They grill the egg and meat in the back and serve it on fresh bagels. The bagels alone are good, but definitely go stale after 1 day, so freeze what you don't eat. A few days around this, I decided to grab a quick sandwich for lunch and unfortunately, the bread was just dry and brittle. So I would not recommend the Italian sandwich. I imagine the grilled sandwiches might fair better though, as the Reuban looks good. I will return and try this sometime soon. They have many breakfast options and seem to be fairly busy on the weekends. The place is kind of a basic cafe style, counter service option. Order and they will bring the food out to you.

After leaving me on hold for 15 min bc she was having issues with the computer when I called back - she finally refunded me the total - or said she did, remains to be seen bc it isn't reflected in my bank statement yet although the single refund for the sandwich was instantaneous. The most infuriating thing - both times the bag had the receipt list of all ordered items and yet, they still couldn't be bothered to actually include all items in the orders. Reading the reviews it looks like this is a systemic problem with their delivery service. And to be clear, it wasn't the drivers' fault either - both bags were brought timely and bags sealed. We had to ask and wait for a cup of coffee. I got the lemon pepper wings along with a mix of buffalo (just medium spicy). The wings were pretty good, however I felt that wings are always on the small size, and the pricing of any wings are expensive nowadays. For myself I got the Philly Cheese steak.
