    CATTLEMAN'S BACON STEAK BURGER

Burger was good, fresh, cooked as requested and served as described. Fries were a bit on the cool side. The service was friendly, drinks were kept full but service was lacking in virtually every other aspect. I literally had to ask for everything. Condiments, Togo box, check etc. The server was also the bartender which I would normally be more understanding but there wasn't anyone there and their friend received more attention than the customers

I looooved my meal here! The saganaki cheese burger (no bun!) was so good. The cheese added so much flavor that I did not need any additional toppings or condiments. They do offer a gluten free bun, however, it is an additional $4, which I find to be too much.... The fries are not gluten free either, so I had the tots. The free popcorn is a fun touch!

Visited today to celebrate a friends birthday. had burrito, burrito bowl and chips with salsa and quac. Everyone was happy with their food. Server surprised birthday girl with funnel cake fries which was a nice surprise! It was located on Msin Street which is a quaint area with shoppes and restaurants. Will be back!

    Spinach Steak salad absolutely delicious.

Good food, good service, and a great ambiance here because of the hands on approach from the owners. And where else can you get Poutine?!

The food is made with love and executed with skill. Creative and inventive but not over the top where form trumps taste. Second time to this place and will return over and over. Fried pickle and avocado appetizer knocked my socks off. Served with two sauces (red/loosely based on 1000 island and green/not mint). Both pared perfectly with the course but brought out totally different notes. One highlighted and intensified the sourness of pickle and the other played on the creaminess of Avacado. Deserts are a must. Drinks are good but a little on the sweeter side. It's a hidden gem!

At least now we know it was (for us) just meh. The service was VERY slow - the waitress stated that they were VERY understaffed and they were having to do "everything " (not sure what that entailed, but I do know that she made the drinks and they were not done by a bartender). To be fair - other than being very slow, the staff was very nice. The biggest disappointment was the food. I ordered the blackened chicken sandwich and the sauce was WAY spicy. I am okay with spicy, but perhaps it makes sense to indicate this on the menu so people are aware. I noticed that the the woman beside me had a similar reaction on her first bite or her order - she was clearly not expecting spicy. My husband had the jambalaya and he LIKES spicy, but even he was shocked at the spiciness and had to take a spoonful of some potatoes to quell the heat. On the plus side, their presentation is very nice and portion size is average, and they have quite a price range on the menu. So, we went, we ate, we coughed on spicy food and we left. My husband summed it up when he said - "Okay but ... not ready for prime time."

The biggest issue was that he seemed to have too many tables to manage at once. There were several very large parties--tables of eight or ten people--and it felt like the two of us were frequently overlooked while he was attending to those larger tables. There were many times when he could have simply stopped by our table to check on us or take care of something, but instead we were left waiting while he handled the larger groups. He also had somewhat of an aloof attitude, which didn't help. We understand that large tables require attention, but smaller tables shouldn't feel forgotten because the server has too many tables to juggle. The restaurant itself is also a very loud, lively atmosphere, which may be worth knowing if you're looking for a quieter dining experience. As for the food, I ordered the lasagna, which does list peas as an ingredient on the menu. I found the combination unappealing. I remembered I believe I had their lasagna the first time (no peas) and loved it, but this time It wasn't so memorable. Overall, the experience was disappointing, particularly because we had essentially the similar service experience on two separate visits.

We used to be Jameson regulars, but our most recent visit was likely our last visit. Quality,…read moreservice, and ambiance have all decreased as of late. Both of the last two times we've been in, I've ordered the beef Wellington special, and both times it's arrived inedibley raw. The first time this happened (celebrating our anniversary), the puff pastry appeared cooked on top but was raw underneath and the meat was still cold inside. I sent it back and asked for it to be finished. They clearly slapped the cut side of the meat on a hot pan to sear it and returned it with the puff pastry dough still raw. I opted to send it back again and just nibble on my husband's prime rib instead of having them attempt to cook the Wellington for a third time. A manager checked in on us after my husband had finished his meal and we'd already paid our bill (the server did have the Wellington removed from it). Mistakes happen, so we gave it another go. This most recent time, the puff pastry was obviously underdone when it arrived at the table (so much so that I told my husband I was pretty sure I was cutting into an uncooked steak), and when I cut into the Wellington, it was still cold and raw. Not rare. Not blue. Raw. I opted not to have them try it again after two hours of waiting, and instead ordered a simple pasta dish which was mediocre at best. Given the variability in temperature within the dish, I have a strong suspicion it may have been microwaved. My husband's steak (ordered medium rare) was barely blue, with sections he didn't eat because it was undercooked. Our appetizer (potato skins) never made it to the table, and the pasta in the chicken noodle soup was still crunchy. It was not particularly busy, but our server rarely checked on us, and we spent portions of the meal with nothing to drink. He never noticed or inquired about the appetizer. No manager ever checked in on us, even after having to send a raw meal back. What was once a staple in our restaurant rotation has found its way onto our never-again list.

Our server last time i went was also the bartender, and the other staff were kind enough to step in and help him with our orders, and he himself was more than helpful enough. The interior of the resturaunt was beautiful with wonderful lighting and a very cohesive layout, but i do have two complaints: the tables are very small and the booths are very low. When you order at a tapas resturaunt, you dont really get just one or two plates at a time, and when a solid quarter of the table is being occupied by the standup menus, the water glass, and the decorative flowers, it gets crowded very quickly. Overall a 9/10. Definitely a wonderful place to go with friends, family, or even on your own!
