    Margherita deep dish pizza

They have many selections of pizza to choose from. They display all the pizzas at the entrance, which is great visual reference to help you make the decision. We have a party of seven and ordered one Grandma's Pie and Margarita's Deep Dish Pizza. The garlic knots that comes with meal was delicious especially with their special Marinara sauce. Love the Calamari Fritti which comes a large portion and fried zucchini. Caprese was delicious!

I went here for lunch to get a couple of slices and both pizzas were great. I have eaten here a few times so I have to talk about how good the pizza is. The ingredients they use are awesome. That is why their pizza taste so good. The Vodka Piccante is my favorite pizza there. I would suggest you try all the pizza options there. They also have other items besides pizza that you should try.

This place is the best Italian near (ish) the Jersey Shore! It is a small, unassuming place on the intersection of two roads (so the small outside patio is sort of noisy). The food is amazing. Featured on DDD. Pretty large selection of pizzas and pastas, as well as appetizers and a couple of desserts. The build your own pasta with orecchiette, the spicy arrabbiata sauce, and a sausage link ($3 up charge/link) was amazing, as well as the arancini appetizer (3 good-sized arancini). The BYO coal-fired pizza was good as well. Highly recommend if in the area.

Love this place, but today was a complete miss on a "special" item. Pizza was excellent as always. I ordered the special of pork sandwich with broccoli rabe, provolone and spicy onions. Seeded roll was good and unfortunately that was about it. Sandwich had no taste or seasoning. Was hard to believe. I ate a quarter of it. Did not ask for it to be wrapped up. You would think the waitress would have asked about it, but I guess they don't care. I'll stick to the pizza and the meatballs as they are the best around. Do better Carluccio's on your service. Pork sandwich was a 1 and pizza was a 5

From the moment we stepped in, Carluccio's delivered an experience that exceeded all expectations. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between cozy and vibrant--soft lighting and cheerful chatter. The star of the show is, without a doubt, the crust. Chantilly-light, blistered bubbles, and a charred edge that adds a subtle smokiness without overpowering the toppings. The crust has a perfect chew--crispy on the outside, tender inside. The oven's heat is clearly dialed in just right, producing pies that sing with flavor from the first bite. Toppings That Shine We had the Grandpa which seemed to be a new menu item. Between the hot honey drizzle and Barata sprinkled throughout the pie, my taste buds was dancing. Then they took it to the next level with a creamy mozzerella, and a fragrant basil finish. Simple yet extraordinary; every ingredient speaks for itself. Note: we added pepperoni to half of it. The pie arrived with a perfect slice-to-slice consistency and a presentation that makes you want to photograph it before you take the first bite. For dessert lovers, the donut stuffed with Nutella was simply amazing! Chefs kiss! We are definitely coming back

I haven't eaten here in years and forgot how good it is. Stopped in on a Sunday and it was weirdly empty. Within 15 minutes of sitting down the parking lot was full and every seat was taken. It's definitely popular. It's a small restaurant, so if you're not getting food to go, expect to wait a few for a seat during busy hours. Went with the stuffed gnocchi in pesto sauce and it was exceptionally good. A local pizza joint has no business making pasta as good as this. I was blown away to be honest. I went way too hard and ordered a slice of Sicilian pizza with eggplant parm on top. The crust was perfect. Everything was just right. Service was friendly and attentive. I will definitely be back soon to try more.

Good pizza, but pricy. Trekking around NJ, happened to find a pizza joint that was rated really well. So we made the trip here to try them out. The place was packed, tons of people waiting for orders and tables. It looks like this place was featured on food network and they were getting hugged hard by the community. We ordered a selection of slices to go. Despite the busy nature of the location, it was relatively quick to get our slices. We drove to a parking lot and dug in. As a pizza, I really enjoyed the sauce and crust. The crust was thinner but still had a good rigid bottom. Able to handle the large amount of toppings on each slice. The flavors of the toppings were great, with a special call out to the caprese salad pizza slice. The tomatoes were seasoned, the balsamic drizzle had that sweet acid pop, onions gave it the savory crunch, and the burrata cheese was creamy and smooth. The biggest issue was the price. They are riding high on their fame and charge accordingly. The 4 slices here came out to about 26 bucks. Pizza by the slice is a little more expensive, and they are fairly big slices, but it's pricy for what you get. Never the less, it's a good pizza and incredibly popular. It's worth a try if you happen to be in this area and quality matters beyond all else.

    Grandma's pie ! Delicious!

4/5 stars. Wanted to give 5 but lost 1 star for service and restaurant seating It's a small family owned restaurant that is quite busy. We were seated right by the line and it was uncomfortable. Waiter dropped water over my phone and myself. Confusion with which waiter is serving which table. I understand the restaurant is extremely busy but it needs to manage the customers and space better Grandma pizza was incredible with the pesto oil and sauce. Bruschetta pizza was also amazing with plenty of topping. It all went well with all the flavors. Pizza could be more crisp though. Will definitely be returning but maybe takeout due to service/space issues. Hopefully the pizza will taste as well with takeout.

Great pizza with a variety of crusts and toppings available. Highly recommend their NY Style Giardiniera and their grandpa's pie! It's busy all the time, so be sure to order in advance. Worth the price premium over competitors.
