Honestly I love Chick-fil-A, not only for their Mac and cheese but for the way they treat their customers. This chick fil a had FERAL employees who acted like they didn't want to be there and they where only there for there friends... I went up to the guy who was going to take my order and before he took my order he started talking to his friend then they shook his hand. A little odd but i really didn't care I was just hungry for there's amazing Mac and cheese. He started off by saying something along the lines of "what do you want". One, please learn some manners young sir, and two that's not how you should great a paying customer. I asked for a chicken sandwich and a small Mac and cheese. Then he said, "we don't do Mac and cheese". Like WHAT?! No Mac and cheese? What temu operation is being ran here?! I just replied with "ok" then he said," is that all?" I said yes and I asked if I could pay with a gift card and all he had to say is, " we don't do gift cards". Like whatever I'd rather save that for a better Chick-fil-A. So I just used my Apple Pay. I waited to get my order and it was pretty good, but I realized I forgot to ask for buffalo sauce, so I walked up and I asked for buffalo sauce and the lady was just kind of rude when I asked for that and sorta rolled her eyes after I asked. CFA has high standards for speed of service. This location comes up well short of those expectations. 2-3x slower than a stand-alone location. I guess the airport means they don't care about our time. We all have flights to catch! 6 minutes to order, 10.5 to get food this week. faster. read more

By far and away, the worst CFA. Everything I see online states that this location doesn't open until 6:30a. The CFA app is NOT accepted. The "customary" response to a thank you ("My pleasure") has been abandoned. But, it hasn't been replaced by so much as "Your Welcome."!? read more

They were condescending when I asked for a milkshake and told me rudely that's not something they do at this location. Which is totally fine I just wish they said it more kindly. The service was extremely fast and the food tasted like all the other Chick-fil-As. however the sweat tea tasted like old dish water and the chicken patty was thinner than usual. The same stellar service and food you find at all Chick Fil-A restaurants. When you are looking for a quick meal between flights, you now have an alternative, particularly if you live someplace without a Chick Fil-A. The lines are no worse than those for the other restaurants in the food court area. Airport workers seem to be big fans. The other day when I was between flights, I checked to see when they start serving the lunch menu. Breakfast is served until 10:30 AM, and then lunch starts. I checked at 10:20 AM when no one was in line. When I returned at 10:35, there were 10 airport workers in line for lunch. But no worries: I had my food in no more than 10 minutes. I think the menu is somewhat condensed, but you can get the basic items, including the cookies, in case you need something sweet with your meal. read more

I go to Chick-Fil-A all the time, I even work there. I have also been to many locations in the United States and this is the worst location I have been to. When I got there they only had meals for menu items 1,3, and 6. Along with this, you couldn't order lemonade, teas, or drinks besides coke products. It was very frustrating. Additionally, many bags of potato chips fell and a worker wanted to throw them away, but was instructed by a woman who looked like a manager to put them back. As a worker myself, I know this is against health code violations. I hope that this review will let others know what a pain it is to order here. read more

The manager, Yanilsa, was extremely rude, unprofessional,has no customer service skills, should not even be working in a customer service environment- much less as a manager! She doesn't know how to treat people well...and it's her job! What does that say about the location she manages and the staff she leads!!! Sad! She wouldn't look at me when talking to me! She chose to call the police rather than just giving me a refund! And the police sided with me! I was handed 2 filthy ketchup packs. When I asked if I could have some ketchup packs which were clean I was handed 2 more equally dirty ketchup pack. The food was ok just regular chick fil a, however the attitude of the employees is awful, as a gen z I fully understand working these jobs suck and can be soul sucking. However that's no excuse to be this rude. The cashier was so rude and rushed me along, she didn't even ask if I wanted any sauce or anything. I waited forever then to call my name and the manager was doing it she was calling everyone's name so quiet we couldn't hear her. Mind you it wasn't even busy at all. When I got my food I checked and realized I didn't get any sauce so I asked her for some, she gave me a look, went back and got 2 packets.... I had a sandwich, fries and nuggets..... idk who that's enough for but when I saw that I thought it was a joke, I asked her for one more and she acted like I was asking her to remake the order... at that point I was fed up and just walked away... usually the employees are very outgoing an bubbly, but this location or this day there was not one employee that wanted to be there. Food was fine. If it would have been correct. Service counter was rude, but she did ring my order in correctly. I ordered 8 regular nuggets and 12 count grilled nuggets. Myself, along with about 7-8 other customers were waiting on food for quite a while. Everyone got their food but me after a few mins. I figured they had to grill my 12 count nuggets so I waited patiently. After about an 8-10 wait, they called my name. I walked to my terminal only to discover my 12 count was fried. I went back to return the incorrect item and just get a refund. They refused my refund and asked to see my receipt (which I already threw away) the counter girl did acknowledge that I did in fact order grilled. The other lady said "well she can't prove it, so I ain't giving her a refund." At that point, I had to go catch my flight and just left. WOW my cashier was very talented in between ringing up the sale, getting my drink, then running my card she could scroll Facebook on he phone on top of the cash register! When I said that's great that they let you use your phone and face book at the counter! She replied "they don't but I'm watching my daughter"! I'm seldom impressed by a fast food restaurant, particularly at an airport. The staff here are pretty good. Came out and found me to explain that there was a problem with my wife's fruit cup - they were out of them and were making one up by hand. We hadn't even noticed. Just ate at the Chick-fil-a in the Baltimore airport. Words that come to mind: inattentive, rude, inaccurate. My wife attempted to order two sandwiches and fries with a bottled water. When the food came out, we received two sandwiches and a bottle water. I had to try and attempt to get someone's attention behind the counter to ask about fries. They clearly didn't want to speak to me. After I finally got the attention of someone, they asked for my receipt, which the clerk never gave me. They did some shouting behind the counter, looked at the screens and determined I didn't order fries. I get it that an airport is busy and in general Chick-fil-a stores are busy, but come on, you guys are better than this. Worse CFA I've ever been to. For starters the person running the register decides to make lemonade and abandons our line and no one fills in or thinks we shouldn't just wait for her. A pilot ahead of me asks if our line just got abandoned and the cashier next to ours says "I guess so". He leaves and goes to McD. Someone in the line next to me lets me cut in. I order a sweet tea with extra ice with my meal and get handed one with no ice. Thinking she misunderstood I tell her I wanted extra ice, she waits for that moment to tell me they have no ice. No apology just they have no ice. Looking around to see if I can spot a manager and it's just employees talking and smacking on gum. I frequent bwi airport very often for business trips, I was extremely pleased to hear they were adding a CFA there. I've given them my business a few times hoping that the service would be different due to the first couple times I've went I've had poor service all by different employees at different times. I went there last night and that was my draw. The employees are extremely unprofessional and rude. While my order was being taken the cashier next to mine was saying some rude things aloud about her previous customer. This location has some of the worst employees I've encountered at a CFA... The service I've received was that, that i would expect when going to McDonald's... The owner of this location needs to reevaluate its staff and hire some decent people to work there.. read more
