Wanted to try it because it's new. Curry is the main thing I eat at Thai restaurants, and I didn't think it was good here. -The green curry was overly salty, which is unusual for curries (they are often too sweet, but too salty is a new one for me) -The chicken had a grainy, unpleasant texture -There was not much flavor of the herbs and spices that should be in the curry paste (green curry) -It was not spicy though I requested it (they just dropped in those hot chiles which tend to sink to the bottom and included some chili powder but it's not the same as actually making the dish spicy which some other restaurants will do if you request it in a way that mixes in with the curry and tastes good) -The rice was acceptable but nothing special -I didn't even want to finish it and gave half to my husband -I got acne after eating the part of it that I ate, and I don't normally get acne from curry, suggesting to me something in the ingredients didn't agree with me -On the plus side, the eggplant texture was good and the curry wasn't overly oily, so it could have been worse, but still the worst curry I've had in a long time -The prices were high for the quality, the prices were as high as other places where they put a lot more effort into this dish and you get a higher-quality product

A brand new family-owned Thai restaurant just opened up here last week, and the food deserves serious support! It's tucked away in the corner suite of the plaza right near Buffalo and Flamingo, so it can be a bit hard to see from the street that it's open yet. We stopped in for lunch at noon and had the entire dining room to ourselves. The family running it instantly makes you feel like you're part of their own. Everything we ordered was incredibly fresh and came in huge portions. The papaya salad (ordered medium spicy) was crisp, vibrant, and clearly hand-chopped to order. We also shared the red curry, which was a very generous portion and perfect for sharing. For my main, I got the pad Thai at level 5 spicy. The noodles had an amazing chewy texture, the spice level had a fantastic kick, and I left with plenty of leftovers. The best part is that many of the entrees are only $16, which is an amazing value for the quality and amount of food you get. Please come pull up and support this wonderful new local business!

Family owned small business( husband/wife/baby). Soooo delicious. Clean and roomy inside. We got take out so our pictures are not great but I it allowed us to chat with the wife. Super nice people but more importantly, the food is delicious. Took a little time for our 5 dishes since there is only the husband cooking, but worth the wait. Easy parking in a relatively quiet strip mall. This may become a weekly dinner spot for us.

What a great find! Place is new and small, only about four tables but the vibes inside are great. Cozy. Our server was so incredibly kind and attentive. We got pad thai, crab rangoons, and papaya salad. The portions are huge! Biggest portions from a thai place I've ever been to and I've been to quite a few! The crab rangoons are probably the best I've had in the city, the pad thai was very saucy and tasty, and the papaya salad was huge and delicious! Definitely recommend checking this place out. Oh we also got a thai tea! Was delicious and came in a pretty big glass.

Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the experience even better. We ordered the Spicy Beef Noodle, Spicy Dan Dan Noodles, a side of dumplings, and the pork belly and every single dish was outstanding. The spicy beef noodle soup had a rich, flavorful broth with tender beef and perfectly chewy handmade noodles. The Dan Dan noodles were packed with bold, savory flavor and just the right amount of spice. The dumplings were juicy and delicious, and the pork belly was melt-in-your-mouth tender with the fresh pulled noodles. The portions are HUGE, so come hungry or plan on taking leftovers home. You definitely get your money's worth. What really sets this place apart is the fresh handmade noodles. You can taste the difference in every bite. Everything was cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and arrived quickly. If you're in Las Vegas and love noodles, Shang Artisan Noodle is an absolute must-visit. Amazing food, generous portions, outstanding service I can't wait to come back!

As our last meal on our Grand Circle trip, we chose Shang Artisan Noodle. We really enjoyed our…read morevisit to the W Flamingo location last year; this one on Maryland was closer to our hotel for the night. We dropped in for a late dinner at 8PM, driving there directly from Zion National Park after hiking Angel's Landing. It was still surprisingly busy inside and we even had to wait a bit for a table! The waitress first brought over some cucumber lemon water, then took our order. The food only took about 10 minutes to arrive. Spicy Beef Noodle, Knife Shaved ($15.97) - Whew that broth. It's like cough city on the first sip, that chili and sichuan peppercorn mixture really gets into the throat. It then transitions into a robustly beefy, salty, and even slightly sweet flavor. It's so beefy it's almost gamey in taste. The heat is actually very balanced, although after sipping on it throughout the meal, I started getting pretty sweaty even with the AC on blast in the building. The beef is great. it's fatty and has connective silverskin still attached; it's like the best part of the tendinous shank. Other than that there's the perfectly cooked, bouncy knife shaved noodles, and a couple of leaves of crunchy blanched bok choy. (5/5) Beef Pancake ($9.75) - I thought these would be dry like shao bing (I have never had 餡餅 before) but construction took us totally by surprised. The beef pancakes are almost like a flatter, beef version of sheng jian bao, complete with juicy beef aspic. The wrapper is chewy and thinner than a typical SJB, but works well here; it's not thin enough to cause holes that leak juice out. The meatball inside is beefy and flavorful, albeit not as tender as a typical pork meatball. The taste of both the juice and beef are very allium forward and full of umami. (5/5) Dan Dan Noodle, Hand Pulled Noodle ($13.97) - The topping is a cold meat and preserved veggie mixture, minced finely until very tender and soft. It's combined with plenty of sesame paste and peanuts, giving an overwhelming nuttiness. The noodles, in this case the hand pulled one, work exceptionally well, being perfectly cooked and staying the same bouncy consistency throughout the meal. My experience with the hand pulled noodles in broth at the other Shang location was that the noodles got too soft only ten or fifteen minutes sitting in the broth. I would definitely get hand pulled only with dry dishes. On the bottom of this dish is a really spicy sauce, both in heat and mala numbness. It's very fragrant and lemony even through there's not much red color. The dish as a whole is far more spicy overall than the Spicy Beef Noodle. (5/5) The portions Shang Artisan Noodle serves are huge. We hiked Angels Landing before eating dinner here and we were only able to finish about half our meal. Shang Artisan Noodle serves some really great noodle dishes. There's a reason we keep coming back for more! Bathrooms - Two individual rooms, one for women, one for men

We started with the onion pancake and spicy pork wontons. The onion pancake was hands down the best I've had--perfectly crisp around the edges, not greasy or oily, and full of flavor. The service was also excellent. The two ladies who helped us were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful, which made the experience even better. I was so hungry when my Beef Brisket Noodle Soup arrived that I completely forgot to take a photo until I had already eaten most of the beef! Definitely a place I'd come back to--and one I think more people need to discover.

It is located in a strip mall with an abundance of convenient parking. Inside, they had nice tables and bench seating and also had a couple of nice sized round tables with lazy Susans for larger families. We arrived around 7:30-ish and it was quiet with one or two other parties dining. Their take-out business appeared to be robust, which was a good sign that they must be doing something right with their offerings. Menu is pretty standard fair. Noodles in broth with beef shank, various dumplings, rice plates and dry noodle dishes. We started with the deep fried spring rolls which were tasty. The wrapping was very thin and delicate and had a nice crunch for each bite. There are six in an order, which is a great value. Wife ordered the Lucky Beef Noodle which has a mildly spicy broth. She asked for half the normal amount of noodles, as she feels that the noodles end up soaking up a lot of broth. I ordered the Beef Soup with Dumplings, which is basically what my wife ordered without the noodles. I wanted noodles added, so they were gracious and added the noodles my wife did not want to my order. The broth was flavorful and mild, not much of a kick. But the pork and cabbage dumplings included in my order were out of this world delicious and paired perfectly with the beef and its broth. I highly recommend this specific dish! If you are in search for Taiwanese food, give them a shot. Good quality, fresh food that is nicely flavored!
