Went because I was craving some Pho during the Christmas week so bad, and I'm so glad we stopped by here (it wasn't too far out from where we were driving). I'm super thankful that the broth and overall flavor of the food was super great, because normally a place that labels themselves after a city tends to have less than stellar tasting food, but they kept the food just as tasty. Service was the usual you expect from a Pho place, they take your order quick, bring it, check once, and then leave you be after. It's not a bad policy or anything, that's just what you should expect, and frankly you shouldn't be bothered by it. Just get up and ask if you need something. Ambience was mild, which was great. Nicely designed interior with equally lovely music, giving it an authentic look instead of adapting the Vegas thing into it (they didn't even have slot machines lol). The TVs show Ai women, so you'll have a love/hate relationship with that, but thankfully they're not distracting. Overall I loved it, and will hopefully enjoy it again the next time I visit around. read more

We saw this place as we were sitting in traffic, waiting to move and since we were hungry, we decided to check it out instead of sitting in traffic gerring hungier. The outside doesn't look much but once you enter, the place is actually spacious. It looks very clean, and the staff were very friendly. There were 2 other tables with customers and we were seated right away. The menu is pretty big. Has the typical Vietnamese dishes: noodles, rice plates, various entrees and appetizers. We ordered the following: 1 eggrolls: comes with some lettuce and cilantro. We asked for some fresh mints and they gave us a couple of nice sprigs. It is tasty and had really nice Vietnamese filings (not with cabbage like the chinese version). There were 4 eggrolls and they were tasty. 5/5 2. Phở Đặt Biệt (the special, has a little bit of everything in it) and Phở Chín Gân (well done with tendon). They were very tasty and the broth is quite nice, full of depth and aromas of Pho. The noodles are quite nice too, very chewy and not over cooked. They give you alot of protein and the fresh herbs were good (beans sprouts, basil, lime, jalapeño slices). The staff is very friendly. Told us they have been around for yeras but recently changed hands with a new owner for about 8,9 months now. We definitely will come back and support tgis place because the food is good. We want to also try other items on the menu too. The bathroom is clean, doesn't have the sewer smell like some restaurants in Vegas. They also do not have clutters in or around the bathroom areas so that's also a good sign. There condiment tray at the table is clean too. And I like that they added some lime in the carafe of water. Makes it so refreshing i stead of just plain water. Small details make a big difference in the quality and it shows they care. read more

Prepared ourselves for bad service so upon entering the restaurant we were seated immediately but no service till 15 mins later. While waiting and looking around the restaurant, it's very nicely decorated and they got tons of tables. While hangry, had to wave down someone whos sweep the floor and request to take our order. Anyway... We tried ordering beef stew but they didn't have it... So we got the pho combo, an appetizer, and a random soup since we didn't know what else to get. Came across this Vietnamese restaurant last minute and was so glad we did. The location was easy to get to, and the menu had solid vegan options, which I really appreciate. The staff was extremely attentive...they specifically confirmed that vegetable broth was used instead of beef broth, which means a lot if you eat plant-based. Little details like that go a long way. I also loved that they bring you your own water jug so you're not waiting around for refills. The Pho Chay bowl was MASSIVE, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying everything was delicious. Had the large #34 Pho Dac Biet today and it was excellent! I swapped the meatball for tripe. Everything was delicious. The broth was incredibly flavorful and fresh, and the portion was generous. All the meats were great quality, but the gelatinous tendon was definitely the highlight for me. My friend ordered the Banh Mi sandwich and let me try it. The bread was light and crispy on the outside. The pork was well-seasoned with a nice balance of fresh veggies. Beyond the food, the service really stood out. Did I just finally find my go-to pho restaurant since moving to Vegas? Pho Vegas was the classic hole-in-the-wall, authentic mom and pop restaurant we were looking for to get our pho fix. We walked into a silent restaurant with empty tables, 1 waitress, and an older gentleman who was perhaps an owner sleeping at a table in the corner. Christmas decor was already up despite it being mid-October. Based off the vibes already, I already knew our food was going to be good! We were the only ones dining in although they had a few people come and pick up to-go orders. We both got pho and the serving size was HUGE. I did ask for a small size but I think they must have ended up giving us both large on accident. The pho comes in huge metal bowls. You get your standard veggies - beansprouts, Thai basil (pretty fresh), jalapenos, and lime. Condiments at the table include hoisin, sriracha, sambal, and homemade chili oil. They serve water in glasses which was surprisingly a nice touch from the plastic cups I'm accustomed to at small restaurants. My pho came with rare steak and tripe. The meat is a good portion size. The amount of noodles is much more than I'm used to compared to other pho places. I did feel the broth was a bit light and next time I would consider getting a different soup besides pho for a stronger tasting soup. Overall the restaurant is very clean in spite of the mismatching decor. As others have mentioned, the price is pretty much unbeatable. We didn't mind being the only ones eating here on a weekend night without any music or TV to cut through the otherwise silence in the restaurant, but just a heads up to others! read more

We got to meet the new owner who took over the restaurant about 2 months ago. He was friendly and asked how we enjoyed our food. We both ordered banh mi sandwiches that are priced $8.50. We also ordered two fresh smoothies $6.00 each. Along with our order we got egg rolls $8.50, which were my favorite! The staff were nice and attentive during our meal. The place is tidy and clean.
