Chick-fil-A is the only restaurant that I could eat at for 3 meals a day and never get tired of it. The food tastes great and when it comes to fast food, it's not as bad for you as other places. They also have the best "fast food" french fries around. The only "complaint" is that they are closed on Sundays. Some thoughts on my favorite food items: Chick-n-Minis - the best breakfast item on the menu. It's the combination of a chicken nugget on a soft roll touched with the taste of honey. Seriously, put a tray of these in front of me and I'd go to town. Regular Chick-fil-A Sandwich - the one that started it all. Lightly breaded on a bun with dill pickle slices. It's perfect just the way it is. I don't understand when people add other condiments and mess with perfection. One suggestion, ask for no butter - it makes it healthier and if they have made & bagged several in anticipation of a lunch crowd, it keeps you from getting one that is too oily. Chargrilled Chicken Sandwich - personally I ask for no tomato in order to keep it as close to the regular sandwich as possible. Seasoned nicely on a wheat roll, you don't have to feel any guilt in enjoying this sandwich. Waffle Fries - the best side item to accompany these great sandwiches. I want to give 5 stars for a 5 star Chick-fil-A experience. I called in last night and spoke with Maurice who was so kind, sweet and professional over the phone. I had a pretty specific order that I needed and he said it would be his pleasure to assist me. He gave me 3 different price checks and then finally I choose one. I asked for 11 individual bags with a napkin, ketchup, Chick-fil-A sauce, strawberry jam and of course the food in each bag to be ready at 7:35 am. He entered all the notes in the system and said we will see you in the morning! To my surprise I walk in and Armando took great care of me! Everything was perfect, steaming hot and fresh. Every condiment was added and I was truly impressed! This location is always busy. They get you in and out. Don't be fooled by the line. They have Chick-fil-A polyesters outside in the morning and afternoon taking orders and by the time you drive up to the window you grab and go. In addition they have a Chick-fil-A employee directing the flow of traffic which makes people slow down and not get into an accident. The store is always clean and the staff is always happy! This is a nice, clean facility. I'm not big of fast food but Chick-fil-a is always my go to if I must. The employees at this facility are very friendly and always accommodating. This last time I ordered the grilled chicken bites. They looked good on the menu so I figured why not! When I got them i was surprised they looked nothing like what's advertised. They looked like someone took a chicken breast and ripped off small pieces and put them in a bowl. There were literally shreds dangling off each piece. It wasn't a clean knife cut. My 8 count of chicken bites was actually 5. Then when I dumped out my fries into my napkin I only had 3 whole fries. The rest were tiny little chunks that seemed to have been scraped out of the bottom of the fry bin. I expected a little more quality from Chick-Fil-A but I guess I have to remember it is fast food and it is cheap. Lesson learned. read more

Cons: this location wasn't as clean as the others (still very clean compared to other fast food places), they missed an item on my order but they were nice enough to fix it without giving me problems, and they mixed up an item on someone else's order hat I witnessed so it's a recurring theme that they don't have it together here when it comes to order accuracy. read more

I called and spoke with Staci at 11:08 to make sure that my catering order was ready and she had no record of my order, so she said they spoke work on it and give her 15 minutes, at that time no apology... Am I the only one who hates how workers stand outside to take your order in the drive through? I haven't figured out if they do this to be more personal, or they really think it's speeding up stuff. But I pull up and roll down the window and they just stare at me. And I have to ask for the menu. Then they stand there one foot from your face it seems, staring waiting for you to decide. It's the having someone stare at me while I decide that's frustrating. Wow! The service here is terrible and the manager (Kevin Dolan) is a real JERK. I went through the drive-through this morning and they short-changed my order. Not something typical of Chick-Fil-A. So I went back through the drive through line, only to be SHORT CHANGED a SECOND TIME. So when I go inside the restaurant to have my order fixed, I naturally went straight to the counter to find the manager. Mr. Dolan immediately begins yelling at me for cutting in line and THREATENS to call the police if I do not wait my turn in line. (Said he would have me arrested for trespassing, yet a had a Chick-Fil-A bag in my hand.) This was completely UNBELIEVABLE. If you short change me once, I may be upset. If you short change me TWICE, I think you're stealing from me and I won't trust you. You turn belligerent on me and are UNPROFESSIONAL, I turn to social media and write a nasty letter to your corporate offices. I've worked in the service industry for a long time. I've worked in restaurants too. The simple and less confrontational solution is to 1) ASK; 2) LISTEN; 3) APOLOGIZE; 4) PROPOSE A SOLUTION; 5) FIX IT. Instead, Mr. Dolan confronts me in a hostile manner "Get to the back of the line!" and "I will call the police and have you arrested for trespassing." Really? Really? Are you freaking kidding me? Here's how it should have transpired -- something along these lines -- "You didn't get all the items you paid for? I'm sorry. What's missing? Let me get that for you." Pretty simple, right? I rarely write reviews on fast food because it is usually run-of-the-mill and fairly consistent and I don't eat fast food all that often anyway. I also rarely write really bad reviews but this deserves one today. I was planning to write a complaint of my experience tonight to the company directly but conveniently the server is not responding on the "contact us" portion of their website. Go figure! So I will post it publicly on social media. If I do grab the occasional fast food, I prefer chick-fil-a because it always been higher quality. Tonight, we ordered a 12 pc chicken nugget and 2 chick-fil-a sandwich meals. My boyfriend's chicken sandwich was great, huge pc of chicken much larger than the bun. My sandwich, all bun and about 2 1/2 ounces of chicken (I'm a registered dietitian so I can estimate portion sizes extremely accurately). The fries that came with the meals were only filled about 2/3 full, we totally got jipped on those for sure. The chicken nuggets, all 12 of them for -get this- $7.15, weighed in at about 4 ounces. Now, I'm not math genius but last time I checked, a pound (16oz) of boneless, skinless chicken breast at the local grocery store cost about $4.49. I paid over $7 for 1/4 of that??? WTF! Needless to say after $18+ dollars in food our tummies were left empty as was the BF's wallet. I'm very disappointed in this Chick-fil-A. Don't waste your money on the nuggets. They are way overpriced. If you do like this chain, I would recommend finding a more consistent one that gives you the amount of food you paid for...I'm not sure whether to blame the company or this particular location so I'd love to hear your comments. PS: the Drive-thru is brutally slow. Save your gas and 20 minutes of your life and go inside! read more

* Pros: Excellent service, extremely tasty chicken * Cons: The addictive chemical they put in the Spicy Chicken Biscuit. Knock it off. Seriously. I usually hit the drive through at this location once a week for a spicy biscuit. The line is long, but the service is fast. If I'm in a hurry, I'll park and go in, which is slightly quicker, and consumes less gas. I hope no one else catches on to this as it would disrupt my punctuality at the gig. But I suppose it's less about efficiency for some people as it is laziness. If that's the case, keep it up. As I pen this review, I noticed a dude seems to be somewhat pissed about the service he encountered in his visit. That sucks. Bad service typically kind of fucks up my Chi as well, and I empathize with feelings of anger and frustration associated. However, I have a few tips for some customers that may assist in reducing errors and omissions experienced in the service industry... 1) If you're ordering lunch for the 8-year-old soccer team bouncing around in the back of your land yacht, please try to take your ass inside to order, or call ahead? This is a real drag on us single folks just trying to get a quick sandwich. Also, restaurants are more error prone when large orders are involved. 2) Enunciate, people! Your voice on the employee headset is not much better than the garbled Spanglish you hear on the outside loud speaker. Don't bitch about a wrong order if you mumbled it passively while you have Ace of Base cranked in your car (yeah, I can hear your shitty music taste when I'm behind you in line). 3) Put your damn phone down and order! 4) As Joe Pesci so eloquently stated in one of the Lethal Weapon flicks, 'they fuck you in the drive-thru'. If you have to come inside to get your order corrected, don't think for a second you're going to brush past me to resolve your issues. That's inconsiderate, and I'm personally not very tolerant of that behavior. Oh, and I read somewhere that Chick-Fil-A kinda' probes into your personal life to confirm if you are living a Christian lifestyle before they hire you, as well as during your employment. Trust me, I love Chick-Fil-A, just not this one. My friend and I visit this Chick-Fil-A pretty often cause we live almost within walking distance. We also wonder and joke about how awful the service at this location is worse than any other location in Texas, literally. The last few times I've gone inside, there was almost nobody there yet it took over 10 minutes to get my food, and that was only because i reminded the staff I was still waiting for my food.
