Great location and friendly service... everything you expect from this fast food place... can I say they did great with the biscuits...

UPDATE: a very nice manager gave me a full refund this evening and apologized for the error. I visit this Chick Fil A at least once per week on my commute to downtown Dallas. We all know how five or ten minutes can make the difference in a commute. That said, I placed my order in the drive-thru : 1 spicy chicken salad w/no corn, no beans, 1 lg coffee w/3 creams in the cup, 3 sides of bacon. Lady handed me my food bag and said " have a nice day" - I said "I need my coffee" so she has to get the coffee poured, then hands me a bag of creamers, which I had asked to be added to the cup. Soooo, I park to pour the creamers into my coffee and notice there is no bacon in the bag. So I pull around, park and walk in w/my receipt and advise that I did not receive my bacon. Nice guy tells ppl In kitchen he needs 3 sides of bacon. So I wait and I wait. Another guy asks me if he can help, tell him that I'm waiting on my bacon. A lady standing next to him says "it's on the salad".. I asked why my 3 sides of bacon would be placed on my salad? I told them I hadn't even looked at my salad as I saw the container in the bag. So the 2nd guy asks the kitchen how long it w/take to cook my bacon - they say 2 minutes. So by this time 10 minutes have passed and I ask for my money back as I don't have time to wait. He asks if it was paid with cash or card (while he's looking at the receipt which shows it was paid with a VISA) advise card and he informs me that he needs the card to issue a refund. I told him that it was in the car and he says he must have the card to issue a refund. Seriously? $2.82 and you can't just give me a cash refund for food you've charged me for but did not provide? I asked if I could return later, now that I'm 13 minutes behind don't have time to run back to my car, bring receipt back in for the refund. He said yes. Once I got to work I opened the salad and there is SOME bacon on it but there is NOT 3 sides of bacon. And who wants bacon on a spicy southwest salad? So now, on my commute home I'll have to fight the traffic in and out of this location. AGAIN. So fun! read more

This Chick-fil-A drive through was super fast even with super long lines. They food was hot and fresh. I had no problems with making changes to my order they were willing to help make these changes. They location was also a plus because it is conveniently located by a outlet mall read more

As far as fast food goes, Chi fil a has it down to perfection. They train there employees to say please and thank you, and it shows. Only a few times have the fries been cold...very important to have HOT FRIES. But im still giving it 5 stars because the service far exceeds other fast food manners! read more

How hard is it? I asked for American cheese on my sandwhich. I get pepper jack instead. I ask for ranch - I don't receive it at all. I worked at CFA at a different location for 5 years. It's not a hard job. We stop at the Chick-fil-A nearly weekly on our way from school to church on Wednesdays. The food is always delicious and our order is always right. I'm reading a lot of negative reviews, but we have never had a poor experience here whether curbside delivery, or eating in the restaurant. In drive through please check your order before you drive off! We went to this Chick-fil-A today for an early lunch (10:30-10:40). We paid cash and we ordered three number ones, one number two, and one number three (entree only, 8 count chicken nuggets). We drove off and once we got to my brothers house there was no chicken nuggets. I'm frustrated because that was my sons meal and we paid for it. I really wish whoever took the order,or packed the bag was less careless bc it cost me money but worst of all I had a heartbroken boy who didn't understand why everyone else got their oder but he didn't and he had to take my meal which was not what he wanted. If I wasn't 15+ mins away by the time I saw we didn't have his nuggets I would have turned around. Dissatisfied by the experience. I really hope they get better ASAP! read more

This chick fil a is the worst one I have ever been too. I went to this location and ordered over 20$ worth of food and requested 8 ketchup packets. The employees refused to give me 8 ketchup packets. I ordered nuggets and a sandwich and fries which was being shared with other people. I was told this was too many ketchup packets. We are in a pandemic and people don't want to share ketchup packets to dip because of covid 19. I even offered to pay for the ketchup packets and was told no. I have never been told i could not have as much ketchup as i wanted. So I requested a full refund. They did refund my money but lost a 22$ sale because they would not give me more than 4 ketchups for a sandwich fries and a 12 count nugget. I will absolutely never return to this location. read more

This chick-fil-a definitely exceeds all stereotypes about chick-fil-a's. It's always such a joy to go to to a cfa and be greater with happiness and an overall sense of contentment. Cfa employees always seem to love their jobs and are the epitome of excellent costumer service. I once saw the employees of this cfa take orders from the long line of drive thru costumers in the rain. Donning a plastic poncho and soaked from the rain the happy employee still took my order, just oozing dutifulness. I've never felt so at home and well cared for as when I visit this cfa. This is one of the worst locations in the area. Somehow it's possible to mess up a single order twice. I ordered chicken tortilla soup and a grilled 8 count of nuggets. What I received 20 minutes later was chicken noodle soup that was cold and a four count of regular nuggets. After waiting for an additional 15 minutes at the counter for them to fix their mistake, the person that was "attempting" to assist me was no where to be found and my correction was once again forgotten about as well as food cold. If you want chicken, I suggest going to Whataburger right next door because they make it just like you like it. read more

I visit this Chick-fil-A at least twice a week and have always had great experiences! The employees are very friendly and my order never comes out wrong. The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious! During covid this is the only place I pick up food from because I know I can trust their safety practices and leave satisfied and safe. The employees are always wearing masks and gloves and practicing no touch payment and food handling. By far my favorite Chick-fil-A!! read more

Really disappointed in Service as well as the MOD today So went to grab a quick bite @ #Chick-fil-A Champions Center. Stood inside for approximately 7 min until I realized only 1 lady behind the register and a line full of small kids for their free chicken today. Decided I didn't have time to waste so I jumped into the drive thru. Only to be told (by my car clock 10:32am) they stopped serving breakfast at 10:30am. Really!! after standing in line for 7 minutes or so #Chick-fil-A Champions Center can't make an exception!. I usually don't leave reviews but when you get 3 mistakes all one day (especially from chick fil a, because they're like fine dining of the fast food industry) I get agitated. I ordered a large sweet tea and got a medium with large fries instead. My girlfriend got a deluxe with bacon and pepper jack cheese and got American instead. Super disappointed. Was told to pull to the side for about 2-3 minute hold. Well 10 minutes later an employees brings the food out saying he 'couldn't find me' when I parked where they told me to and they didn't put ANY of the sauces that we asked for. So had to eat without any sauces... read more

Definitely not the typical chick-fil-a. Drive thru is slow, service is just ok. I usually get the cool wrap and they are always much smaller at this location than others. Very disappointed as this is my closest location and I really enjoy the exceptional experience at other locations. read more
