They called and sent a text telling me they had to leave if I don't show up in 5minutes. I do not often write reviews but I have to agree with everyone on yelp. They are definitely the best! I found Gustavo on yelp and he came to the rescue! We had flooded our tub and the water went into the carpets, which we tried as best we could to get the water out with towels. At the end of the day, it was still wet and the next day, there started to have an odor. Another carpet company recommended replacement, but Gustavo came, took it out, dried out the padding and replaced the carpet and cleaned it, leaving it looking like new!!!! After a horrible experience with another carpet cleaning company, CarePro Carpet Care was able to come out the very next day and make all of my carpets look like new. Roman and his brother spent hours on my sectional and got out all the stains and spots. My family room carpet looked beyond help, but the guys worked so hard and it turned out spot and dirt free. They saved us from having to buy new carpet! All of my dining room chairs are white again. They did such an amazing jobs, that I am having them come out and clean all of my tile! Just had my carpets cleaned and repaired. I can't believe how great they look and how fast and efficient the guys were. I asked for a quote (on the yelp messenger) and got a response right away. Set up my appointment time as well.A nice lady called and told me when they were on their way so I had time to lock up my pet etc. The quote was the same as what I was told. I had a badly torn piece of carpet on the stairs from my pet. They offered to fix THE ENTIRE STEP for the same price. I couldn't believe how seamless it looks. We called because our cat clawed the carpet at the entrance to a closet. Gustavo arranged to have his team come out a few days later. Today he called and asked if it would be alright for the guys to come early. This actually worked better for us. The guys came and in a very short time they had repaired the damage with a piece of carpet from the back of the closet. We did not have any extra carpet. They replaced that piece with some carpet they had brought. So close to the original. You can not tell that it was repaired at the entrance to the closet. Very impressed and very happy with the job. We highly recommend them for any repairs. When we have the carpets cleaned we will be calling them. read more

They did an excellent job of removing several stains in the bathroom. Another carpet cleaner came before them and was unable to remove all the stains, but Care-Pro was able to make the stains undetectable! Very impressed so I had them do a hallway as well. They used multiple techniques to remove the stains in different stages. Would definitely use them again for carpet cleaning and difficult stain removal. read more

Great customer service! They removed and replaced the padding and carpet in the master bedroom, carpet cleaned the rest of the house using a pet treatment, stretched the carpet on the stairs, and tile and grout cleaned in all tiled areas. I can't thank Gustavo enough for how quickly and efficiently they got the job done. I had just moved in and to my surprise the carpet was horrible. We knew the master bedroom carpet needed to be replaced (cat urine) and I had furniture being delivered within days. Gustavo gave me a name of a carpet place and I was able to purchase my carpet from them and Gustavo picked up my carpet the next morning and installed the new pads and carpet. The carpet doesn't match exactly.... but it was good enough. A special order would have taken an additional week and I didn't have the time with the furniture delivery. Where shall I begin...these guys are amazing! I rented a house and the carpets were black, and supposedly steam cleaned already. I then thought, these carpets need to be replaced. The property management company told me these guys are one the best in town, a bit more expensive but I truly beleive in the carpet cleaning world, you get what you pay for. They sent two guys out, Roman and his brother. Those two guys worked so hard and long and behold, these carpets look brand new. I was blown away and so relieved to see how great of a job they did as I am a very skeptical person. I wish I could give 10 stars! They were polite, very careful and paid great attention to detail. Then I asked them about grout cleaning and they said they'd give me a free estimate, which was actually very reasonable! The owner, Gustavo came out, he was prompt and on time. Again, I'm blown away with how hard these guys work. My grout was jet black from previous tenants, and Gustavo brought them back to looking like the house just got freshly grouted! Care pro will be my carpet/tile/grout guys forever! They are family owned and operated which is a big deal to me. Care-Pro Carpet Cleaning Company cleaned my carpets a few weeks ago. I cannot say enough good things about them. They arrived on time, the technicians were courteous and personable. They quoted the price which was reasonable and went to work. My carpets have never been so clean or looked so good. However, the way they made me a customer for life only had a little to do with their job of cleaning my carpet. As they were gathering their equipment, they told me that they wanted to show me something in my office - that there was a problem. One of the technicians had accidentally broken glass that was part of my desk. They were apologetic and assured me that their company would take care of the damages. I said okay, but was a little concerned. Later that same day, a glass company representative came to my home to measure the glass for replacement. It was an odd shaped piece and difficult to manufacture. Gustavo, the owner of Care-Pro Carpet Cleaning, followed up with several phone calls to make sure I was comfortable with the progress and eventually the outcome.
