Employees claim no contact info for a manager. After we ordered, someone came by and took our food while we waited. They refused to remake.

Awful service. We placed our order and moved down-the-line to wait for it. Just as our order was up, someone came by and snatched it, right in front of us. They claimed it wasn't their fault, and they had no responsibility to remake our order. They said I could sit around and wait for their manager to show up, but said they had no contact information for a manager or a corporate office.

The manager was extremely rude and was not wearing a mask. All other employees were wearing masks except the manager who was putting his employees and costumers at risk. My boyfriend also found a piece of wood in his sandwich. We got a refund but the guy did not apologize at all. This place is going to go out of business with how they treat costumers and how unsafe their food is.

Leaving one star because the guy making food wasn't wearing his mask over his mouth. I didn't order from them because of it.

The food here is absolutely disgusting. The fact they can call these sad attempt at sandwiches a "Philly" is unbelievable.

Having enjoyed plenty of authentic Philly cheesesteaks over the years...many of them in Philadelphia itself...I approached this food truck with a healthy dose of skepticism. As soon as I arrived, I met Armand, who told me that he and his brother started the food truck about seven years ago. He was warm, personable, and genuinely Texas-friendly, which immediately set a positive tone for the experience. Ordering a cheesesteak is a simple three-step process: 1) Pick your cheese. 2) Choose your toppings. 3) Be polite and place your order. (I loved that part!) I ordered the cheesesteak with American cheese and grilled onions, along with a side of fries. Let me tell you...this sandwich completely exceeded my expectations! For a moment, I felt like I was back in Philly. The bread was soft, fresh, and flavorful. The steak was unbelievably tender and packed with flavor...so good that I couldn't stop talking about it. The portion size was generous enough for two people, so I ended up sharing half with the hubs. Needless to say, R&B's Steak and Fries turned this cheesesteak skeptic into a believer.

The Game Changer cheesesteak is clearly the centerpiece of the menu, combining Beyond Meat with vegan cheese in a monstrous, meaty sandwich. I have to say that the addition of ketchup was a bit odd, and could have been better either substituted with marinara or omitted, but I still polished off my half of this beast all the same. The mushroom pizza pockets were faultless, if you're in more of a snacking mood. Just ask to swap the ricotta with vegan cheese and you'll be treated to umami shrooms sauteed with a touch of balsamic, wrapped in golden dough, and generously portioned at that. Happy hour is clearly the time to visit, with all pizzas clocking in at $10, and select drinks at $5. I'll have to time out my next visit better to take advantage.

The HH pizza is a steal. Quality and ingredients and size. All of the above. Check. And can't beat it at HH prices. The Philly Cheesesteak seemed a one off on the menu. Not gonna lie the pictured advertisements had me worried. It looked like the bread was going to be thick and hard. And the meat looked different. But guys....this Philly Cheesetake is the best I've had in years. Granted I probably haven't had any in years but it is bomb. The bread rose to the occasion (pun intended) and was so soft and mashable. If you're a bread snob you know what I mean. And the inside itself was so flavorful and cheesy. My husband even had a hard time finishing it because it was a good serving. Job well done Grata's. We will be and have been back.

I got held up at an event and didn't make it in the door until 10 minutes before closing, which I know is not ideal but I was ready to order as soon as I walked in. Except the order station was abandoned, so I waited. One of the kitchen staff saw me waiting but didn't alert anyone to take my order. When someone did finally emerge from the back, they saw me waiting at the order station and proceeded to completely ignore me and instead waited one of the groups dining in. Then that same person went back to the back until 2 minutes after closing when they came to tell me that they were closed. I said that I'd been waiting there quite a while to order but again treated me like a ghost and didn't reply. I didn't argue because he obviously wasn't going to let me order no matter what I said but the whole experience was so disrespectful. If anyone would have just told me "sorry we've already shut down the kitchen" it would have been sad but fine, but to have multiple staff see me waiting there for 12 minutes and I guess just hope I would go away... wtf? Texadelphia is dead.

When we found out, we rushed over for a Father's day meal. The atmosphere was pretty cool, interesting pictures on the walls, someone put a lot of effort, time and thought into the decorating of this establishment. All men running the joint, we told the guy who took our order(who was very nice), it was our first time here. They have been in business for 16 years(not at this location)! So lets get down to the food. My Husband ordered the two dog combo, one a Chicago dog, another a sauerkraut dog, it came with fries. He sad the dogs were amazing, they hit all the marks. The fries were ok, a little room temp(but to be fare we came there 30 minutes before closing). The soda's were really great, not two sirupy, not too carbonated, we enjoyed them. I ordered a pizza with Italian sausage added. They gave us our drinks for free, which was awesome. I didn't know what to expect with the pizza, but I was blown away by it. They should be very proud of the recipe they created. Most places over season/spice their sauces. The flavor of the tomato gets drowned out. This was absolutely not the case the sauce did not sow out the crust whatsoever it held its crisp the whole time. The sausage was wonderful. The cheese was everything you wanted on a pizza. I can say it's the best than crust pizza I think I've ever had. My husband tried it and we fought over who was going to be eating it for lunch tomorrow. It was huge. I wasn't expecting it to be that big. I will be dreaming about that pizza, and craving it. This is my go to place to get good pizza. It blows Nikki's out of the water. If you are craving some good then crust, pizza, or hotdog I suggest you go there. They also have chili fries, cheesesteaks, so much. They have one of those menus, where everything looks good, and it's hard to decide. Just try it. Warning, this pizza is 14 in(seemed bigger), and it being thin crust, and tasting so good, you might find yourself eating the whole thing. Wish we had pics to post, but we did not think of doing it, will do next time(which will probably be later this week, it was that good).

They offer two sizes, and we ordered the smaller regular Americana Cheesesteak, the Cartel, a shared order of fries, and two fountain drinks. Our total came to about $35, which felt like a good value for the amount of food. Service was friendly and they served our food to the table very fast. The fries were your typical frozen fries and came unseasoned, but that wasn't a big deal. We added our own seasoning. One thing to note is that they only serve Pepsi products. That's a big bummer for me because I'm a Dr Pepper girl, but it isn't a complete dealbreaker because they also offer tea. Now let's talk about my sandwich. It was loaded with so much meat that I couldn't even fit it in my mouth! I ended up taking some of the meat out and adding it to the fries, which turned out yummy. The steak was well seasoned, and the lettuce, tomato, and mayo ratio tasted perfect. If you're looking for a hearty cheesesteak that will definitely fill you up, Wise Guys is worth checking out. I'll definitely be back!
