This is a casual Mediterranean restaurant that allows you to select variations and sample lots of yummy fare. I dined in with my sisters when they first opened and we were helped by delightful, smiley, and sweet staff including Brittany and Emily. The servers were great and really into making sure we were happy. Though the atmosphere is casual and not culturally consistent, it's clean and unpretentious. You can sit outside on the patio when it's pleasant weather. Also, I loved how fresh and flavorful the food was. It was every bit as good as competing (more expensive) salad places near this location. I have since gotten food to-go, finding it a perfect weekday lunch. I usually love cava. This place was such a disappointment. The bowl was half filled and everything was thrown together. It looked like an absolute mess. The falafels were cold. I asked for it to go as and then they did not give me a bag. I had to ask for it. The cashier kept talking to their coworker. I watched the worker while she threw spoonfuls of the ingredients in and put way too much sauce and then sealed it. It was half filled and did not taste good. I have gotten this bowl at the Dallas location and it was good. They did not just throw everything together like this location. Will never be going to this location again. $14 wasted. I do not expect much, but this was not good service. read more

Was the slowest order service line I've ever experienced. Everyone working there seemed to be in slow motion and line formed despite a lot of workers. Ordered pita sandwiches off the menu for dine in which were ok. People ordering custom bowls tempo matched the staff's slow reaction time. We've enjoyed Cava and this location up until tonight. The workers went full-on Chipotle with the serving size. I should have spoken up, but mentally I was not up for the "extra charge" argument. I've been to this location several times the food is fresh and the staff for the most part are friendly and professional with the exception of one of the managers. Daniel is extremely rude to customers and the staff. Today I was eating my bowl and witnessed Daniel come to the area where the online orders are take a piece of paper which I'm assuming was the order and he puts the ticket in the bag and throws the order across the counter and all the food fell on the floor. Another time when he was doing my order they didn't have pickled onions out so I asked if they had any in the back and without checking he tells me no and when he was ringing my food up one of the employees comes out with a full container of the pickled onions. I was so upset that I just left the food there. I probably won't be back to this location the food is good but not good enough to deal with a person like that. read more

This is great restaurant and location! It has exceptional food, excellent service, a comfortable and welcoming interior. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. The service is always attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. I've been to a few Cavas around the area, and this by far is the best location for my Cava cravings. Stopped by on a Saturday evening, and I was greeted immediately upon entering the restaurant. There was no line, so I expected to be in and out quickly. But Cherie, Daniel, and Anthony quickly and accurately dished up my order to go faster than I had expected. All of the food looked fresh, and everything I was looking for was available. This location needs service help. Lines are too slow for fast food. I ordered pick up this time. My pick up time was 8:15. It's 8:23 now and still waiting. I've been to multiple other locations without this problem. There's workers standing around not doing much which is frustrating to watch. People in line are leaving. Mgmt please help your staff here.
