Excellent service and atmosphere. My boyfriend loved the clam linguini and my chicken Marsala was good. Not as good as Violas Marsala. We like it a lot over all and recommend it and will be back.

I wish I could give this place 6 stars. My parents and I stopped in here this summer on a rainy day, and let me tell you it was one of the best dining experiences I've had. The staff genuinely makes you feel like you are dining as a guest in their own home. Exquisite service truly. The food is also some of the best I've had in St. Augustine. The atmosphere inside is lovely and cozy. I can't recommend this place more.

Meat balls with Fusilli (curly pasta)- very tender meatballs.

An early dinner on Tuesday. First time eating at this location. We ate at their previous restaurant. Seated right away. Only one other couple here now. Yep plenty of parking out front they are an end unit to the north of Winn Dixie. My wife had the fusilli pasta with meatballs after a garden salad with house dressing. I had soup and Chicken Francese (lemon butter parsley sauce) which was very good. Joe Joe took excellent care of us. They bring out a bread basket nice and hot. Nice way to start the meal. So for us a 4. Just didn't care for the taste of their homemade tomato sauce it was good but like it a bit sweeter. Some previous reviews recommend getting their vodka sauce. Definitely worth a try.

The restaurant is a bit out of the way from downtown Jacksonville but I think it's worth a drive/ They have ample parking and the restaurant itself is quaint and quirky.i was told the restaurant has been around the St Augustine area for 2decades but in different locations before moving to the current place 4 years ago. Our waiter was knowledgeable and made good recommendations. The food tasted great and had a homemade feel. The pasta was al dente. The portions were huge so if you are not a big eater, you can share with a friend. The tiramisu tasted different from what I've had in the past. I could taste the mascarpone cheese as the dominant ingredient over the chocolate / coffee. The food tasted like authentic Italian fare. Worth a trip to try it yourself!

    Chicken Parmigiana

Visiting the area and needed some grub. Ordered the Penne ala Vodka and the Chicken Parmigiana. With side salads and bread, to go. The presentation of the Penne ala Vodka left a tad to be desired. Some of the chicken which was an add on was over done but the sauce was good. The dish was tasty. The chicken parmigiana was good and the portion size for both dishes was ample. The sauce was meaty and had decent cheese. I was not happy with the cleanliness of my house salad greens, thus they were thrown away. The bread was decent. The meals were a tad pricey but again, serving size helped to make up for it. Decent meal but nothing that says I must return.

Small place but organized. Lunch portions looks like kids portion, with a regular price. Everything is a little overpriced. Chicken parmegiana tasted ok, but the red sauce was just store bought. Alfredo missing salt but ok, portion of the pasta very small. For $11, plus $7 for a few pieces of chicken. Bread was ok.

The carpaccio was incredible, and you could truly taste the freshness and quality in every dish. The pastas and gnocchi were clearly handmade and perfectly prepared. We ordered the gnocchi sorrentina, gnocchi salsiccia, tagliatelle ragu, and the fritto misto -- every single dish was outstanding. The service matched the food perfectly. Angelina was warm, personable, knowledgeable, attentive, and incredibly efficient throughout the evening. We enjoyed our experience so much that we actually canceled our reservation at another restaurant the following night just so we could return to Terra & Acqua a second time. Our only disappointment was not having the opportunity to meet the owner and executive chef, Simone Parisi, to personally compliment him and talk about Florence -- my birthplace as well.

The interior wasn't my favorite; the aesthetic didn't really read as Italian to me and leaned more modern. The tables and seating felt a bit on the cheaper side. We went on a Friday around 7:30 pm, and it was surprisingly quiet inside. Drinks: I ordered a sangria, which wasn't my favorite. It tasted on the weaker side. Food: I ordered the gnocchi. It was a bit rubbery and not as soft or potato-forward as I prefer. It reminded me more of store-bought gnocchi than homemade. That said, the portion size felt fair for the price. Location: The restaurant is located on the St. Augustine Beach barrier island, which is convenient if you're staying nearby and don't want to head into historic downtown for dinner. It was in a slightly odd spot within a business complex, with condos located above. Service: Good. Overall: It's fine for convenience, but not a place I'd suggest to someone visiting St. Augustine and looking for standout dinner spots.

It saddens me to write this review of a restaurant with so many positive reviews, but sadly this…read morerestaurant missed on just about all of the food that we got. The service was pretty good, I can admit, however even that could've been better. We got started with our evening with a bottle of wine which was reasonably priced. The house arancini was chicken stuffed, which we were only told about after we ordered the dish. Sadly, the chicken pieces were large and there was just not enough cheese to really make this dish work - nor enough sauce. I even got a piece of bone in my arancini, which just ruined my appetite. We then had decided on the chicken parm for the main course (which later we realized was rather similar to the arancini). The first chicken parm piece that was got was rather large in size, however as we cut into the dish we noticed that half of the meat was still pink and cold to the touch. We showed our waiter, and instead of treating us with some empathy, we were told that "well its not our fault, but I've been trying to tell the guys in the back to pound the meat before cooking it." We were given another piece of chicken, and it was only slightly better than the first piece, but we ate a few bites and called it an evening. It's too bad, I'd be willing to try this place out for other dishes but I don't know if I'll choose this place again, knowing there are other options nearby. The best part of the evening was the ambiance and the wine, so maybe a happy hour in the future is in order.
