I ordered delivery yesterday and asked for two dressings. I received none. I called at 7:03. Someone answered and said they would add a free salad and a dessert on my account. She told me if I didn't see it in my account in 15 minutes, to call back. It's now 8:01. I've called a total of eight times now. No one is answering. I'm not able to sit here and keep calling, when it was not a mistake on my part, in the first place. OAN: since receiving my salad, I've realized that I had no dressing at home. So, I have to find something else to eat. I'm over it. Also, I used a coupon for free delivery, gave a tip and was charged a small order fee of $3.50. I went through the drive-through to order lunch as usual, but the lady taking my order was rude and unfriendly. When I thanked her at the end, she just walked away without a word, which was very disappointing. I'm used to receiving a polite acknowledgment from every Chick-fil-A worker, even at the drive-through, but not from her. Additionally, I ordered an 8-count nugget, but I only received 5 1/2. One nugget was so small it couldn't even be considered a full nugget, so I feel cheated for paying for an 8-count when I should have only paid for a 5-count. This location has two entrances, one by the main road and one through the back that zippers into the line depending on which direction you come from. It's not really a problem because everyone knows how to zipper and the food comes out so fast anyway that it hardly matters. This morning I zippered in and there was another customer that absolutely hated this system so he tried to ram his car into mine, then proceeded to get SO UPSET by his failure to threaten me that he called the manager over to talk to him in the drive thru. I watched this bald-headed Karen and his wife explain to the manager for three minutes about how much this upset THEM, and how people shouldn't be zippering, and whatever. It was incredibly ridiculous to have this old man so angry over this, but the manager was so professional about it that I wanted to leave this review. 10/10, Manager will listen to your stupid problems. read more

This Chick fil-A is great. They are in a location that gets pretty busy, but they get everyone in and out. I am not too sure why they have a low rating, but I do know most people usually post a review when they are upset (which is understandable in some instances). Anyway, I come to this location often and the employees are always nice and my food is good. I always get what I ordered, with the exception of one time. That one time was today, and Cade (I hope this is right), was really kind and took care of me. I was given the wrong order and didn't realize it until I returned home. He was kind enough to hear me out, was apologetic, and even gave me a few goodies for my time/inconvenience. They may not be perfect, but they do try and that's what matters. It's okay for a semi-quick and cheaper lunch. The grilled chicken nuggets have a strong flavor. The fries are good as long as they are hot. If they are not hot they tend to be chewy. They seem to be staffed okay at lunch. It works better when someone is directing traffic however if it is too late then they will no longer be there. Inside can be a little unorganized. I could've sworn that I already wrote a review for this location, but apparently not. I LOVE this location. I usually come during lunch, but I've swung by in the mornings for breakfast on the way to work as well. the drive thru is always always packed....regardless of the time, but they're super efficient and the line moves super fast. the people taking orders are familiar with the menu and get the orders in fast and accurately - which is key. the people inside are fast and organized and have orders up by the time you get to the window. as you hand over payment, they start handing you your order while it's processing. from placing the order to paying and receiving it's less than 5 minutes. you're in and out and on your way. during the SUPER peak hours when the line wraps around the location, there's an attendant in the parking lot directing traffic so that the line is moving and no one is blocked while indoor customers are still able to get in and out of their parking spots as well. everyone works as a team to keep this place running and I love it. always satisfied with their customer service. read more

Normally this place is great, just like I would expect form a Chic-fil-a. Today, though, it was strangely frustrating. First, when I asked what the largest size of nuggets was (it was breakfast, so it wasn't up on the menu board), I was told 30. I said, :no, individual size". He came back with something like, 30 or 12. I rolled my eyes and asked what the smaller size was than 12. ONLY THEN was I told 8. Now, why did this conversation have to be so weird? It's plain that the most obvious answer to my question was 12. ????? Whatever. SO I drive on through and get my. "medium", fruit cup. It cost me $3.49 and check out the anemic size and wilting state of the fruit. It's like half full and the strawberries look basically dead.
