    Bought a new car last night at our local Carmax and it could not have been easier! My son had ordered an auto transfer from tje dealer in Capitol City. Delayed due to weather, but eventually made it to Reno over tje mountain. Test drove on our own for 20 minutes. Came back to dealer, minor negotiations, paperwork filled out, money exchange, and boom! New car owner. Win was our advisor and he was very helpful. New car owner ready to take on and document more Yelp! Adventures...

    My husband and I with his new car. Crocs and all. Ha

I highly recommend them based on the quality, knowledge & value they provide. Originally, I had my junky old battery replaced with 2 lithium batteries. This summer, I had my leaky broken skylight pulled out & replaced with a much better one. Then, my CO2 detector went dead & they were able to squeeze me in & get that done ASAP. My only regret is I that I didn't originally buy my camper from them. I purchased it at Blue Compass RV in Avondale, AZ. Blue Compass has been a nightmare to deal with every step of the way which is why I am no longer willing to work with them. Thank you Keith's! So grateful to have found your business. I see myself coming back to you for all my camper hiccups.

    Awful service, crappy cars…read more Purcahsed a Soul from Tom Dolan in September 2025. The dealership provided a report showing the enging in excellent working condition. I checked the carfax and for any open recalls or suits with the model. These were all clean. In less than six months/15,000 miles of driving the engine spontanesously quit. Two seperate mechanics confirmed there were no oil leaks, no sign of buring oil near the exhaust pipe. There was no reason the car should have gone from a full oil compartmetn to dry in less than 2 weeks. Engine is a complete loss. Contacted Dolan and they just shurgged and suggested we contact corporate. Corporate has failed to reply for six weeks. Never buying a Kia again. Avoid Dolan. They sell lemons.

    This purchase represents an infrequent event, fortunately occurring only once per year or so. I…read moreinitially traded in my 2018 LS 500 but aimed to minimize additional expenses, covering only essential costs such as tax, registration, and an extended warranty for the new vehicle that I chose. Ultimately, I paid a total of $13,000 out of pocket. Consequently, I opted to downgrade to a 2017 GX460 with relatively low mileage suitable for its age. The vehicle was in good condition; however, I later recalled that certain vital multimedia functions ceased working on all models from 2017 and earlier. Regrettably, management was aware of this issue but failed to disclose it to me, which is why I am only awarding a two-star rating. We discussed a fixable problem related to the navigation system; however, I did not inquire specifically about the multimedia functions, and the staff did not consider it necessary to inform me. I acknowledge that I found this approach somewhat underhanded. On the third day after the sale, I spoke with the sales manager responsible for finalizing the deal. He offered me the option to select another vehicle for an additional $14,000, on top of the $13,000.00 I just put out, specifically a used 2021 GX model. I declined to adhere to my budget constraints. Consequently, I left the dealership with a bitter taste. Currently, I am faced with an issue where the vehicle's SOS and Destination Assist features are non-functional, and will never function. When I directly inquired about this, the manager attributed the problem to cellular providers, asserting that he had no control over the phone system issues and did not admit that the dealership should have fully disclosed the situation, allowing me to decide whether the missing functions were important. This was the third Lexus purchased from Dolan within four years. Based on this experience, I am unlikely to seek future purchases from Dolan and will probably consider a dealership in Sacramento. I have learned that approximately ninety percent of a dealership's sustainability depends on its service department rather than the sale of vehicles. This is especially relevant for Dolan, which operates as a volume dealership where higher sales figures correlate with increased sales of Lexus warranties. I invite you to consider where you will choose to make your next purchase and to avoid becoming a victim of such practices.

Within 48 hours…read moreof taking delivery, we noticed significant spotting, discoloration, and fading-like marks on multiple exterior plastic trim pieces, along with visible streaking/discoloration on the rear bumper trim. We immediately brought the vehicle back to the dealership. We were told the issue would be corrected and later received a call that the vehicle was ready for pickup. When we arrived that evening, the condition had not been corrected, so we left the vehicle with the dealership again. The following day, we received another call stating the repairs were complete. Once again, the issue was still present. The dealership ultimately kept our brand-new vehicle for nearly six weeks attempting to address the problem. After finally getting the vehicle back, the trim and bumper issues still had not been resolved. What was most frustrating was the inconsistent explanations. We were told that ResistAll had not been applied to the exterior plastic trim, yet the dealership attempted multiple repairs to remove or correct the condition. We were also told the streaking on the rear bumper was simply "how they are." The attached photos show a vehicle that was purchased new from the lot. We were patient throughout the process, gave the dealership multiple opportunities to correct the issue, and were without our new vehicle for an extended period of time. After nearly a month and a half in their possession, we expected either a successful repair or a meaningful resolution. Unfortunately, neither occurred. I am leaving this review because potential buyers deserve to know what our experience was like after purchasing a new vehicle and adding the dealership's protection package
