I have never had an issue with Cava before I came here. The staff were genuinely the worst I have ever experienced. I understand there was a rush but if you can not handle the stress do not put them in the front. This is the worst CAVA location I have been to - the portions are smaller and the servers always seem grumpy .The lady with glasses that was making our bowl today was rude & curt and was rushing us even though there was no one waiting behind in line - she was stingy with the portions as well. Today was one of the work pick up experiences I've had with this restaurant! They happen to be my 84-yo mom's favorite. I ordered for a 10:45am pickup - got there at 10:47am. I am the only one waiting for a pick up order - 2 people ask me - my name to identify the order. I see that the pick up assembly person is training. On my order - basically I waited 15 minutes to for them finish - slow because the trainer is explaining every step. I was willing to let this go... but then wheny mom looked at her order IT WAS WRONG!!! This is her lunch and dinner (by choice). I called and spoke to a manager... not really looking for a refund but they can only offer refund from their support line. So great - let me carve out that time for $12...
