Went because I was craving some Pho during the Christmas week so bad, and I'm so glad we stopped by here (it wasn't too far out from where we were driving). I'm super thankful that the broth and overall flavor of the food was super great, because normally a place that labels themselves after a city tends to have less than stellar tasting food, but they kept the food just as tasty. Service was the usual you expect from a Pho place, they take your order quick, bring it, check once, and then leave you be after. It's not a bad policy or anything, that's just what you should expect, and frankly you shouldn't be bothered by it. Just get up and ask if you need something. Ambience was mild, which was great. Nicely designed interior with equally lovely music, giving it an authentic look instead of adapting the Vegas thing into it (they didn't even have slot machines lol). The TVs show Ai women, so you'll have a love/hate relationship with that, but thankfully they're not distracting. Overall I loved it, and will hopefully enjoy it again the next time I visit around.

We ordered pho and bun Bo hue. They were served hot in a metal bowl. The first sip took us back to Vietnam. It was a wonderful experience. The restaurant was very calm and cool. The owner was very nice and attentive. He made sure to show us how to eat bun Bo hue the right way. We cannot wait to go back.

Decided to give this place a try. Actually pretty big dinning facility with lots of table and clean bathrooms. Very friendly staff with good service. Ordered beef vermicelli and seafood egg noodle soup. Both are very tasty. Will come back to try other dishes.

I promised myself that I would try something new today! Which is hard when I'm sitting in a restaurant with the best bbq pork banh mi and pho in Vegas! The fried rice with Korean beef did not disappoint! Easily enough to share. Get a pho and this amazing dish.

Always top notch service and food here at Pho Vegas! Always welcoming and fresh ingredients in their food whether soup base or fried ones. This place is always clean and smells nothing else but food! My family's favorite pho place!

I had the pho dac bit and they are very generous with the toppings. Their service was great and attentive. The place is pretty spacious with a lot of tables for big parties.

Did I just finally find my go-to pho restaurant since moving to Vegas? Pho Vegas was the classic hole-in-the-wall, authentic mom and pop restaurant we were looking for to get our pho fix. We walked into a silent restaurant with empty tables, 1 waitress, and an older gentleman who was perhaps an owner sleeping at a table in the corner. Christmas decor was already up despite it being mid-October. Based off the vibes already, I already knew our food was going to be good! We were the only ones dining in although they had a few people come and pick up to-go orders. We both got pho and the serving size was HUGE. I did ask for a small size but I think they must have ended up giving us both large on accident. The pho comes in huge metal bowls. You get your standard veggies - beansprouts, Thai basil (pretty fresh), jalapenos, and lime. Condiments at the table include hoisin, sriracha, sambal, and homemade chili oil. They serve water in glasses which was surprisingly a nice touch from the plastic cups I'm accustomed to at small restaurants. My pho came with rare steak and tripe. The meat is a good portion size. The amount of noodles is much more than I'm used to compared to other pho places. I did feel the broth was a bit light and next time I would consider getting a different soup besides pho for a stronger tasting soup. Overall the restaurant is very clean in spite of the mismatching decor. As others have mentioned, the price is pretty much unbeatable. We didn't mind being the only ones eating here on a weekend night without any music or TV to cut through the otherwise silence in the restaurant, but just a heads up to others!

We got to meet the new owner who took over the restaurant about 2 months ago. He was friendly and asked how we enjoyed our food. We both ordered banh mi sandwiches that are priced $8.50. We also ordered two fresh smoothies $6.00 each. Along with our order we got egg rolls $8.50, which were my favorite! The staff were nice and attentive during our meal. The place is tidy and clean. I recommend this place 10/10. Please check this place out.

Nice Vietnamese restaurant off the Strip in Vegas. They have bunch of authentic Vietnamese dishes. We only tried 4 today, but they are all very delicious. Highly recommend

We came on a Thursday, night after Christmas, so it was very busy. Luckily the wait wasn't too long because it's a relatively large restaurant. It's one of those longtime neighborhood spots that's built a loyal following over the years. The menu focuses on traditional dishes, everything is well prepared and authentic. Flavor-wise it's good, though not the best Vietnamese food I've had, especially compared to what you'd find in SoCal. The last time I was here I got the bun rieu and it was ok, not my favorite version of the dish. I'd stick to the pho which feels like a safer choice here and more in line with what they do best. The space itself is spacious and casual. Back in the day, I would have considered this a solid 'cheap eats' option, but that's no longer the case. Like everywhere else in Vegas, prices feel high for what you get. That said, service was good, the staff was efficient, and the food came out quickly. Overall, it's a reliable choice for quality Vietnamese food that I'll keep in my rotation.

Review #40 of 2025…read more It's unfortunate that there's business closed. It was one of our favorites when it came down to the big bone soup, and other Asian fusion. Service was always spot on. And the ambience was mellow, depending on what time you went. If they open up somewhere else, I would love to know so I could continue to support the People working for this establishment.

I remember their pho being much better before. I normally order pho tai but went with Shaking Beef Pho this time. Prices have for sure gone up! $25 for a bowl of pho that barely tasted like pho!! This one adds some sate or chili in it but it still lacked any of the pho spice flavors. One of my friends also ordered this as well and agreed. My other friend ordered the Oxtail Pho. I tried a sip of his broth and it was the same. No pho spices at all. It's already a bad sign when you walk into a pho spot or when they bring the bowls out and you don't smell the aroma of pho. My friend's oxtail wasn't even cooked long enough. The pros: the noodles were cooked perfectly and the shaking beef in the pho was tender. Our server was also nice. Not sure if maybe it was just an off day or maybe they were still making the broth and forgot the spice. Idk but I will be choosing a different pho restaurant next time I'm in Vegas
