Visited this CFA while enjoying a 4 hour layover at BWI! The food was hot & fresh but the fries were undercooked as others have noted in their reviews. It's worth noting that this location does not accept CFA app or the rewards from the app! Overall, it was a great meal within the airport and was pretty close to my gate!

Menu pricing same as outside the airport, just limited options - no kids meal, but there's the "adult" nuggets meal. Drinks refillable as well. There are shared tables since this is in a "food court", could get busy. If full, option is to wait and eat in your boarding gate. Never had fries as full as their serving for a long time so 5 stars! (Note that this is our 5th Chick Fil A for the week!)

Came to the airport early for my morning flight and needed breakfast. I was excited to see Chick Fil A and although they had a line, it was moving rather quickly. The team member was polite and my order was correct. I sat down immediately to eat and my minis were barely warm. The nugget was overcooked and the bread/biscuits were hard. Very disappointed as I love CFA and was very hungry.

Who doesnt loves a chick fil-A, this is a good fast service place at the baltimore airport and the food is no different than any other chick fila. The staff are friendly and they are precautious about covid. Getting such a good bite at the airport makes your travel joyful plus if you take it on the plane might get other passengers jealous. So yes 5 star for chick fila for this location too.

I'm currently sitting in the bowels of gate C in BWI airport and I'm a little nervous waiting on some news, so the best way I know how to calm my nerves for 10 minutes is to get some fast food. Walking from gate B to C was a haul, but in between gates is a food court. It was like the heavens opened up and angels sang "Carla, we've got Chick-Fil-A". That's all I needed to hear and see and I made a beeline to the kingdom of chicken. Could I have gone to the tap house near Chick-Fil-A? Sure. Could I have searched for a few different dining options? Yes. Did I want to? Nope. I needed a fast food hug and the only prescription for my nervousness was a number 1 (Chick-Fil-A sandwich, fries, Diet Coke, and three Chick-Fil-A sauces) I don't frequent Chick-Fil-A, but the times that I do, I always receive service with a smile and their famous phrase of "my pleasure." I ordered my meal. No "my pleasure." Can we say bummer? I know it seems so simple, but normally people working here are chipper. My order came out super quick and then I proceeded to take the long, arduous walk to gate C. It's a schlep folks. I almost needed a water break. Got to my gate and sat down. Fries were crisp and hot (even after my long sojourn). The sandwich was heavenly. Fried chicken topped with a soft, warm bun, a pickle, and I added the Chick-Fil-A sauce. The chicken was moist on the inside and crisp on the outside. The dill pickle chip added just the right amount of crunch and brininess. Each bite was better than the last. It was like a warm hug. Pros: -Sandwich was divine -Service quick and easy -Fries were hot Cons: -No it's "my pleasure", sorry you lose a star since that's one of their customer service staples. Tips: Wear good walking shoes if you're at the end of gate C. It's a far walk.

The service here is never pleasant! And the food isn't the same. It just doesn't hold up to the true Chick-til-a standards.

Yelp Review 2026 #185:…read more I normally wouldn't trust airport sushi unless I'm in Japan. But I really wanted sushi after eating all sorts of Jamaican food during my vacation. BWI has two Gachi locations: one near B5, and one near A8. This one is near A8. After a terrible experience at another airport restaurant, I decided to grab food from here. At first, I wasn't sure if I went to the sit down restaurant or the grab and go. Both locations have tables and chairs and near other eateries. They both have grab and go food. So, at first, I grabbed two trays of sushi. As I was about to pay, I noticed a menu in front of the cashier so, I had to ask if they had actual fresh made-to-order sushi. And they did and I was told to grab a table and somebody will take my order. I put the sushi trays back. There's only one server and she was hiding behind the sushi counter. She seemed really shy. I waited patiently for her to take my order, give me water, etc. I only had 40 minutes left on my 2-hour layover and I still had to make it to the B gates to board. Sake Oshi Sushi: Pressed sushi with torched salmon, miso sauce, sushi rice, pickled ginger, jalapeno, and tempura crunch. The layer of rice is too thick. I had to eat the fish on top and skip the rice on a few pieces because it was just too much. This was on the sweet side and I'm not a fan of sweet sushi. The jalapeño slices still had seeds. 2.5/5 Salmon Nigiri: The quality of the fish was surprisingly good. The rice was compact and stayed intact. It was time to pay and the server was nowhere to be found and I had to leave. So, I just paid at the counter.

I have never been a full pledge vegan but I do have my days when I want to eat healthy and add more veggies into my life. That's when Roberta fits in perfectly. She is 100 percent vegan. This is a Black owned business. Her food is all organic. So we decided to go with her for our Valentine's day dinner. I'm so glad we did. The food was excellent! First time trying her (lambless) lamb chops. Omg it was delicious! The (crabless) crabcake was even good. Now I'm a seafood lover. So it was pretty hard to pull that off. We enjoyed it all. Especially the cheese & Fruit platter. She definitely did not disappoint us. I definitely can see us returning to check out her other menu options. masks are required. Keep in mind this is a carryout establishment. It is located in a house. Signs are located on the side to enter the house from the side and go around the back to pick up your delivery. They also provide free delivery within 15 miles. Also other delivery options available. Parking is located in the driveway and street side. I will definitely be checking out her other vegan options for the future.

Today was the day! ;) It was around 1140 so it wasn't busy yet, meaning I was able to order immediately and got my takeout order in about 5 minutes. The counter person was friendly and so polite. I chose a "choose two" with broccoli cheddar soup and the jalapeño turkey crunch sandwich. Both turned out to be excellent choices. I have to say that the soup beats Panera hands down. The broccoli was distinct bites, the flavor deep and rich, and there were nice globs of cheddar cheese. Wow! I've never had a sammie made with a jalapeño roll except those I make at home with bakery rolls. This was just delightful, and the "crunch" is supplied by jalapeño kettle chips. Inspired! Even one half of each was plenty to satisfy my hunger, so I'm getting two meals for just over $14 including tip. I will definitely go back to try other soups & sammies!

At 1:45 an employee working the dining room area asked the name of the order I was waiting on. He went and asked about it and they handed it over to him. The receipt on the bag was 1:37. I guess they don't call out names when an order is ready so my sandwich was just sitting there waiting for someone to ask about it? Anyway- I got my smoky pepper jack turkey sandwich home, opened it up - and there was NO bacon. The sandwich was just okay- I should have just gone a couple doors down to Jersey Mike's. I am annoyed that I tipped at the register when I ordered and in exchange received terrible service and a bland sandwich.
