With all of the new fast food places popping up in Buffalo, this location seems to be the most consistent spot. With our recent move, this spot is also way closer than the other location by the mall so we're happy about that. This location and the service just feels faster and friendlier than the other locations in Buffalo. We pulled up to get a quick dinner and to see how they decorated for the holidays. My son loved the lights and decorations they had up. They even had their cow mascot out handing out cards to come back for a small dessert for the kids. We normally get the same food here every time. The chicken sandwiches are always great. The sauce options are always good and I like the amount of options they have. My son loves the chicken nuggets here and they have such a better taste than the other fast food nuggets. The iced tea and lemonades are delicious and when the weather is warm, they hit the spot. Quality seems better and the service is great here. This is definitely a great option when we want a quick meal.

Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich - surprisingly still warm after eating it 90 min after picking it up

I get why Chick-fil-A is a favorite fast food joint for many. Had the fried chicken sandwich for the first time. It was nice that it wasn't a patty and actually reminded me of a chicken breast. Surprised at how well the packaging kept the sandwich warm. Didn't eat it until ~90 min from picking it up and wasn't the slightest bit cold. Would choose Chick-fil-A over all other chain fast food, because they seem to have better quality items.

Happened to be in the area, drove past the location and had to double back to find somewhere to park. Upon entering I was greeted by which sounded like the entire staff lol. No line so I was taken care of right away. I opted for. #2 original spicy chicken sandwich meal with a hi-c to drink. I was told to have a seat b/c I was dinning in and they would bring it over to my table. I absolutely love the service I received here. The ambiance is great and the establishment is very clean! My food was very fresh and hot, after biting into my sandwich and fries I caught myself yelling hot, hot lol. Would definitely recommend this place! Chasity was great and very friendly. Andrew Privitera I enjoyed my visit at this particular location! You have something special here!

First time trying breakfast. Had to look over menu but I chose the chicken egg bowl. It also has cheese and the tater tots. It was very good. You can also have this in a wrap too. Chicken was plentiful and tasted really good. May have to try breakfast again.

Clean and well-lighted, easy to read menu...

We had lunch here yesterday. I was glad to see Chick-fil-A open in Buffalo, though still far from home for us. But we were out that way yesterday. Went first to the one on Walden, but that was drive-thru only, and we wanted the restroom. So we made the trek to the one on Transit. I hadn't been to a Chick-fil-A since last time I was in South Carolina. Used to LOVE their cole slaw, but they did away with that many years ago. Employee yesterday informed me it will never be back. Sad. Anyway, I had the Cobb salad, and I recommend it. If I get there again, I'll have the Lemon Kale Caesar Salad. And I hope to try the side salad of kale and cabbage with a vinaigrette dressing. The "cole slaw" replacement. The Cobb salad is served with your choice of chicken nuggets, breaded or unbreaded, or chicken strips. I chose the strips. From the receipt, it appears beverage is included with the price of the entrée. The salad was large --large enough to bring near half home to finish later. The salad dressings were delicious: I tried both the avocado lime ranch and the garden herb ranch. While the salad was large and very good, and crisp and fresh, I must post a tip about the dressings: Bring your own. I went ahead and used the two I'd requested (you live only once and, because of the distance from downtown Buffalo, I might never go to Chick-fil-A again). When I got home, I checked the bottle of store brand ranch dressing in my fridge to compare with the packets at Chick-fil-A. Mine-- in serving of 2 tbsp is 12 fat, 110 calories, 290 sodium. Both the avocado lime and the garden herb at the restaurant, and I'm guesstimating packet size was 3 tbsp, averaged 300 calories per packet, 35g fat per packet, and 320 sodium per packet. Overall, it was a nice lunch and I'm glad to have checked out the local Chick-fil-A. But I sure do miss their cole slaw. P.S. Masks were not required, the employees did not wear masks, but social distancing seemed to be adhered to. The restroom was very clean.

I like this location because the line is never as long. The service is great and the employee's are friendly. Now I had no idea they even served Mac and cheese so I decided to give it a try .. It was a very pleasant surprise, the macaroni wasn't overcooked and mushy, there was plenty of cheese and there is something about the slightly burned top that got stirred in. This container for me was enough to do what I needed which was fill me up along with a bottle of water. It was nearly 90 degrees this particular day and I hate eating heavy meals when it is hot. If you haven't tried it give it a shot. It cam be substituted for french fries in a combo meal.

I stopped here on my lunch break, and I ordered the chicken tenders with the special sauce and it was crispy, tender and delicious, I also bought the waffle fries and you could tell that they were freshly made and hot, and I got the delicious and freshly squeezed and refreshing sweet lemonade, the entire meal was good and you felt appreciated by the staff

Great and simple chicken sandwich, especially for the price! Expect lines at the drive through pretty much at any hour though!

They are battered instead of just breading and the meat of the tenders is always perfectly cooked with a wonderfully crispy coating. They are served with their house made honey mustard, but you can substitute for another sauce (like buffalo sauce or blue cheese). There is a variety of ways to order the tenders (from an add side to a kids meal all the way to a large dinner with fries and coleslaw) so there is an option for every budget and appetite. Service is always attentive and friendly. We were greeted warmly by the host and seated immediately. Our server brought over the complementary popcorn when she first came over and she was very efficient with drinks, ordering and answering any questions we had. A great place for families (or really, anyone). Highly recommend it!

I'm guessing they are retired based on their conversation, and just doing a little day drinking in the afternoon. We are also retired and maybe that's why we ended up here today in the middle of the day. My husband ordered the Cuban Pulled Pork sandwich with homemade tuna macaroni salad! He raved about the delicious medley of flavors, the smoky pulled pork to the ham and cheese on a lightly toasted bun. His tuna macaroni salad checked all the boxes for him! I considered getting the all day every day, fish fry, but it's breaded. I did not order that because I prefer beer battered only. So today I ordered lunch special for $12.99 three Street tacos. Served on soft tortilla shells, chicken tenders were deep fried perfection, and nestled on a bed of lettuce, fresh diced jalapeño, bacon and cheese. Topped with Mexican crema, cowboy caviar. Super delicious. Our server was very attentive, informative, pleasant. She made us feel completely welcome. We vowed to add this into our rotation of favorite restaurants!

The Korean cauliflower bites were so flavorful and still crispy even with the sauce on. The ladies bathroom was very cute and deserved an honorable mention! I didn't have any drinks as I had to go to work, but I heard they were excellent and I believe the man who served us said one of their beers was award-winning! I'm sure you'll get the run-down when you arrive but if not just ask and they will break down their drinks for you. I ordered the brisket sandwich and subbed my fries with a salad, with the house vinaigrette. The salad was excellent and so was the house dressing. The pine nuts were a nice touch. The brisket had their Dr Pepper BBQ sauce which was delicious! My friend ordered the pork slider, also with that BBQ sauce, and enjoyed his as well. His fries were well-seasoned. My meal came with coleslaw, which was a hearty portion. I gave it to my friend as I'm not a big coleslaw fan. He was happy with it until the layer of sauce was gone (see my photo) and then he said it was dry and was confused why it wasn't stirred in. So I guess if you get the coleslaw, make sure you stir it first! I don't know much about coleslaw so maybe this would be obvious to others. Service was very friendly and personable. A good option if you're in Comfort Inn or a nearby hotel and don't want McDonald's or Pizza Hut!

Seeing as I'm a Yelp-er, they wanted me to find a spot I hadn't been to yet, even though I had eaten dinner already on my own. I had The Ridge West Seneca saved in my "Places to Try" collection so I said let's go. Overall, I cannot wait to go back and grab a meal here and try the food for myself! We arrive just before 8pm on a Saturday night to a large gravel parking lot that was pretty busy, but we still found a spot pretty easily. We walked in and the hostess was able to seat the two of us at a booth right away! Inside it was very spacious with plenty of TVs going, a bar on one side, music playing overhead. Indoor noise was elevated (it's a restaurant that has a bar, it's going to not be quiet haha) but the two of us could carry on a conversation fairly normally. Our waitress came over immediately to let us know she'd be a few minutes as there were a few other tables she was handling. Fine by us as that allowed my buddy ample time to look over the menu and figure out what he wanted. I saw the St. Patrick's Day-themed cocktail specials menu so I knew what I was ordering. Our waitress though - Absolutely wonderful! She was incredibly friendly, had great personality, and was really accommodating in splitting the check (I took care of all our drinks, my friend took care of his dinner). Our waitress did a great job checking in on us at the perfect time, we never felt pressured, rushed. I didn't order any food but my friend ordered their Steakhouse Strip off the "Large Plates" section of the menu, and boy oh boy, did that look amazing! The 12-ounce strip was cooked to a picture-perfect medium-rare with plenty of tobacco onions on top and around the plate, and served over a generous bed of mashed potatoes and asparagus, served with a small cup of their A1 aioli. After seeing that, I certainly want to come back and order food. My friend really enjoyed their meal, the plate was clean! As for me, I ordered two St. Patrick's Day -themed cocktails: "Sham Rocked Shake" and "Irish Good Bye". The "Sham Rocked Shake" was vanilla vodka, crème de menthe, cream, and chocolate syrup and curls - This was creamy, delicious, not overly minty. The "Irish Good Bye" was Three Chord bourbon, Aperol, Amaro Nonino, and lemon juice with a lime wedge - There was so much flavor in this cocktail, the lemon juice added a pleasant fruity 'punch'. Looking at the prices for these cocktails, I felt they were in-line with most other places and they were made well so no complaints from me. The Ridge West Seneca really surprised me! I've driven past it a few times and wondered how good it was. From our friendly waitress and service, the delicious cocktails, to the fantastic-looking food, I am impressed. I'm looking forward to coming back soon for another night of drinks and to try some food!

One of our friends brought her puppy and was thrilled to discover they have a dog menu. Such a cute touch! Overall, it's a great spot for groups, with a fun atmosphere, plenty of outdoor space, and solid food. No complaints here!

I called to tell the restaurant that we were going to have 30 people come in on a random weekday, and they were able to loop off an area for our party without an issue. The owner was very friendly and gave tips on the area as well as general, very appreciated life advice. Appetizers: we got eggrolls and garlic noodles for everyone. Solid egg rolls, and my partner liked the garlic noodles so much that he looked up how to recreate the recipe at home. It's definitely not something you see on a lot of Vietnamese menus, but it's such a unique, Vietnamese-American creation that I'm glad we were able to try it out here! Main course: I got a banh mi xiu mai, because that's something that's almost impossible to find on the east coast, and it was done exceptionally well. The bread (which I was told they bake fresh in-house!) was light and airy on the inside with a thin crispy crust on the outside. I also got an avocado smoothie, which was not too sweet-- everyone saw me get one, taste-tested it, and proceeded to order one as well LOL. Between the 30 of us, we essentially got everything on the menu, and everyone was pleased with their food. I got a lot of comments saying, "This is the best Vietnamese food I've had outside of California," and if you're in the know, you know that's a crazy high compliment! I wish I took pictures of the food, but we were too busy eating and socializing--which is a sign of good food I guess! Would definitely come back if I'm ever craving Viet food and am in the area.
