This place was dark. And by that I mean romantic! Lol but really a little More light would've actually highlighted the delicious food available! So we had pisco sours- I'm peruvian so I can say they were soft... tasty but I do like a bit more pisco in my sours, but they were enjoyable. Then we got the calamari : soooo very tender and lightly breaded! We tried to save some but ... poof! We ate them all! AND we also got a shrimp tempura roll which was also very tasty (my friend didn't like raw sushi so we had to comply) we'll be back to taste other rolls. Then we went on to our peruvian entrees/ we tried the Lomo Saltado, the Tallarín verde con churrasco and the seco de res con frejoles: bountiful and tasty! We will all be having more peruvian food for lunch tomorrow!! I can say that these dishes will Not disappoint. We did feel they were a little salty, but nothing that some sips of pisco sour wouldn't fix! Finally: yes that's right, we saved room for dessert and got the cheesecake and the picarones. I was not impressed by either. My friends loved them Both, so we will say that desserts were good, very sweet and a gorgeous presentation for the picarones! Loved that! The owner of the restaurant, instead of coming to apologize, came to threaten to call the cops because I was complaining about the beer cap when "they are a prestigious restaurant." TLDR; everything is amazing. fresh seafood, wonderful staff, incredible food. We come here regularly and bring everyone from out of town here! We come here with large groups from work, other couples, and family from out of town and we are always impressed. I've had no fresher fish than this place. The sushi is also amazing. We consistently order the ceviche mixto, lomo saltado, Miami Heat roll, Brooklyn roll, and recently the Arigato salad. This is the best Peruvian restaurant I've ever been too, probably because all of the ingredients are so fresh - including the fish. The staff is so friendly and wonderful. They always take care of us, whether we have 20 people or 4. They recently recommended a Peruvian brewed beer and we loved it! A five star dining experience in Weston?!? Unheard of! Until last night when I FINALLY tried Ceviche Arigato after it was recommended to me by a friend a long time ago. We came around 730 on a Friday night, and the place was packed!! Good sign. We sat at the bar for about 20-25 mins until our table was ready, no biggie. All of the staff was fantastic! The manager was very involved throughout the whole night, checking in, giving recommendations, and making sure everything was running smoothly. The servers and the rest of the staff were also very good. The only negative at all was that I had to constantly ask for my water to be refilled. The alcohol they were on top of, the water, not so much. But literally, that was my only complaint. The food was AWESOME!! You could tell everything was really fresh and high grade. We had the ceviche mixto (very good!), the acevichado roll (yummmmm!), tuna tataki (excellent!), the Miami heat roll (so tasty!), goat cheese salad (sooo good!). Absolutely everything was on point. For dessert, we went with the passion fruit cheesecake which tasted lighter than most cheesecakes but really good if you like passion fruit. We also had the picarones aka doughnuts!! Holy food coma, but so delicious. Ceviche Arigato has got this Peruvian Japanese fusion down. I'll definitely be back!! read more

Peruvian Japanese fusion, the intriguing name drew us in since we have spent a lot of time in Japan. We started with Tiradito Tricolor Cerviche (marinated fresh fish) recommended by our server was very tasty. The other dishes ordered were Arrizotado De Lomo Saltado (stir fried beef with risotto) was rich and quite tasty. Our daughter had Churrasco Al Chimichurri, it was good but slightly chewy. I had the mixed grill, that was very good (pork a little dry). Service was very good. We enjoyed ourselves and would probably return. Sorry forgot to snap pictures. read more

This place is obsoletely fabulous! The octopus appetizer was scrumptious. Everything we ordered tasted fresh and savory. We ordered two appetizers, two entrées, and a pitcher of sangria. The bill came to $105-but worth every penny. The only thing I would change would be making the sangria a bit sweeter. Although it was good, it needed perhaps a little more fruit juice or fruit. Wonderful dining experience with Peruvian Japanese delights. Everything was spot on when we decided to try this local spot in a Publix plaza near our house. We are not that familiar with the cuisine and the staff and waiter were wonderful. We ate way too much but it was so tasty and fresh. It was Fourth of July so not sure if it wasn't busy because of that or it was a Tuesday night but we had no issue with waiting and there were a few tables sitting already. We asked the waiter to make recommendations and explain some of the items. We started with the ceviche mixto and I will definitely order this again. The flavors of all the seafood were incredible. We also ordered a spicy tuna roll, a rib appetizer and a baked scallop appetizer. Don't judge us!! We were hungry and adventurous to try new things. We needed a few other people to share but we ate EVERYTHING! We decided to share an entree of the chirasco steak and that was great as well. They even split it for us in the kitchen.
