Very nice folks work here, and shout out to the great ladies and gents. Whether in the drive through or inside, a big time thank you. I commend you for your customer service, fun humor, and also making sure quality control checks are done. Always a joy to roll here, as it's my one vice. Actually I lift weights and hike up to twenty miles nearby, and this is a fine way to replenish for more physical fitness. Sure it's not apples and oranges, but the food is delicious. Another kudos. Most of the time this company's restaurants, gets you your food piping hot. Yet this one every time. That's very impressive. I think a lot of that is due to the management and employees, who do work hard to see these standards are met. They are loved for good reason. Yet this one even more so, as a wonderful group of people, military efficiency, and they always make you feel valued. That's why government agencies to other companies, study how they do what they do.

This Chick Fil A used to be my go-to location but they've consistently disappointed me each and every trip for the past several months. We go to chick fil a at least once a week because my kids love it. The service is always friendly. With the kids in the car, we don't dine in anymore. But the drive thru is efficient and so is the drive up. The food always comes out hot. But more often than not, the fries are no longer filled to the top...I order large fries and it's filled like a medium. And the last time, my sandwich was missing one of the buns. Sigh.

We had a great opportunity to attend the new Burke Center Chick-Fil-A friends and family night. This location is next to Kohls. Parking was tight for this night so we parked at the Kohls parking lot. They have 2 drive thru spots and a designated parking spot for curbside pickups. There is small play area for kids and a small inside dining spot. They also have several outdoor eating tables. We had a chance to try their shakes and order full size meals. Staff was very accommodating. The new owners greeted everyone as they came in. NIck, the owner, talked about his early start at Chick-Fil-A( cashier at the age of 17). The food was spot-on Chick-Fil-A style, perfectly fried chicken breast and the best waffle fries! I got enjoy a few glasses of my favorite diet lemonade. I enjoyed a Spicy Chicken Deluxe Sandwich. The condiments(tomatoes and lettuce) were fresh. This town of Burke really needs a facelift on food venues and I'm guessing that this Chick-fil-A will do very well. Like most Chick-fil-A's in there area, this location was participating in a community effort to collect books as donations. I know other locations do other community events.

I have a lot of pros to say about this place but there are a few cons that holds me back from giving it a full rating. I've been to several Chick-Fil-As and this isn't one of the best ones. I love getting their Grilled Club meal and the employees do their job efficiently. Pro: Their service is generally fast. I've tried out every ordering methods such as Walk-In, Drive-Thru, Mobile Order, etc. I would say that the Drive-Thru is the fastest order you can make unless it is busy there. Other order methods will have you wait around 10 minutes for your food to be ready. However, if you use Mobile Order in a DRIVE-THRU, it's kind of confusing because after you establish your order on your phone, the screen shows that your order is received, but doesn't notify you if your order is ready yet unless you get in the Drive-Thru line. Con: One of their supervisors make the customer service less enjoyable. I won't name them due to privacy, but she is dressed differently unlike other workers that wear red tops. Almost everyone that works here are greeting and smiling every time they deliver food to the customers except the supervisor. She doesn't really smile when calling out orders and I've also witnessed her slamming the food bags down on the counter because it seems she's in a hurry or frustrated or maybe both. Whatever the reason may be, it takes the quality away because the foods can be all scattered inside the bag that's been slammed down and makes it un-enjoyable.

Wow. Not only is this location incredibly fast, efficient, and serves delicious chicken, I now am impressed with this ice cream cone: It is absolutely perfect. Chick-fil-A continues to always impress me with there delicious food.

Tucked away = not as crowded. I was stoked when this opened up. When I finally got to eat there it did not disappoint. It was clean and seemed well managed, the food was fresh and on point. The only complaint I had was the cashiers need to be trained speak up and fake some confidence. When I went, most of the cashiers were taking/bringing out orders all awkwardly and self-consciously and whispering people's name while searching each table when bringing out items. It's not worth taking a star but it was a little distracting. I don't know if most of the staff was new or what. read more

It's chik fil a! They are all basically the same lol. I think the location of this one is perfect given that it is smack in between Safeway and Walmart within a 2-3 mile radius. I come here often as I live nearby and have never been disappointed. It's important to note they do not have iced coffee as Starbucks is nearby and have an agreement with them to not sell any. read more

Was not one of my favorite Chik Fil A's. Went through the drive thru: No fries in bag after I drove off and realized; Went back around to get fries, and received same COLD; Spicy deluxe was scant and resembling the breast of a pigeon with tomatoes that were wilted, warm, and mushy. Should have picked the McDs today! read more

Family owned by a couple who lives in the Burke Area who wanted to bring a fun, family friendly restaurant to the Burke area. The parking is tight on a super busy night but you should always manage to find a spot. The staff seems really happy and like they enjoy their job. The facility is clean including the kids area. The kids area is small but average for this restaurant. The food is good and fresh tasting. Their shakes are also delicious! Pricing is higher for fast food but it is healthier. Prepare for the time to be a little higher since it is freshly made food. read more

I LOVE chick-fil-a, it is THE fast food place of choice for me, my friends, my family, my neighborhood, my city, etc. But when I got a meal to go with my favorite sauces and I was SO hyped for them piping hot waffle fries and swig of that icy coke, I got home and was disappointed to find the fries to be cold and dry - you know what I'm talking about. It totally could've been a one time thing cuz with the law of averages even the greatest mess up at times but honestly it's hard to bring myself to go back. The disappointment I felt was so real and so hard - its hard to bounce back. #dasmystory read more

This was the best chick-fil-a I've ever been too!! The staff were so kind and friendly, my food took a little longer for them to make but the wait was well worth it. The food was well seasoned and tasted better than any chick-fil-a in D.C. And that's on period. read more

I've been through the drive through twice in the early morning to pick-up breakfast and both times the staff have been wonderful. They are always happy to serve and are very friendly. Customer service is top notch. Their coffee is pretty good. read more

Their mobile order system is extremely slow. It took 15 minutes for them to process my order and deliver the food. What is the point of mobile ordering if it is twice as fast just to go through the regular line or drive thru? read more

The wife took the kids to CFA today and she told the cashier that 2 sandwiches needed extra pickles times 5 for the sandwiches. I understand it is a new opening and they are working out the kinks. The store also forgot the CFA bucket sauce ordered by the stepson. I love CFA and have been to many sites. Just hoping for some improvement between the front of the house and the line. read more

Great and friendly and very busy but an ok wait. Their food is always very good. One big disappointment is that there is NO frozen or regular coffee. We are addicted to the frozen so that will mean no afternoon snack visit from us. Suspect this is due to Starbucks being only 300 yards away. Hope they didn't buckle under to a Seattle coffeehouse. Imagine breakfast or morning without coffee. Shame to have to make two stops to get food and drinks. read more

Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite restaurants. I was so excited when this place first opened. The first week that they opened I tried it out and bit into my fries and discovered that they were not done. I felt that they could have cooked the fries a little longer. My second trip I order a combo and they forgot to put salt on the fries. My third trip was in the morning. I ordered a combo with coffee. After leaving the drive thru I opened my cup to add sugar and spilled the coffee because they filled the coffee all the way to the top of the cup. Come on guys! They are super friendly and quick but compared to other locations they are not my favorite. I will probably ride to the Fairlakes location from now on. read more

I recently visited this place and it is really special inside. If they don't have the decaf brewed and you have to wait a bit, they make up for it with a larger size or a gift card. I must say I'm impressed with the level of CS at this location so far and their fresh brewed decaf is worth it. read more

I love Chic Fil A! It is one of my favorite places to eat at. However, every time I go to this location either through the drive thru or dining in, they get my order wrong. One time they forgot my nuggets at the window, another they didn't give me my drink. Another time they messed my sandwich up 5 times before it was correct. It wasn't even a special ordered sandwich except I asked to take the pickle off. They have always been very polite once I go back to have them correct it. Just make sure that you double check your order before you drive away. read more

Ok very excited for the opening of the Burke location - but as many have said they are still working out the kinks. The staff are friendly. My first trip thru the drive through we ordered three entrees and asked for sauce, honey mustard and ketchup. We received one container of each ( two containers for three meals). The second time at the drive through today, we ordered two entrees, were asked about sauces, asked for ketchup but received none! We also received no napkins. I hope they focus harder on the training of preparing the drive through meals! Otherwise I will have to go back to fairfax circle instead. read more

If you want to get your kid sick for a few weeks bring them here! The kids always pee in the play area. One kid barfed last week and it took them forever to clean up. The employees are typically hanging out in the eating section and not really working. I hope management gets their act together. This could be a nice family friendly place. read more

Usual great food and friendly staff. I expect nothing but great service when I eat at a Chick-Fil-A's. Normally, I don't post, but wanted to share an experience this past weekend. My daughter accidentally threw her smartphone along with trash. Later, she realized what happened and went back to try to find it. Long story short, management and a young man named Jaden literally went through the garbage can in the back to find her cell phone. What an extraordinary customer service! read more

I'm rating this particular location compared to others - not compared to other fast food restaurants. We've eaten at Chick-fil-a restaurants all over the country. This is by far the worst when it comes to customer service and food quality (what they are usually known for). Their employees are apathetic and generally lazy. We have had to go back numerous times for wrong orders. Recently we asked for a fork and was told it was in the bag only to drive off and (yup) - no fork. Employees greet you while looking off in the distance, stand at the drive thru while joking with fellow employees, or simply ignore you while talking to their friends. It's not like this in other parts of the country. This whole store needs re-training... read more

Save yourself the trouble and money and just don't go when they're busy. I'll start this off by saying I've had many positive experiences here. Lately, that has not been the case. The last 5 times that I've been going here I've had my order messed up in some way or another. Three times it's been on the cashier, and the other two on the people packing the order. Either there are items missing because the cashier didn't input them (despite me repeating it 3 times) or they put in the wrong item, items missing because the people packing it forgot, or my current experience; having the cashier input the right order and getting a completely different item in my bag. I've let it go on this long because this place seasons their food better than the Backlick location but no more. I tend to expect my order to be correct, so when I come home after driving all the way it's VERY disappointing to see I didn't get what I paid for. I'm not about to go back and waste more gas to tell them off and get a lukewarm consolation. read more

My third time coming here and 2 out of 3 I waited 30 mins for my order. Take note the third visit was a mobile order and still took me 30 mins to get my fries and chicken nuggets. Then when I got my order I ask for the sauces and the serve just put it on top of the fries. Very disappointing read more

I absolutely loved this Chick-fil-A for the first year - food and service were both excellent. However, in the last 3 months I've had 3 orders that were wrong and I had to drive all the way back to get the right orders. Once the Deluxe chicken sandwich didn't taste right and today I bit into a piece of gristle in the Deluxe sandwich. Not sure what's going on here, but I've decided to take a break from this particular store. Hopefully, things will get better later on and I'll give them another try again in a few months. read more

Right around the corner from me and so glad they are here. My favorite is their chicken soup. My stomach has problems, and when I am too sick to eat, my son brings me chicken soup. Works every time. We eat from this store once or twice a week and it tastes like homemade. Clean, nice, friendly, great food, just doesn't get better than Chick-fil-a in Burke! read more

The bowl was on the light side and they add the chicken at the bottom so it seems like adding the chicken is not really worth it. I did appreciate the salad dressing being added to your liking but I don't know if I would try the kale Cesar again.

Food came up in about 10 minutes. Presentation-wise - everything looked appetizing. I tasted the omelette - and then I added some black pepper and hot sauce to the omelette as I always do. The omelette was tasty; the breakfast potatoes were hot and the texture was on point; and the bacon was very good. The "cold brew" seemed a bit on the weak side to me - so not sure if it was iced coffee... I was not paying attention to the pricing - when I got my bill - it was $40 dollars for an omelette, side of bacon and cold brew. Seems a bit steep to me. They charged me $3.00 for mushrooms and another $3.00 for spinach. Service was good, and the food was good - but at those prices, I probably won't be back. Paid with Apple Pay. #ChloezCafe

Came trough the drive-thru tonight and I am quite disappointed. I ordered tenders, fries, salad and sandwiches.. all of which were cold.. the fries had to much salt and were barley luke warm, the sandwich was also cold and the lettuce was wilted, the tenders again not fresh... I'm not sure if it's cause it was around 9:15 and they weren't busy but cold food isn't what I was looking for. I threw away most of it and kept only the salad. Who doesn't love chick fil a?! The food is utter heaven. The employees are gracious, kind hearted and go out of their way to make sure your experience is as pleasant as possible! This location is very nice, it's always clean and while the lines can be long during lunch hours, they move pretty quick.
