My husband and I stopped here while on our way home from Las Vegas. The service was excellent and the food was very, very good. There is a huge longhorn in the dining area on the wall. Friendly service, good food. Definitely worth swinging by. My husband said his pancakes and veggie omelet were worthy of 5 stars, but I'd give my breakfast a 3. My Portuguese sausage had flavor, but was a bit overcooked. The home potatoes were cooked perfectly - slightly crispy on the outside, smooth on the inside - but something was missing. Maybe seasoning? The biscuits and gravy were okay, but the biscuit was a bit too doughy and the gravy was missing something in the flavor department also. (Kimmie's in Fullerton and the Hash House in Vegas are the masters of biscuits and gravy). read more

Had Breakfast there the other morning and it was excellent, loved the grilled sausage patty and my pancakes were awesome, thick and fluffy, they must use buttermilk . Waitress was very friendly. It's a small older cafe , it was clean and the breakfast was great and very reasonably priced. I asked the waitress about there chicken fried steak , they hand batter it themselves and also make there own gravy. That's what I'll be having next I'm sure it will be Good read more
