I'm giving them five stars for their excellent customer service, the clean environment, the very decent upkeep of their location, and their fresh quality products. It is very rare that I walk into a QT and I am not greeted with warm and welcome smiles and kind words. The managers are super friendly, and always hanging out with the rest of the staff, doing the same jobs as them. This particular QuikTrip has both manual sinks and manual towel dispensers, and I can't wait until the sinks are made automatic, But I wouldn't mind if the towels stayed the way they are!

This is the gas station that is closest to my house so that's the reason why I have stopped various times, but after a year of poor service, I decided that I would drive the extra few blocks to get my gas and snacks at a different gas station. The customer service has been poor every time I have stopped by. The gentlemen working there will pretty much ignore you when they don't have anybody at the front desk until you ask for help. When they aren't ignoring you, they carry out your transaction without eye contact, or any kindness at all. I don't know if they are like this with everyone but it's been my experience. I think a year of giving them a chance is way more than enough time.

I picked the one that was a little more expensive around $20, the shop owner it seemed like, was really nice and asked if I had found everything ok as he noticed I was taking my time trying to read through everything. I told him I don't normally drink sake and have never tried the brand I was about to buy, being that were only two options he let me know if I had any suggestions that he would stock it! You will get all your Asian goodies and snacks here, hang out with a friend or by yourself! You can grab instant ramen and cook it in the store, while grabbing some iced tea/juice and hot foods like spam musubi, cheese balls, taiyaki, kimbap, etc. Their hot foods seem to be super popular though because the 2x I've visited, they didn't have many options to choose from and thought having fried chicken would be a great addition, but it looks like they do offer it but have missed it every time. What I find particularly great about this place is the fact that you can actually dress up your instant ramen. In their refrigerated section, you can grab green onion, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese and a boiled egg! You can also grab bonchon in this store so if you're looking for bonchon to pair with your KBBQ at home, this place offers it! This place also offers coffee but haven't ordered it yet! This is an amazing little (well not so little little) shop that includes groceries, gifts, an enormous full wall of every kind of drink you can imagine! There is a sushi bar, a poke bar, a coffee shop, a sandwich shop, pizza place and then so much more!!! And they do not sell guitars! The entire shop is clean, extremely well organized, and so packed with goodies that you can spend a few hours just wondering. They do sell groceries, many of the basics you need. I did some checking of prices and truly, you may pay a few more cents then going down to the local grocery store, but overall...it wasn't that out of whack! Everyone working was friendly and pleasant and open to questions, responding with suggestions and ideas as well as information. What a true gem in the middle of a busy mixed-use space including restaurants and apartments and other event venues. They have a huge patio and we were told it was 100% dog friendly and they are even to welcome to come into the store to shop with their owners, as long as they are well-behaved. Air Guitar is a general store that is also a combination of a few things. They sell groceries, local products and gifts. They also have a coffee shop, deli and sell slices of pizza. It is a really nice store and a pretty cool concept. I picked up a few products from the grocery section. Air Guitar sells some grab-in-go food items. They have $6 sushi on Tuesdays, so I grabbed one of those. I also noticed that they have a build-your-own poke bar. Head over to Backstage Kitchen if you want to try one of the deli sandwiches or have some ice cream. If you want to hang out and enjoy your food or drink, Air Guitar has tables set up at the end of the store. Happy Hour is 4-7pm Mon-Sat where they offer several discounts throughout the store.
