Fast, organized, clean, and friendly. The food was delicious and the employees called out names and orders which was nice because the person behind me was also named Michael and his food came up first. If she hadn't called out the order as well I'd be waking away with something else. The lady who ordered behind me had her name called before she even say down. She said, "that was too fast!" If I could give zero stars I would. I never felt the need to post a bad review on Yelp, but this definitely felt necessary. I've worked many jobs in food service and I understand when things get messed up. But after I asked to check on my order after 20 minutes have gone by and people who ordered after me have since came and gone and finished eating as well, I got yelled at and told "you just have to wait till your order comes up." This lady was extremely rude to me. I never ask to check my order until like I said a lot of time went by. I continued to wait until my flight was literally boarding. I asked another worker and showed my receipt that showed I ordered almost 30 minutes ago and finally got my fries and fruit (that is literally all I ordered). And I didn't even receive a sorry. I will absolutely never go back to this location. And honestly these employees need to check their place and just be decent human beings. I'm not even mad about having to wait, it was how I was so poorly treated and dismissed. read more

Disappointing location given Chick-Fil-A's industry service. This location is severely lacking. Only two people in line, none of the standard "my pleasure" greeting and the staff was sniping at each other. Pathetic!! First visit ever. I've always seen the people waiting in the lines and assumed that it would be pretty decent,,,, it was not. It was one of those occurrences where the item looked nothing like the photo. I had the traditional sandwich. It looked like the sandwich that you'd find at the end of the night that had suffered under a heat lamp until the shift ended, and it was sold to me to put it out of its misery. The fries were not crisp but very soft. Sorry no pics, I wish I did, just imagine underwhelming then keep going. I will try another location. Maybe the standards at the airport terminal are lower than the average restaurant and I should have adjusted beforehand. read more

Disgusting chicken and egg on a bagel. Waited 10 min with no update on what was taking so long until a pilot begged for info as he had little time. They claimed they were cooking the chicken. This is an airport, chick fil a. Figure this out! Finally got a soggy mini bagel with cold chicken and lukewarm egg and slice of unmelted American cheese (since nothing was hot enough to melt it. Yuck. $10 later. Thought you were cooking the chicken - why is it cold?? Poor pilot had to leave and never got his order. Avoid!! read more

Chik-fil-A food is always really good, and no difference here. The issue is with the service. I ordered from an iPad station during a relatively slow time (1:45pm). 20 minutes later, still no food so I went to the counter. When I let the cashier know the issue, her only response was "you have to stay at the iPad, sir". When I pressed, she said someone was just now leaving to bring it. I went directly back to the tablet, and 10 minutes later, I am still sitting here. Really? My suggestion would be to not order from the iPad. read more

The employees at this location are wonderful! Excellent customer service. We were actually sitting nearby when one of their employees came up to us to ask if our dog could have a treat... She came back with a WHOLE chik fila!! I think she was on her break since she just sat near by watching Rory enjoy her treat. It was just a very sweet act of kindness that made us smile AND our dog's flight journey I've heard tons of stories about chik fila employees over the years in different areas but its clear that the culture is embedded across all employees. I'm so sorry that I didn't get her name, middle-age brunette with accent is the best description I can come up with! I hope her superiors recognize the value she brings to this location. Airports are always stressful but this random kindness made us all a little more at ease with the travel day ahead. read more

I was here yesterday during transit and only had about 10 minutes to spare before boarding my next flight. I mentioned it to the cashier taking my order and she immediately informed her manager behind her. My order was ready to go in a bag before I even finished paying! This was just awesome! I really truly appreciated this and thanked them from the bottom of my heart. The girl (African American) was highly professional and so was the manager (middle eastern looking). Slowest chick fil a I've ever been in. Twenty people in line and one register open at dinner time. Manager felt it was more important to stock cups and lids on the line instead of working a register. And would have appreciated a TY or My Pleasure when I got my meal but I guess that's too much to expect. They definately lack the chick fil a spirit here. read more

Awesome customer service by the employees working Friday night, July 19, 2019. There was a thunderstorm sitting over the airport for hours causing cancelled and delayed flights. Our flight, as were many other flights, was delayed 7 hours, leaving at 1:00am. Most restaurants in the A terminal had closed at 10:00pm except for Chick-Fil-A. They extended their hours making sure everyone had a place to order food late into the night. Thank you for preventing hangry passengers. read more

What a beautiful sight for a hungry traveller at DTW! This was my second time trying this tasty fried chicken. The menu is very simple. To order you just say Chick-Fil-A and chicken until you get something to your satisfaction. I got the Chick-Fil-A Chicken with Chick-Fil-A sauce and chicken nuggets. I can believe the hype but not worth the absurd lines the new location in NYC recently had. The sandwich was very fresh and the chicken tasty and tender. I still think Popeyes has the best chicken nuggets on earth but this is a close second. read more

I work at the mall so I'm at Chick-fil-a almost every day and this was by far the most disgusting chick-fil-a meal I've ever had. The employees were very rude when I asked if they could accept my gift card, which by the way they don't accept Chick-fil-a gift cards. The chicken was cold and they forgot my cookie that I ordered but I didn't have time to go back because I was in a rush to catch my flight.
