Came across this Vietnamese restaurant last minute and was so glad we did. The location was easy to get to, and the menu had solid vegan options, which I really appreciate. The staff was extremely attentive...they specifically confirmed that vegetable broth was used instead of beef broth, which means a lot if you eat plant-based. Little details like that go a long way. I also loved that they bring you your own water jug so you're not waiting around for refills. The Pho Chay bowl was MASSIVE, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying everything was delicious. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Large open room, decorated nicely, clean and they have big speakers here so I wonder if they do events.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Definitely a spot I'd come back to again. Highly recommend if you're looking for great vegan pho!

We ordered pho and bun Bo hue. They were served hot in a metal bowl. The first sip took us back to Vietnam. It was a wonderful experience. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant was very calm and cool.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The owner was very nice and attentive. He made sure to show us how to eat bun Bo hue the right way. We cannot wait to go back.

Decided to give this place a try. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Actually pretty big dinning facility with lots of table and clean bathrooms.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Very friendly staff with good service. Ordered beef vermicelli and seafood egg noodle soup. Both are very tasty. Will come back to try other dishes.

I promised myself that I would try something new today! Which is hard when I'm sitting in a restaurant with the best bbq pork banh mi and pho in Vegas! The fried rice with Korean beef did not disappoint! Easily enough to share. Get a pho and this amazing dish.

Did I just finally find my go-to pho restaurant since moving to Vegas? Pho Vegas was the classic hole-in-the-wall, authentic mom and pop restaurant we were looking for to get our pho fix. We walked into a silent restaurant with empty tables, 1 waitress, and an older gentleman who was perhaps an owner sleeping at a table in the corner. Christmas decor was already up despite it being mid-October. Based off the vibes already, I already knew our food was going to be good! We were the only ones dining in although they had a few people come and pick up to-go orders. We both got pho and the serving size was HUGE. I did ask for a small size but I think they must have ended up giving us both large on accident. The pho comes in huge metal bowls. You get your standard veggies - beansprouts, Thai basil (pretty fresh), jalapenos, and lime. Condiments at the table include hoisin, sriracha, sambal, and homemade chili oil. They serve water in glasses which was surprisingly a nice touch from the plastic cups I'm accustomed to at small restaurants. My pho came with rare steak and tripe. The meat is a good portion size. The amount of noodles is much more than I'm used to compared to other pho places. I did feel the broth was a bit light and next time I would consider getting a different soup besides pho for a stronger tasting soup. Overall the restaurant is very clean in spite of the mismatching decor. As others have mentioned, the price is pretty much unbeatable. We didn't mind being the only ones eating here on a weekend night without any music or TV to cut through the otherwise silence in the restaurant, but just a heads up to others!

We got to meet the new owner who took over the restaurant about 2 months ago. He was friendly and asked how we enjoyed our food. We both ordered banh mi sandwiches that are priced $8.50. We also ordered two fresh smoothies $6.00 each. Along with our order we got egg rolls $8.50, which were my favorite! The staff were nice and attentive during our meal. The place is tidy and clean. I recommend this place 10/10. Please check this place out.

It did not disappoint. Pho & Beyond is tucked away in a quieter area and seems to be popular with the locals. The restaurant has a nice, clean ambiance, and everyone on the staff was friendly and always smiling. Service was also proactive. Before I even had the chance to ask where the restroom was, one of the staff noticed me looking around and immediately pointed me in the right direction. Small thing, but it says a lot. The food came out quickly. I ordered the pho, spring rolls, and Thai tea. The pho broth was incredibly rich and flavorful, different from what I usually get back. The noodles also stood out. They were very soft and tender, but still had a really good texture and taste. The spring rolls were fresh, generously filled, and came with a thick peanut sauce. Portions here are huge. I did not finish everything, not because the food was not good, but because there was simply too much. Including the tip, I paid around $43, but honestly, what I ordered could easily have been a meal for two. Great food, generous portions, quick and friendly service, and a relaxing break before dealing with the craziness of the Strip. Definitely worth the little detour.

Im in san diego and at pho cow cali, its 12.50$ there's not much meat either, but its there and the broth is above average. It almost seems the more expensive the pho is, the less meat it has and the broth is bland. Service also sucked when i was here months ago. My water never got refilled and for what it looked like inside, youd think there would be stellar service. The paintings on the wall was cool and fun. The furniture is adorable and its spacey inside. The com tham dish we ordered was not charred, not flavorful, and came with a bland nuc cham. I just cant like any viet restaurant that has nuc cham I don't like. This matters a lot to me. Its like me eating korean food at a korean restaurant that had bad kimchi. I won't go to places like that. Ive been trying to go back and write reviews for places I forgot to write one for. The last time I was here I got the bun rieu and it was ok, not my favorite version of the dish. I'd stick to the pho which feels like a safer choice here and more in line with what they do best. The space itself is spacious and casual. Back in the day, I would have considered this a solid 'cheap eats' option, but that's no longer the case.
