Instead of trying to help, the woman who answered was rude and asked why we didn't call the night before. We explained that we did try, but no one answered. She still refused to offer a refund or provide the missing item. When we asked to speak with a manager, she told us there isn't a manager. Mistakes happen, and forgetting an item isn't the real issue. The disappointing part was the complete lack of customer service or willingness to make it right. For an $8 item that was never provided, a simple refund or replacement would have gone a long way. The food itself was average, but the customer service was enough that we won't be returning. There are plenty of other places nearby that value their customers and stand behind their orders. Based on our experience, we can't recommend this restaurant. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to correct a simple mistake left a very poor impression, and the staff could benefit from better customer service training.

The male employee appeared to be doing pretty much everything, while she seemed more interested in being on her phone. Seeing the same lack of attentiveness again this time was very disappointing. I worked as a server myself for over 7 years while I was in school, so I understand that restaurants can get busy and that everyone has off days. But greeting customers and acknowledging them when they walk in is basic customer service. A simple "Hi, how can I help you?" would have made a huge difference. Between the poor food quality this time and the disappointing service, we probably won't be coming back. It's unfortunate because we've enjoyed the food here before, but the experience matters just as much as the food.

Terrible experience with Juan, the VP of this restaurant. I had just come off a 3-hour flight, exhausted, hungry, and honestly just excited for Chick-fil-A to be my first American meal after traveling. I placed an order that included a sandwich along with other food, and when we received the bag, the sandwich was completely missing. I calmly went back to the counter to let them know, and that's when I was greeted by Juan. Instead of listening or trying to help, he immediately became defensive and insisted that I never ordered the sandwich. I explained that I wasn't there to argue and that I absolutely did order it, but even offered to pay for another one just to resolve the situation quickly. The way he handled it was extremely unprofessional, especially for someone claiming to be a VP. To make matters worse, I had also asked for cheese on two of the sandwiches, and when we checked the food, there was no cheese at all. No explanation, no apology, and no effort to correct the mistakes. After a long flight, the last thing I expected was to be talked down to and made to feel like the problem for simply asking for what I ordered. This experience was disappointing, frustrating, and not at all what I expect from Chick-fil-A, especially from someone in a leadership role. read more

Worst experience at this location. So I went through the drive thru tonight and it took at least five minutes before the driver thru person came back to help me. I mean we were directly behind the car in front of us and then I didn't see it anymore when I was done ordering. I get to the window And now I know why it took so long and why my order is wrong because the manager (short white female) was barlIng orders at everybody that no one wanted to put up with her. She was talking down to everybody and that's probably why my order is wrong. I didn't get my sauces, salad, or chickfale deluxe. And on top of it all my shake was dripping all over the cup. I was in this Chick-fil-A this morning at 10:26 am I wanted to order some breakfast but they told everybody there was no more breakfast being made because the moron who is taking the order didn't know what the hell he was doing. This Chick-fil-A got an f for service in the owner should be forced to sell his business because he's a moron. This was bad customer service at its best. Take some lessons from McDonald's. I called corporate to complain and they didn't even take my number so somebody could apologize to me. What a sorry corporation isn't it supposed to be Christian run what a bad reflection of God. I love this Chick-Fil-A! I frequent this location about 1-2 times a month, and every time I receive consistent excellent service and hot, delicious food. The spicy sandwich is my favorite, but I also love their grilled sandwich as well. And for breakfast I recommend the grilled egg white sandwich! Mmmmmmm! The people here are always friendly, which is to be expected at Chick-Fil-A. Even the owner comes out to the dining room to visit once in a while, which is a nice touch. Went into this location today, there were about 15 employees working (not exaggerating). Not one employee said hi or even acknowledged that we were even there! The person at the registered finished up with the customers in front of us then immediately went to go Gossip with one of the other employees!!!!
