severe food allergies navigate a very difficult life and food establishments should know this comes down to inclusivity and safety and more awareness is needed (and at least the efforts to want to try) on how to serve the severely life threatened population. No one should be excluded or at the least it is what restaurants should aim for. Restaurants should be asking the severe food allergy community questions on how to keep them safe as they eat - clear allergen information on menus, trained staff on how to respond when informed that there is a food allergy present at the table, knowledgable on what is safe to eat on the menu and what are some protocols that the kitchen will follow in order to serve food safely and also offer some peace of mind - are all steps in the right direction. Everyone deserves to eat. Severe food allergy do not mean to be a bother. They want to eat and they want to stay safe. No one should ever be told, "you shouldnt eat here" because the food establishment cant be bothered to have some sort of plan on serving food safely to the severe food allergy population.

The Hollandaise sauce was Very Good, but ham on the Benedict was incredibly thin. I've had many eggs Benedict and this was unusual to offer A slice of ham comparable to a thin deli slice. My partner's omelette Was quite Brown but had good veggies in it. His hashbrowns were barely cooked. Today We both ordered a veggie omelette with chicken in my partner's. I made it very clear that my veggie omelette should not be Brown (= overcooked) . The girl read Back our order and she wrote My request very clearly. What arrived at our table was quite a shock! My omelette was definitely Brown and my partner's omelette was dark Brown. My brown omelette had chicken (his order) and his omelette was actually my order and dark brown! I've never seen an omelette served that was that overcooked! How could they possibly ignore the instructions and mixed them up? Add to this that his toast was burnt. Really? You can't prepare Toast properly? When I brought it to their attention one of the girls she said I could see how you might think that as I showed her the burnt toast. She said we have already put everything away in the kitchen and so I don't know that we can do anything about it. We said it would be fine if it's an English muffin but, something that's not burnt. She disappeared into the kitchen for quite a while. Eventually when she resurfaced she brought the unevenly toasted bread, (But not burnt) and proceeded to tell us the following: " If you would get here earlier (We arrived 40 min before closing) we could serve you better" ( I later realized Those must be words from the owner). So if I arrive earlier my food wont be overcooked?Or if I arrive earlier they Have time to correct their mistakes? I knew the kitchen closes at 1:40. Waiting at the counter To ask about soup, I stood for 5 + minutes watching 5 employees move about. Finally I was able to ask and waited another minute or so while she went to go to the Back to ask. Now in line to order the man before me was trying to order (before 1:40) a vegan omelette. The girl said it was too late. He explained he had driven all the way from Riverside and it was still within the timeframe to order. She went back into the kitchen and a woman came out. (the owner? ) . The woman proceeded to chastise the young man for coming in late and trying to order a vegan omelette. She told him he'd done this before and he should get here earlier. He explained that he had not actually ordered but had tried. She said several times that she would make an exception this time but it can't happen again. And she continued to chastise him. Who treats their customers like this? .I literally watched the minutes tick by, wondering if I'd make it before the cutoff. More people entered. . Ah oh, do they know about the cutoff in 1 minute?? The girl behind the counter announced that no more orders would be taken after 1:45. Aw, they were being generous by allowing five more minutes to order. But there's no way these people could get their order in within the next five minutes. Will they say, too late, After they've been waiting in Line? Why not say instead, our kitchen is closing but we will be happy to take your orders. And why not hang a sign on the door that says the kitchen is closed at 1:40 But still accommodate diners's needs? The omelette tasted good but the experience was so negative, Such unkindness, Completely lacking in hospitality.

And did I mention they are huge??? Way more than snack-size, but that didn't stop me from eating the whole thing :) Anyway, while I waited for my order to be prepared I sat in their dining area. They have a pretty spacious dining room for a bagel shop and they also have a couple of tables outside for dining al fresco. I'm looking forward to coming back for more of their amazing bagels!!

I really enjoyed the bubble waffle cone, and the fact that my soft serve did not melt that much! Also their waffle wrapper hold everything in, and does not leak, which I appreciate. If you're like me I cannot stand a cheap ice cream cone wrapper that ice cream leak through. It is a little pricey, so it's definitely a special treat. The gentleman working was very nice too! I will be back!
