We go there all the time from work for breakfast and lunch. We keep trying , but how come you missed the chicken on breakfast number #1 and today you missed half of our order. I am a big fan of spicy chicken sandwiches. I have tried many from different fast food joints and restaurants. I'm afraid the Chick-fil-A chicken sandwiches from their store in Burke just don't measure up. The first problem is conceptual. Slapping a piece of pepper jack on chicken just doesn't make for an enjoyable bite. Heck, even the McDonalds spicy chicken sandwich is better, and I avoid the Golden Arches like the plague they are. The other problem with Chick-fil-A is their lack of consistency. While I have received some large and juicy pieces of chicken on Chick-fil-A sandwiches, I have just as often received very thin pieces of chicken fried to the consistency of shoe leather. I'm not in the habit of playing Russian roulette with my hard earned rubles, so I think the hard, thin piece of (I hope) chicken I was served today will be the last one I get at Chick-fil-A. I don't mind driving the extra couple of miles to get a more consistent product from KFC, Popeyes or, God forbid...McDonalds! read more

I've decided that this particular Chick-fil-A location warrants an updated review, because after eating here basically nonstop for half a year I've discovered that it really is a king even amongst its own franchise brethren! This is, in my experience thus far, the nicest, friendliest, most beautifully decorated Chick-fil-A possibly in existence. The drive-thru is so popular that it can cause a little bit of a cluster in the parking lot during peak hours, so why not pop inside? If you do, you'd see the beautiful community table, bulletin board, and other fun things that you REALLY wouldn't expect from a fast-food establishment. This location does really fun community events as well, like Stuffed Animal Sleepovers and Pajama Day (not to mention bringing in Santa Cow for photos at Christmastime!) Dining in will also net you free drink refills, whether you ask for one at the counter or are offered one from a passing staff member, and some extra "my pleasures." This location also has a play place built in, and I'm excited for the future when Penny's old enough to take advantage! read more

My order was incomplete twice in a week. So I decided I am not buying from this place anymore, when I called them to ask for my account to be credited i was asked to drive back to their store to give them my credit card. i said just send me a check I am not driving back. I was told they dont do that they can only send me a coupon. I wonder how many customers drive away with incomplete orders every day and get discourage about getting a refund by not being able to drive back to get their money back. read more

This is, by far the best managed Chick-fil-A I have been to in Northern Virginia. As a rule the food is usually very good, sometimes my order has been off, but always corrected. For most part, majority of the staff are excellent with customer service skills-and when you get someone who is not so nice, you usually do not see them a second time (which is good). While i do not like eating there every day-it is a great place to stop at for drive thru food. read more

Great place! I heard so the employees sincerely say "my pleasure!" many times. The two who helped clean tables and refill drinks were so awesome it was like being at a restaurant. I love the instrumental Christian music. Great environment. The playplace was pretty crowded, fairfax seems to have less people. The staff is nice enough, but really doesn't get how to handle customer complaints. The first box had a micronugget, so I pointed it out. The second "replacement" box had TWO micronuggets (pic shows a micronugget and a regular nugget), so I pointed it out. Very fast and efficient Chick-fil-A! There employees are awesome and honestly always eager to take my order. The lines here get pretty long around lunch and dinner Monday-Friday and then Saturday pretty much only for lunch. There food is always fresh, they never skimp on fries or sauces and I never have to wait a ridiculous amount of time and if so their employees notify you on the wait!!! Also their drive thru line goes by very fast compared to other Chick-fil-A drove thru lines so they must be doing something right! It's always clean, including the bathrooms and there parking lot is a decent size! If not you can park across them. read more

You can never go wrong when it comes to chick-fil-a nor can you have too much. I'm so happy we finally have one close to our house in Burke and I come here probably way more than I should. Employees are essentially high school students who don't know what good work ethics mean. You'll typically find them sitting at a table in the back talking and ignoring the customers. The drive thru is the worst. Lack of communication and often the kids are frustrated w the customers and take it out on us . The owner of this chick fil a does not allow free coffee refills for senior citizens and they are super stingy on the fries. They tell their employees not to fill them up to the top and they only give you a certain amt if sauces. Meaning if my family of four goes through the drive thru then I'm only allowed 3 chick fil a sauces. The play area is disgusting. We saw a kid throw up in the upper area last year and they barely disinfected it. If you want an amazing Chick fil a experience go to the one in Fair Lakes. It's worth the drive. read more

I'm so grateful this CFA came to Burke! Drive thru is great, employees inside are great. I don't recommend mobile ordering here- that always takes WAY longer than it would have taken to go through the line. The restaurant and bathrooms are always really clean. Friendly employees. read more

How can you go wrong with Chick-fil-A? Everything was nice except for the floors. It's greasy--I mean like a greasy Chinese restaurant. So when you walk in and walk around, beware because you might slip. Hopefully, they'll correct this after this review. read more

Went here on a Saturday with 4 adults and 3 children under 2. Very busy but service was great! We ordered a 12ct grilled nugget. We noticed we only got an 8ct. We told the counter and they were quick to give us another 8ct to make up for it! Sweet! Play area was clean and a good size for the kids. read more

Don't get me wrong with this review. I love Chick-Fil-A a lot. What I don't like is seeing employees not practicing social distancing and not wearing masks. At a time when we should all be vigilant, this is not acceptable. As I was driving in, I saw one worker in the next lot over leaning into a car's driver window. Too close but at least he was wearing a mask. Then i saw two young workers leaning against a car, not wearing masks and they were mere inches apart. I turned around and left. I did call and ask for the manager and the person who answered said he was one so I explained what happened. He basically didn't care. He said that the two workers had just gotten off shift so there was nothing he could do about it. Hmmm.... if you are wearing the uniform and right there at the entrance to the parking lot one could easily assume you are working. I let the manager know that while they are wearing that shirt they are representing the chain's brand. He should have said he would ask employees to leave the area when they get off shift. I seriously doubt that this was the manager. I will not return any time soon. read more

Absolutely the best CFA I have been to. The food is always fresh, hot and delicious. The staff is young, energetic, attentive and clearly love what they're doing. For the third time in a row going through the drive-thru, and my bad for not checking more thoroughly, they shorted us a chicken sandwich. After driving all the way back, and my family not being able to eat together AGAIN, the Manager, with no understanding of the impact on my family and my annoyance, demanded to see a receipt and handed me a sandwich without even an apology. I then told him that he needed to give us new fries because the original ones for my daughter were now cold. This seemed to annoy the manager, as he shoved the bag with fries at me, and caused me to raise my tone of voice and question what he was going to do about making the loss of my time right. At this point, the manager cared more about how he was being spoken to than caring for a customer and told me that he wasn't going to do anything to make it up to me and I had to leave. Coming here on a Saturday is like going to a zoo, but instead of seeing animals, you see children in all sorts of forms. Crying children. Hungry children. Screaming children. Playing children. Spoiled children. Etc. Love the CFA brand but haven't had great experiences at this location on the weekends. Most recently waited about 15 minutes for chicken nuggets and fries. And another 10 at the register for a refill. We much prefer the Dulles/Chantilly CFA over this one. read more

I recently stopped in at this location because it is brand new and we were so excited to see what it would look like. It was gorgeous and the people there are just so friendly (as with any chick-fil-a). It was quite crowded, but we figured it would be as it is new and the location is so easy to get to. I can't see what the fuss is about. The food is completely boring (A chicken sandwich with one pickle on it?? Really??).
