I ended up at this nail shop as I was visiting someone in the area. I was a little hesitant based on other reviews. I had no appointment and they helped me immediately. They asked if I lived in the area-I said no and then I kicked myself because I thought to myself, "Great, they are not going to do a good job since they know I probably won't be coming back." Well....I was wrong. They did an amazing pedicure and gel manicure that lasted one month. No chips, no broken nails. I was very impressed. I had the older lady who does pedicures do my fill and pedicure. She was nice but my nails are terrible. She left a big lump that I had to have her fix. Took her 30 minutes to take my gel polish off. I have little cut all around my cuticles and my toes. So bad it hurt when the water hit them. My gel polish is all over the place. I have spot with no acrylic. She was very rough with machine roo. Came here on a Saturday with my cousin for a regular full set fill and her a full set gel fill. The wait was "40 minutes" so we decided to get some coffee and come back. Would've gone to a different nail salon, but the reviews rated this place 4 stars so decided to see what the hype was about. When we returned we didn't have to wait too long for the male to help my cousin. I on the other hand had to wait longer for the next nail technician. But I'm patient I understand it's Saturday and there staff only consists of 3 people. It finally comes to my turn to sit down and get my fill. Generally if you've gotten your nails done before you're use to how long it'll take. On average for a fill I'm thinking 45 minutes especially for a short full set. An hour if you're expecting special decals or whatever. Here's why I rated this place 2 stars.... The person doing my fill annoyingly keeps asking me to get the gel polish and explains all the benefits. Yes I know it's prettier, lasts longer, etc but after kindly declining and explaining why I didn't want it she must've asked another 4 times. No means no lady. And if you're curious as to why I declined it's simply because the full set is easier for me to remove myself when I'm tired of it. During my fill, she stops helping me to aid her coworker with another client who clearly isn't satisfied with her pedicure. She apologized to me which was nice but she helped the other client to please her because she didn't want her to get upset. Uh hello? What about me? Okay I continue to be patient to see how this is going to play out. Meanwhile, different clients come in with different appointments and they're told to come back. Wow! What's the point of an appointment?? By the way, it's passed an hour now! Then the other client wants an eyebrow wax. My nails aren't even half way done. So the nail technician originally helping me apologizes and asks me if I mind that she does this eyebrow wax (in front of the client). Kinda felt like I was put on the spot so of course I said I didn't mind. The client even thanked me. Whatever. Oh but it continues. That guy doing my cousin's nails did the wrong color! If you're familiar with the gel polish, it's numbered there. She doesn't speak English and she was nice about it said it's okay it's still a nice color. He was apologetic but didn't seem to bother him much. And he only painted 8/10 fingers because 2 of them had a specal bow decal on it that she did not want removed. I was so ready to leave. At that point I just wanted polish on my nails and to leave asap! Except the color I chose is too thick and even nail polish thinner added to it doesn't help. So I'm forced to pick an alternative color. The selection is terrible. I pick one that's similar. She paints it then helps another client with an eyebrow wax and the other nail technician paints the top coat for me. Top coat is clear! How can anyone possibly paint that recklessly?! I had to ask her to redo a finger and she seemed annoyed. She rushed it so she can help the next client with a pedicure. Rude if you ask me. And she left my fingers dirty from removing the original color I wanted (the one that was too thick). I'm not picky by any means but I do expect standard service. This was below standards. For the final straw, no sort of discount or compensation for waiting ridiculously long and being patient about it. There for nearly 2 hours! On top of that my cousins nails were an extra $3 because of the shape/length. It was a fill! The shape and length were already there lol. And he only did 8 fingers not 10. In conclusion, not worth the hype at all. They need to work on there customer service. Also turn some music on or that TV on the wall for those who are PATIENTLY waiting. read more

Ryan was quick and nice. Really tried to make conversation and my pedi is fine. Nothing crazy special. But it took them 1 hour and a half! I asked how long it would be and they said half an hour. And hour later I was still sitting waiting with nothing being done! Their prices are misleading as well... The $15 dollar pedi is right but when you add the foot scrub its $20 and $5 more for French which is just what you get anywhere else for better service! read more

I've been coming here for the last year after going someplace else for a few years and I'm so happy I came back. My nails never lift and I've never broken one, which says a lot for me because I'm very rough on my hands. She puts the extra effort into knowing what each of her customers want and I never have to tell her how I like my nails. She is always willing to try funky designs with me and they always turn out great! I love Ryan and Vivian as well, they give great pedicures and do fun designs. The fountain when you walk in is very dirty and is an absolute eye sore. I wanted my nails really short but the girl talked me into getting them longer so I just gave in. Never again. Not for me. I usually go to Euro Nails in riverside and I will stay there. I only went to this place because it was on my way to work and I needed some work done. I'll start with the pedicure. I don't remember her name but she was an older lady and kept picking at my skin with her little tools and continuously said oh your feet are just sensitive. No ma'am you're actually hurting me. Anyways I didn't like the color I picked so ended up getting white tip gel it was her suggestion she kept pushing at it so I'm like alright already just ready to get out of this chair. They came out okay but they did not last like they r supposed to. Lastly, Khara did my nails..yeah she's sweet like everyone says..but umm my gel nails aren't lasting like they usually do with other places. And don't go here on hot days, no AC plus flies were just the tip of the iceberg.. I won't be returning. I gave them two generous stars because Khara was sweet. Everyone is very courteous and sweet. The employees talked to their customers and not amongst themselves like in most places. You can tell the employees make an effort to know their customers and build rapport. It was a clean salon. They use bags for the chairs where you soak your feet.
