I love their tea and the customer service lady was very nice and helpful. They also have reserve seating outside this tea house inside the mall; however, a bit too small. They also have their own brand tea mugs/cups/bags. Definitely will be coming back here again soon to buy some merch.

Came to the Culver City Mall on a Monday morning and I was shocked that there was a Chagee here! I previously had tried the long beach Chagee, so I had pleasant hopes for this mall location. The interior of the cafe is really nicely done, with a lot of warm tones, but also they have additional seating located just in front of the store within the mall. They had a 15% off promo going on if you downloaded their app, so I went ahead and did that and ordered a large amber oolong tea latte. Service was fine, and they just called my name later once it was ready. I thought that the tea itself was alright, and I did not think that the tea flavor was strong enough for my liking if I had to be honest. It was still a nice earthy oolong flavor, but even still I would prefer other boba spots over Chagee.

My first time at a Chagee location! This one is located in the Culver City mall on the first floor. If you're coming in from the second floor food court, get downstairs and head right. The store has a little bit of seating in front, but it's really a grab and go place. The store told me they wouldn't take my reusable tumbler as they are still a new store and were still getting situated, so hopefully at some point in the future, they could be more conscientious with waste and allow reusable cups. They do sell their own Chagee designed tumblers, so I wonder if they will allow that container at some point too. Anyways, I got the large peach oolong tea latte with easy ice, less sugar, and whole milk ($6.45). I downloaded their app and got to use the 15% off welcome reward. The drink was good, but not worth the drive compared to closer tea spots.

I prefer this over Molly Tea any day. Quick service and went during their collaboration with Laufey.

I recently visited CHAGEE Tea House and ordered a Matcha Latte. Before ordering, the employee let me know that if I didn't enjoy my drink, they would be happy to remake it or make me something different, which I really appreciated. When I received my drink, it wasn't sweet at all, even though I had requested extra sweetener. I went back to the counter and asked for more sweetener. The first employee handed me a very small cup with barely any sweetener in it, which wasn't enough to make a difference. I then returned to the counter and asked another employee if I could simply pay for additional sweetener. He refused and told me it was company policy that they were not allowed to provide extra sweetener. At that point, I decided to leave with a drink I wasn't happy with. For nearly $9 for a single drink, I expected better customer service and more flexibility, especially after being told they would remake the drink if I didn't like it. It was disappointing to leave feeling like there wasn't any effort made to ensure I enjoyed what I paid for.

Such a clean and beautiful space. And the tea is SO GOOD!!!

For anyone who reads my reviews, it is pretty obvious that I stay as far away from shopping malls as possible. But today, I strayed away from my convictions long enough to visit Chagee Modern Teahouse. My wife had recently dropped in and happened to mention that it was a-ok. Since she's more of a tea snob than am I, and since I needed to do some shopping at the nearby Trader Joe's, I felt this might be worth my while. After a brief conversation with the Chagee representative, I selected the Ceylon Black Tea latte. It was, simply perfect. The flavor, the sweetness, its creamy texture, all on point (did I just say "on point"?). Usually I try not to ever give five stars on the first visit but today, I just couldn't find any credible reason not to. Besides the satisfying deliciousness of my milk tea, I was extremely impressed by the overall environment as well as the professionalism of the representative who assisted me. They also have very pleasant seating available just outside, in front of the location. I guess if there is one thing I would wish for is more interior seating. Well, c'est la vie on that point. If you are ever in Fox Hills Mall and find yourself craving milk tea, look no further that Chagee Modern Teahouse

It's hot as all hell now in L.A., and what a better way to cool off than to visit my favorite Chagee location here in the Fox Hills Mall. That's right, the Fox Hills Mall..... Great crew, great ambiance, great everything! Except for one thing...... People who are not purchasing the product have begun to take liberty by taking up all the new classy and dope seats that Chagee brought to this location. This has to change asap. I had the good fortune of sharing this with a Chagee Big Dog out of Irvine who indicated to me that he will relay these concerns. My not so subtle suggestion? Place the dope Chagee logos (red, blue, fire horse symbol, etc) onto the furniture and chairs they have outside now. For while more security won't want to be bothered, and the Chagee staff has better things to do than to police the seats outside of the location itself, the reality of the matter is that those seats need to be used first by the people who do one thing... PAY FOR THE PRODUCT. The goal here would be to take advantage of the subconscious mind, and send the signal that the priority goes to Chagee customers. Not policing the situation, but clearly sending that also subtle message. What do you all think?

A friend of mine recommended Chagee and I honestly didn't know what to expect. He told me it's a very popular tea chain from China, so I was definitely curious. I ordered a the daydream and peach tea latte (not pictured) and both of them were so good! The daydream is definitely my favorite - it's like a milk tea frappe but the taste is so creamy and rich. The peach tea latte has a subtle sweetness but the peach taste was perfect. I can see why this place is so popular. I'm definitely going to be going crazy trying their other items. Inside the store, it's like any cafe with plenty of seating indoor and outdoor. The staff is extremely professional and nice. The location was impeccably clean and each drink ordered was made to order with fresh ingredients. I highly recommend!

Got to check out the Chagee in Culver City today. We came in a random weekend, it's pretty decent crowd as it's in the mall. The service was ok, the price is kind of high for same quality tea in other stores. Although the quality of the tea is great, I would lean towards other tea shops that may have as great quality tea fie more decent price and better service. Plus, thu don't have much options or any toppings.

Background On Visit: While I was waiting pick up my dinner from Panini Kabob Grill, I decided to walk around the mall and ended up going to this shop. Chagee Promo: Download their app and receive 15% off on a beverage order. Credit Cards: They're accepted Restrooms: No restroom inside the shop, but you can use the restrooms at the mall. Location/Parking: Located between Footlocker and Mrs. Fields inside the Westfield Culver City. Parking can be found in the shared lot. Ambiance/Decor: Neat ambiance with limited furnishings to sit on. Mainly a take your drink and go type of shop. Their beverage packaging is very nice! Service: Service was good. Jenny (staffer behind the register) was very nice, knowledgeable about the shop, attentive, and offered great suggestions. Drinks didn't take long to be made. Drink Of Choice: Peach Oolong Tea was very good. I asked for no sugar and no ice to enjoy the floral taste. Very refreshing indeed! Chagee For Thought: Would love to patronize the shop again!

I finally got to try my favorite milk tea place from China, and I can confirm they taste the exact same. The minute I entered I was transported back to the Chinese stores as they have the same decor and vibe. Just wished the shop was bigger with more seats, since it seemed to be a strictly grab'n'go place. I ordered a Boya Jasmine Latte, which is their signature drink. It was super fragrant with a floral tea taste and had a perfect balance between the tea taste and sugar at 50%. However, I would recommend opting for regular sugar otherwise since Chinese shops don't tend to be as sweet as other, more American ones. For the quality, decor, and presentation, I'm surprised that they are on the more average priced milk tea price. If I lived in LA, I would probably go broke going here.

I was at the mall and noticed this and decided to check it out. I was immediately drawn to the Special-Teas because the sounded like this amazing lemon tea we had in China. Service was friendly and swift. It is a bit pricey at $8 for 22oz but the tea was good!! I'd definitely check them out at least once.

10/10! Love that you can mobile order here! I've been stopping in while working in the mall and their peach oolong island jasmine teas are so refreshing! I really love that each drink sticker has the nutritional and caffeine information on it, helps you stay aware, especially if you tend to drink a lot of caffeine. The workers are also super nice! The space itself is very zen and is a spot where you can enjoy a moment of calm despite the hustle and bustle of the mall.

As I was working through my message, I had the idea to include a visual illustration--a charcuterie setup to represent the abundant life Jesus offers. Right away, I thought of Alex and Olivia at Joliet Cafe. I've enjoyed Joliet Cafe for years-- whether I've come by in the day to get delicious coffee, or enjoyed the restaurant on a romantic night out with the wife - the food is always outstanding. Alex is truly a masterful chef! So just a couple of weeks before Easter, I reached out with this idea. Not only was he open to it, but he took the time to understand the vision and bring it to life. On the day of, Alex arrived early and prepared a beautiful, abundant "feast" that fit the message perfectly. It didn't just look incredible--it tasted amazing. After the service, we placed the charcuterie next to our lunch table, and it was gone quickly! So many people commented on how delicious and well-presented everything was. This isn't your…read moretraditional taco stand - it's definitely a more modern, hipster take on Texas-style breakfast tacos. But they execute it pretty well. One of my favorite morning routines is grabbing a coffee from Blue Bottle next door, then settling in at HomeState with my two favorite breakfast tacos: the Guadalupe and Don't Mess with Texas. Guadalupe - 4/5. I always order this on a corn tortilla. It comes with eggs, chorizo, and cheese, and the ingredients are decent. The portion is generous, with plenty of fluffy eggs that are cooked just right - not overdone or runny. The cheese melts nicely into the eggs, creating a good texture. The chorizo is decent, though it's the weakest component of an otherwise excellent taco. Also, I realized that the portion of chorizo has shrunk over the years. Don't Mess with Texas - 4/5. I'm generally not a fan of refried pinto beans, but this taco completely won me over. The combination of beans, bacon, potatoes, and cheese works surprisingly well, especially with the salsa verde. The flavors come together beautifully, making this one of the more satisfying breakfast tacos on the menu. I've tried a few of their other breakfast tacos, and they're all good. Still, I always find myself coming back to these two. HomeState offers two house salsas roja and verde, both with a brighter, more acidic profile than what you'd typically find at a taco shop. Usually that would be a bit problematic for regular tacos, but that acidity pairs well with the rich breakfast tacos. My only complaint is that I wish they packed more heat. Hot sauces are available, but I'd rather the house salsas bring the spice on their own. Even so, they're flavorful and complement the tacos well. Overall, I like my Blue Bottle coffee + 2 breakfast tacos combination, and will continue eating here.
