Do yourself a favor and eat Peruvian cuisine. The citrus and fish this place is dealing is solid. Another hidden gem here right next to my gym nonetheless! We went for their lunch special which did not disappoint and of course service was wonderful as well. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Nice space, tasty food with a reasonable price for the lunch special menu and kind people is a winning equation for a good restaurant.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

What a great experience at Cebiche Bar! Authentic flavor and top-notch service. I ordered a trio of sea bass ceviche, and it was perfectly cooked and delicious. Then they brought us a special northern-style rice with octopus, shrimp, and mussels--a truly delightful dish. My wife ordered a beef stir-fry noodle dish, and she loved it. The portions were very generous. For dessert, we had cherry bavarois and picarones--some of the best we've ever had, especially coming from New York and having tried many different restaurants. Very satisfied and 100% recommended.

The Best Lomo Saltado I've ever had, and trust when I tell you I''ve had a lot! The Fried Calamari & Cebiche as an appetizer was actually an entire meal in itself. The combination of the citrus sour and Savory was pure bliss. If you have read this far, you know what you have to do... Go have the best Peruvian food this side of Peru!

Very good Peruvian food! .. and this is coming from a large Peruvian family visiting from California. We were a table of 13 people, customer service was excellent, the waitress was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Our family is very nice but also loud and fussy when is about Peruvian food, but the food here was GREAT! All the dishes very tasty, big portions and at a good price! Visited this restaurant for the first time this month with a relative who raves about this place. I received friendly service from the staff! I ordered their 'Lomo Saltado' dish which is one of my favorite Peruvian dishes with a Kola Inglesa drink. The drink and dish were absolutely delicious! I loved this 'aji' sauce they asked if I wanted on the side. (If you're not into spicy sauces or can't tolerate spicy foods, I wouldn't suggest you trying it because it's has a medium-high spicy rating to it). I didn't completely finish my dish because it was a big portion so I had both the 'aji' sauce and the rest of my entrée to go. I really enjoyed the food here! I hope to come back soon!

I've passed by Cebiche Bar many times, but this was my first time dining here. Now I wish I had gone in sooner!! The food was delicious and the service was quick. It was packed (Sunday afternoon), but it was still cosy and our server was friendly and attentive. My friends and I shared a few dishes and still had some leftovers since the portions are very generous. Everything was delicious. Im looking forward to dining here again to try some more of their menu items.

I will start this review off by saying the sign of this place really caught my eye. I had just left the gym next store and all of a sudden was craving ceviche. I was greeted by the hostess and seated immediately in a booth/table. The place seems clean and the vibe is very casual. Decor is very nice as well and created a cool trendy look with some "instagram-able" pieces. Our server did take a while to get to the table but she was great and really explained the different "Cebiche" dishes and how I should order the fish. Everything was so good my friend said they should cater my wedding . But seriously the food was so good and I didn't feel sluggish or bloated afterwards. Everything was so fresh and flavorful ! Both meals wear definitely shareable for the size! Didn't get to try dessert here but I do have my eye on the passion fruit mousse. Next time I'll have to order ! They also honored my 10% off from Yelp which was nice . Will be returning.

We decided to give Cebiche-Bar a try before ordering through UberEATS. What a great place! Seafood was so fresh and delicious, service great too. Took suggestions from waiter and tried the Menu Marino, a fantastic assorted appetizer for the table. Parmesan scallops,pesto linguini and steak,and mix cebiche all excellent. The quality is not what it used to be. Have been eating here for past year, usually do takeout, the ceviche used to be incredibly fresh, this past visit portion was reduced, and price was increased. The customer service was very good previously, but this past week I ordered and when I picked up order there was a Swiffer mop leaning on front counter , dirty part up. Yuck! then Cashier/Server short-changed ( just cents, but it is the principle) all she had to say was she did not have the coins , and all would have been good. But she just decided she was going to give me back less money. If there is a tip jar, as other places I normally put some cash in there ( not just coins) , but not a fan of people just keeping money without any courtesy. read more

My girl was craving food from here tonight, she also claimed i had to prior too. However i didn't recall. Anyways Long story short i found out that they accept paypal which was a plus and we ordered the beef sauteed and the beef chaufa rice. Let me just say im kind of skeptical on certain latin foods, this place did not disappoint. Food was ready to be picked up when we arrived.when we got it home, we ate some and tasted super fresh and just made. The beef used was juicy and flavorful. The rice great too especially with the green spicy sauce. Bottom line. Food was excellent here and i will definitely order from here again !! read more

My wife and I recently discovered this restaurant here on yelp from a search for seafood restaurants. Having been to Runas on Hollywood Blvd recently, we didn't think that any other Peruvian restaurant could compare. We were pleasantly surprised that Cebiche-Bar exceeded our expectations. The mixed ceviche appetizer that started our meal was an ample mixture of four different delicious ceviches in different sauces that almost left all four of us too full for our entrees. Thankfully, we persevered and were pleasantly surprised by the quality and quantity of the food. I had the Lomo Saltado and the steak was cooked perfectly, and joined by crispy fries and delicious rice. The service is exceptional, the food is delicious, and most importantly--the prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place to lovers of Peruvian food or anyone looking for a great dining experience. read more

If your in the Cooper City, Pembroke Pines area and you want an authentic Peruvian experience with delicious Peruvian food, this is the place to be -- Will (our server) provided us with incredible service; from the time we walked in to the time we came out, we were greeted with smiles and positive vibes -- overall our experience at this Cebiche-Bar was our best yet which is saying a lot considering we are South Florida locals and have been to many highly-rated Peruvian establishments, we officially have a new favorite! read more

We stumble into Cebiche Bar by chance, and boy were we pleasantly surprised!! Our server Laura was wonderful. From her pleasant greeting, her patience in explaining the menu, and good service. Augusto was the Chef who prepared our meals. All three in our party were very happy with the quality, presentation and flavors in our dishes. Well done Augusto! The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We had the ceviche and the chicken fried rice. The portions for the fried rice were huge and probably enough for 3-4 people. I was in the mood for some ceviche and the Cebiche Bar did not disappoint. I ordered the Corvina Cebiche and it was light, refreshing and tasted so so good. My sister had the Fish in seafood sauce and I enjoyed what I tasted. She enjoyed it as well and wasn't up to sharing after my third request. The restaurant is a cozy place and the service was outstanding. We had their sangria, (2 pitchers) and is was refreshing but I have had some much stronger. The second pitcher we requested more wine be added and she did but that's all we tasted rather than the fruit infused taste from sangria. All an all I would come back and try something else off the menu. read more

Very good Peruvian food, prices are reasonable they'll pretty much make you anything you request. The area might not attract the right customers because people think "La Granja" is Peruvian food lol , but real customers know the difference. I've eaten here several times and never had a bad experience. read more

Quite simply the service. Friday night they were busy but 25 minutes after we sat we got no attention from staff. People who arrived afterwards had drinks and appetizers on the table while we were completely ignored. We left and will never go back. That's a shame because the food is good and we go out quite often and we live close. read more

Been wanting to try this place, today was a perfect day to try. First, they start you with fried corn with a green sauce on the side. I ordered churrasco with plantains and white rice, and finished lunch with lucuma mousse. That was just a perfect lunch, the lucuma mousse is devine! Not too sweet, rather creamy and soft, though I prefer the lucuma ice cream which is not available. The price is reasonable and good service. Would definitely come back! read more

Amazing!!!! Will gave my girlfriend and I amazing costumer service!! Extremely educated guy!!! The food was to die for. My girlfriend and I usually frequent Sr. Ceviche for its food quality and now we have discovered this little gem closer to home!!! The Chaufa was to die for! Super good! And a lot of seafood in it!! We also met the manager and was extremely polite and friendly!! Super grateful of our compliment to his staff. He showed us the newly redesigned menu that he will be launching soon and it looked very, very modern and well designed!!! Really not sure what the hype is all about, maybe because the majority of people that go here are NOT Peruvian? We ordered Jalea and it was dripping in oil, way too greasy for our liking that we left some of the dish on the plate. You can also see the oil residue on my plate from when I transferred food over since we were having it as an appetizer. The onions were bland. We regretted ordering our main dishes before trying the appetizer. The ceviche was brought out too soon bc the fish was red/pink still & the arroz con mariscos was beyond bland. The 18% gratuity is automatically added & I think that's why they don't care to provide the best service. First, she asked if I wanted spicy sauce and I said yes but we had to remind her twice within 10 min. And then she forgot to bring out the rice and she walked passed us several time but has to remind her again and she used the excuse that another server had gotten it, yet when I received the rice...it was cold. That's when we decided to get our food "to go" but we honestly just tossed it out on our way out. Maybe we went on a bad day? Maybe the chef was sick and a sever had to cook? Or maybe people just overrate this place? Who knows!...but I highly doubt we're going back. * the food presentation was the only good thing about this place read more

WORST service I have experienced at any restaurant!!! Left the waitress (that's been there for years, not sure how they keep her seeing how horrible her service is) a low tip - she had the nerve to chase after us and TELL US to leave more of a tip!!!! she said she still had the account open and she could do it- we clearly said NO - and she added $6 more to her tip without our knowledge!!!! If this doesn't speak low class and absolutely NO regard for their customers I don't know what does!! Chicken was extremely dry, and food was cold. I say- pick up if you have to eat here! Worst customer service- had to ask for everything twice or three times and to a different waitress since ours was clearly not concerned !! wish she was more concerned about customer service than her tip!! This was my first experience into Peruvian food and this place did it well. Split the ceviche trilogy and seafood fried rice. Everything was so fresh and delicious, very flavorful and tasty. Ask for the green sauce/salsa which adds an extra kick but it's not that strong. Made another visit Feb. 2016 because I was craving some lomo saltado. I had the mixed saltado with steak, chicken, and seafood. And oh man, I love the gravy and french fries that come along with all the meat and rice. Good size plate and quick service, keep in mind I went in at 2pm on a weekday for a late lunch. read more

Our first time, found Cebiche-Bar on Urbanspoon. Always looking for something different to eat. The food was excellent, not over sauced, you can taste the flavors. We ordered the Arroz Chaufa de Pollo and Tallarin saltado de Pollo. Perfect portion, friendly staff. They will have their own website up for ordering in a few days. They also deliver. I recommend trying, you won't be sorry. read more

Hello my Yelp friends!! I have to say I just ate the best sushi EVER! last week when I went to Asian Grill at Pembroke Pines. The place has changed ownership and has definitely improve its cuisine. The new chef / owner cooks delicious, I talked to him for a little and found out he has an extensive culinary career as a sushi chef (10 years working at Akashi, few months at Ozzi, and Makoto on Bal Harbour!...). I read all the negative comments and thought, I definitely have to let these people know that this place has great food, and that they should re-try it out in case they haven't!! Highly recommend all sushi rolls :) read more

I placed an order for pickup during the lunch special (12PM-3PM on weekdays) and got a Pollo Saltado with a soda for only $10! It was delicious, I felt like I was back in Perú. They now have a new regular customer. I highly recommend! read more

Service was fast, price is reasonable. I tried their lomo saltado...I can make a better one myself lol. It's like they are putting sugar instead of salt on their sauce. Not a good impression when this is the most basic dish. read more

Delicious food at good price. Ceviche was fresh, lemony and spicy. Octopus causa left me satisfied. Love the homemade chicha. Seafood chaufa on point. Small restaurant with relaxed atmosphere. Was nearly full on Sunday. Only downside was our server. Not very friendly and disappeared after she brought us our food. Other than that, highly recommend. read more

I politely asked if the seasoning could simply be left off due to an allergy, and my request was refused. Rather than accommodating a simple dietary restriction, I was told that the dish wouldn't taste the way the chef intended. While I understand wanting to preserve the intended flavor, customer health and safety should come first--especially when dealing with allergies. I find it concerning that no effort was made to accommodate a reasonable request or even ask about the severity of the allergy. In today's restaurant industry, flexibility and customer care are important. Unfortunately, I found the service to be very unaccommodating, and given the high prices, I expected much better. I will not be returning.

We were only 3 people and wanted to try a little of everything so we only got to try 4 rolls and that last one was a struggle. Many other spots like this will do 4 pieces per roll so that opens up some stomach space. While the food was fresh and tasty, I won't be running back as there are many other good options for the price point or less for lunch (and certainly for dinner at around $35 a person I believe ). I had never eaten Peruvian food and here I ate cebiche and other dishes for the first time. I was fascinated! The food is simply delicious! The menu is vast and the food fresh. I recommend Fish cebiche, Chaufa rice (my young son was delighted!), the avocado shrimp, (they do not do it in others restaurants) and so many other typical dishes... The atmosphere is very nice, the restaurant is not big but cozy with music background! Then I tried at other Peruvian restaurants in the region and the food is not as good as here. I recommend this restaurant to all my friends and I have taken many of them there because I knew they would not be disappointed. The staff is very professional and friendly! So I saw this restaurant by my gym next door. On the door there was an image of fried red snapper and I always told myself to one day walk in and try. Today was that day and I am not disappointed. The price for the snapper at that size was marvelous and the fried seafood and fish simply melts in your mouth with every bite. The waiters are kind and patient and willing to advise you on every menu option. This was my first time having Peruvian food and I am glad it was here. Disappointed with the Service Visited at 11:30 AM hoping to order lunch, only to be told that lunch wouldn't be available until 12 PM. Instead of offering flexibility or even a simple alternative, we were handed a breakfast menu and told we must wait if we wanted lunch. What made it more frustrating was that the restaurant was nearly empty, so it wasn't about being busy -- it was just rigid service. No options, no accommodations, just a flat-out "wait or leave." i am a regular customer at asian grill because i work in the same plaza and i eat there for my lunch breaks it was not all that until i found out a new owner took over i think now the food is 100 times better then the previos owners food the menu has completely change its BETTER i tried the sushi there OMG it was awesome that was the first time i had tried a sushi as GREAT!!! I love Peruvian food, so I was so happy to try this new place thinking I would have my great Peruvian food, and I don't like to say it but it was a disappointment. I order the octopus and it was over cooked and too spicy. The mariscos were too fried. The one good dish was the fish Ceviche. But the place and the attention is not the best. Sat down and ordered my food. Waited for 30 minutes before we were even given water. When I asked about our drinks the waitress smiled and said yes you ordered a water and soda.
