Overpriced, salty wings, and food was barely warm when we got it. Ordering via kiosk was the best part of our experience. Fries and wings could have used a bit more time in the fryer.

Hello all, Great food at an expected food court price. Fresh cooked right in front of you so you can see most of the action. I didn't wait too long as there was not many people around today. We order the original cheesesteak which was awesome. Loved the side of pickles. Then an order of ultimate fries. Always love those. Service was fast and friendly, not to mention a free lemonade with my check in. The food court was the normal blend of sounds and people shopping around. Today there was plenty of seating and lots of people watching going on. Quick tip: the large drinks are in fact large so you do get your moneys worth.

Every time I'm craving a Philly cheese sandwich. Charley's Cheesesteak is my go to spot. I always get a large chicken Philly sandwich with everything on it and it's always bussin!

No just no. Ordered the Oldschool Cheesesteak got some absolutely disgusting dried up, nasty, funky, cold, decrepit, I don't even know what. Wouldn't serve this to my enemies. Can't believe this is what they are trying to serve people. No thank you

    Sandwich from LA

Had this at work in LA recently and was impressed with the size in the flavour decided to get one for the family at home. Went to the mall to place an order for 3 large philly cheese sticks number 7. The menu said comes with lettuce tomato and mayo. Out of the 3 orders 2 with vegetables 1 with just the tomatoes and basic. Also atake out order. Well get home ....all just meat and cheese and 2 with meat, cheese mushrooms and bell pepper. No tomaties, lettuce or pickles . The worst was that I showed the young lady behind the counter a picture of what I was looking for she ignored it for the most part and I couldn't even hear her to be honest with you. Sandwich is pretty much dry without the extras. Half of the sandwich ( foot long ) had more meat than the other side. Please make sure you emphasise through the covid screen what your looking for. $40 for something I could have got arby's

The restaurant is located in the promenade mall, where there is plenty of seating in the food court when it is not super busy. I like the fact that you are able to see them cook the philly chicken. Their chicken philly sandwich is fresh. The meat is flavorful and the veggies are crisp. Not only that, their French fries are very good with their satisfying crunch. We will surely return again when we are craving for philly cheese chicken.

Filthy condiment area where you pick up your food

4 lazy bums standing around doing nothing while the area where you pick up your food looks absolutely disgusting. Had to remind the girl to put cheese on my cheesesteak. Food wasn't that great. Lemonade is good and we usually like this place, but this is unacceptable. Prices too high for this low of quality. No excuse for the filthy counter... one of the employees needs to check on it every 15 minutes.

Always really good subs! Made fresh to order even the French fries are made fresh for every sandwich which I really do like. The reason for 4 stars is because the prices are crazy now. I mean I get it, I would still keep paying but for a quick bite you're looking at ATLEAST $15 bucks for a small sub, fries, and a drink. Forget the regular size subs those bad boys are almost 15$ themselves. Would it stop me from returning? Absolutely not. Lol also all food items are individual which is why prices are pretty pricey.

I've eaten at Charley's many times and always order the same thing, I've never been disappointed. But this time I tried Charley's at this location, I even brought my boyfriend to try it for his first time, and I was very let down. The presentation of our subs (more so mine) were terrible, I received barely any meat and only a few pieces of lettuce, some of which were old. The fries just looked unappealing in general and didn't taste great either, my boyfriend and I took one bite and threw the rest of the fries away. Our cheesesteaks tasted good for the most part but definitely not up to par since it contained mainly cheese and bread. Won't be coming back to this location.

This 12-Inch Toasted Beast Just Executed My Sad Spinach & Nut Butter Smoothie Diet -- And I'm Not…read moreEven Pressing Charges Temecula, I rolled in a starving 6'4" disaster who's been choking down spinach-and-nut-butter smoothies like a hostage for weeks. Rockin' Jay's looked at my weak soul and said "bet" -- then saved it in the best way possible. Counter girl hit me with a smile so bright I almost reached for sunglasses. The entire all-female crew was straight beast-mode at the open sandwich bar, slinging subs like they were on a mission from the sandwich gods. Atmosphere? Spacious as hell, proper New York deli that moonlights as a 70s rock dive -- screaming reds and greens, green booths, wooden tables, tiled floors, the whole retro package you see in the pics. The playlist was gloriously all over the place in the best way -- Contemporary Christian one minute, 2019 pop bangers the next, basically spanning six decades of straight fire. "Listen to your heart" came on and I damn near did while they built my baby. Every single pick was gold though. I ordered the 12" Capicola & Provolone ($16.69). I yelled "the works -- no mustard, drown me in onions and olives." They dropped an absolute beast of a sandwich... and it came perfectly toasted straight out the gate the way it should be. No sad "can you toast this?" negotiation. Golden, crunchy bread that cracks like it owes you money. Meat stacked stupid high, provolone doing its melty thing, then they buried the whole thing under an avalanche of fresh, snapping shredded lettuce and threw in those glossy peppers on the side like a mic drop. This thing is ridiculously messy -- oil dripping, lettuce flying, pure delicious chaos in every bite. Pro tip: there's no napkin dispenser at the tables, so you gotta go full scavenger hunt by the self-serve soda machine to grab your own stack. Worth every greasy finger and napkin raid. It fed this giant for two meals and left me still full, slightly greasy, and weirdly emotional. My spinach smoothie PTSD? Cured. If your diet has been as depressing as mine, stop torturing yourself and drag your weak ass here immediately. Friendly as can be, killer vibe, and subs that actually deliver. Tell 'em the tall smoothie refugee sent you. I'm claiming a booth next week and bringing stretchy pants... and maybe my own napkin stash.

Johnny took our order and was so friendly! Really great customer service. It was really busy for lunch, we ordered two sandwiches to-go and waited probably 15-20 minutes at least. So don't come if you're in a hurry, but it's worth the wait if you can! Both of our sandwiches were excellent, I ordered the roast beef and it had tons of meat. The Italian dressing they have is delicious. My husband ordered the Mafia and said it was just great too. The 12in sandwiches are huge, definitely plenty to split or make two meals out of. We'll be back!

We stopped here on the way home from Pechanga while charging our Tesla and since it was in the same plaza, we figured we'd check it out. I assumed it was more of a franchise bakery than a standalone artisan spot, so I came in with pretty low expectations. I was just planning to grab a cinnamon roll, a loaf of their Cinnamon Burst Bread and a quick sandwich for the drive home. To my surprise, their house-made sandwiches are served on freshly baked bread, made with fresh ingredients, and cost under $10 (Panera could never!!!). Their baked goods were also reasonably priced with generous portions. We picked up the Cinnamon Burst Bread, a cinnamon roll, a honey bran muffin (which completely stole the show for me; it was incredibly moist and I'd come back just for that) and an almond poppy seed scone. The service here was just as impressive. Everyone was so friendly and personable and you could tell they genuinely enjoyed being there. I also loved their "Giving Rack," where anyone in need can take free baked goods. It's such a thoughtful idea and says a lot about the kind of business they are. This is easily one of my favorite bakery finds and it'll definitely be a regular stop whenever I'm back in the area.

We arrived with 15-20 folks. The air conditioned indoors was a welcoming environment! What I like is that you order at the counter so that the issue of splitting checks is not there. When we ordered you saw a sign that said this isn't fast food your food is made to order to warn us don't expect your food right away. I was slightly worried because we had a second game in 2 and a half hours but I knew it would be okay. We ordered and sat inside. The staff was kind enough to let us move tables around. Then I'd say within 10 minutes our food orders started coming out. The orders then continued to come out at a very steady pace! We were shocked. Then we were shocked at how DELICIOUS the food was. One by one like a chorus of glee, each person commented on how much they enjoyed their food. The menu was so vast that no one had the same order in the adults and each person loved their food. There was only one hiccup. One of the parents order a canned drink but didn't notice that it was alcoholic. This was in no way the fault of the restaurant as it was obviously beer. The parent didn't complain he just opened it and left it. The waitress who was bussing our area asked him was something wrong if he didn't like it and the dad said, I didn't realize it was alcohol. The waitress walks over with the POS machine asked him is order number found the drink and refunded it to the dads card. She did this completely unprompted and strictly because she felt it was the right thing to do. THAT is how you provide excellent service! Thank you The Local Provisions for your gracious hospitality! We will be back!

You can order to go at the bar. I gave this 1 star bc this place did the lobster tacos dirty. I love lobster, but felt after I ate this, I could almost never eat it again. My tacos were mushy, pasty, and had hospital flavor written all over it. It was 18$ of pure hot mess. I wouldn't even eat these even if they were free. Even the presentation looked like it spawned from a hospital cafeteria. Tbh, it looked liked mashed potatoes with a side of broccoli. The only ok thing was the tortilla. You cant mess that up. Its probably bought. I want to try other foods here next time. Maybe that will do it more justice. Maybe fries or something? Something safe and not hard to mess up. I think my review is scathing, but its HONEST.

If you're a BLT fan you'll love this sandwich. It's an Italian take on the popular BLT; the PLT comes with sliced pancetta, sun-dried tomato pesto, lettuce, and tomatoes on a ciabatta roll and pressed in a panini press. Their coconut morning bun is amazing! That's probably our favorite croissant pastry there and you can't go wrong with their classic cinnamon roll either. My husband loves their peach cobbler cinnamon roll too (seasonal item). Minus a star because I've ordered their matcha here a few times just because maybe I didn't order the right matcha with the correct syrup - I don't know, but I've ordered their classic matcha latte and their seasonal mango matcha latte, and both times were disappointing. You can tell by the color of the matcha. It's a slightly grayish hint of green. In photos it looks like a dark vibrant green, but not in person. The mango matcha was slightly better, but not enough mango in my opinion - that could just be my personal reference. Everytime we come the service is always friendly.
