Avoid avoid avoid! My sister is in town from out of state and wanted to try this chain. So we moseyed on down for lunch today. She ordered a "$6 Burger" - what a joke! That patty was so thin! And burnt to boot! Then, as she was finishing, she pulled out a mid-length black hair. We're both long- haired, mine is mid brown and hers is auburny. The cat is a Siamese. So I called the manager and he said "sorry." that's it. I'm like, "sorry?!" and he said "yes, I'm very sorry." This joint is literally a block away from my house from the corner. The food is Okay but what this place sucks with!? it's their outrageous prices bordering into price gouging! A no.2 with fries and drink for $10.68....REALLY!? I agree that the service in this place sucks and the wait is too long specially when you're already starving but they still make you wait. Worst Carl's Jr ever! Bad service, slow, orders always wrong AND they always short you on your fries! :p

If i could give zero stars i would i went to this carls jr last night around 11pm. This carls is not the best but last night i watched cross contamination and when i got home my chicken strips we undercooked andy fries fried in what i think was old oil. The end result i got food poisoning really bad had to leave work early and get to emergency room. I dont blame the business i blame management. I am a dept manager in a retail store and know not to blame regular employees. I called told manager what happend he offered me "employee discount" sorry sir i will not ever eat at this carls again. I ended up im hospital with severe food poisoning and dehydration. Normally i think reviewing fast food joints is dumb but when the consumer gets sick thats crossing the line! Check your food. The first thing that I've ever had from carls jr was the new pop tart ice cream sandwich. It was atrocious. Freezer burnt garbage. I only ordered one item and the people took forever. Out of this one experience I don't think I'll be returning. read more

Worst experience at a Carl's Jr ever just totally messed up our order and screen at drive thru was not working so didn't see order confirmation. Intercom system must not be very good I had a hard time hearing them and I guess they had a hard time hearing me. I ordered a single all natural burger with grilled onions and they gave me regular onions and a double and of course they charged for a double, but worse part was the patties were BURNT to crisp beyond well done. I came to eat a burger around lunch time. I wasn't expecting much from Carl's Jr since its a fast food joint. The service was good, cashier very polite. I got an original burger which was okay tasted kind of old. I just wish my fries were crispy instead of stale. read more

We ate here this week. The rating is based on the inside of the restaurant..The garbage cans were completely full and over flowing. Every table was dirty and not wiped off. You could see the dirt on the table from previous people. The floors were very dirty. There was food on the floor and other debris throughout the place. It was not just one area but the whole restaurant. I have not seen a Fast food place so dirty and not kept up. There were plenty of workers to clean the tables. The place was not busy at all. There were only 7 people eating inside at the time. Someone really needs to spend time cleaning so customers do not get ill from this place. I am not sure how the kitchen looks. read more

If I could give them negative stars, I would because this place sucks ass at night. The night crew/closing crew couldn't get any more slower and any more badder than they are (I know because I used to work at fast food chain also, and by far this is the worst crew I've ever seen work). They just always seem to mess up my order every time I come here and when they mess it up, they don't even apologize for anything. Not only that, the guys at night are just always seem to be rude and just plainly stupid for some reason. I ordered the the All Star menu and the first 5-10min was okay til I got my order. They stopped me out of nowhere telling me that they got my order wrong and didn't even say sorry about the mix up or anything. Then one of them (who took my stuff back to fix it) that was doing someone else's order looked back at me asking me what am I doing? Like really? He's the one who took my order and he's all asking me what am I doing. I have to agree that this Carls Jr is the worst. It's true they are slow and still don't get your order right. I ordered a low carb burger and when I got to work and opened it up I had some kind of burger on a bun with a ton of mayo. It looked really gross!!! I took it back and showed it to them and they said "Whats wronge with it"? Well to start with why is it on a bun????? They were so rude. No sorry about that or anything. Here's how it went down. I pulled up in the drive thru, no welcome words or anything from the employee, however I ordered what I needed, pulled up to the window and waited for almost 7 mins before someone opened the window. Gave him my card, he gave me a wrong drink and argued that I had ordered that drink. After going back and forth for a bit he gave me the drink I ordered, I waited another few mins for my food, and upon handing it to me, he walked right away without a single word of any kind. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I ENCOUNTERED EVER IN A DRIVE THROUGH. I will buy from Carl's Jr. (Same location) again just to see if anything was done to better their service. My daughter waited 15 minutes just to place an order, but no one ever came to the window. I will never ever spend money at Carl's Jr.

I would give this negative stars if I could the service is slow and once you get your order it's wrong. Never coming back.
