Usually good chicken sandwiches, friendly service which they are known for. But when I decided to come in to order a deluxe chicken sandwich last night the quality of the lettuce wasn't at its best (check the images I posted along with this review). Parts of it were spoiled. In my opinion, if a customer is paying the extra charge for the lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese on their chicken sandwich (#2), as opposed to getting the regular chicken sandwich without the produce and cheese (#1), they should get the best quality produce. ...I even opted out of the cheese and pickles, so in essence, I paid extra for ONE piece of tomato given that I didn't eat the lettuce. I would've sent it back, and I'm sure they would've fixed it especially because I ate in, but I just let it go-- I didn't want to wait longer to eat. Limitation on sauces? What a rip! Been coming here for years and now you can only get two sauces per combo... That would be fine if the meals didn't cost so much. As a healthy eater, it's hard for me to find fast and affordable options. However, Chik Fil-A makes it easy for me ! Been a while since I've been back and I've been craving their spicy chicken sandwich. Got the upsized deluxe spicy chicken sandwich meal, asked for chick-fil-a sauce and honey mustard sauce. The cashier was friendly, professional and polite and filled he request immediately. They brought the meal to the table very quickly. The veggies were crisp and fresh, and the chicken was juicy and flavorful. Some of the fries were not very crispy, but that's how I like them anyway! I had back-to-back visits with subpar service & food issues. Yesterday, I was excited to try the new Mac and Cheese on the menu and so I ordered the item along with a Grilled Chicken Wrap. The crew member was completely distracted and would stop listening to my order while I was mid sentence and I would then have to repeat myself (once or twice wouldn't have been a problem but this occurred at least three times!!) I finally got through ordering and received my food, I thought "Hey, service was bad but at least food will be good!" But boy was I wrong! I'm not sure if crews making Mac and Cheese are still figuring out how to make the item, but my Mac and Cheese had a burnt top layer of cheese making the whole item gross enough that I couldn't even eat it. Food is always great, service is usually decent. Last time I went the service was not great and they messed up our order. Forgot suace even though we asked for it twice. Once at order and once at window. Then the milkshake was wrong. Not sure if it was someone new . But would like to see them work on this. Will still way there again but in the future will always be triple checking my order before Update: corporate office and the manager of the branch contacted me to go over my discrepancy and apologize. Everything else is fine but why am i getting basically regular fries in a large size fries box when i am getting charged for a large. Ive been disappointed twice now. This is the best Chick-fil-A in the area. The employees are very nice and helpful. The parking lot is small, and lines can get very long, but they are doing the best they can during the pandemic. I make an order for delivery using the app almost every week. On average, my orders are 90% accurate. Sometimes they forget sauce or napkins, but the quality of the food is always great. read more

I grew up in the bay area and I didn't really have access to any Chick-fil-A restaurants but I had always heard that the food is amazing. So whenever I'd come to SoCal I would give it a try. At the time I wasn't too impressed. I remember wondering what the big deal was. Back then I tried the wrap and Nuggets. Fast forward a few years and I now live in LA and have lots of opportunities to eat at Chick-fil-A. Now I've always heard your taste buds can change as you get older and that has been true for me (now I like grilled onions etc). My opinion has changed! To be fair, I do order different items now. I get the chicken deluxe sandwich, fries, and the frosted coffee (like a coffee shake) and sometimes the Chicken breakfast burrito. I cannot say enough how amazing it is! The sandwich itself is pretty basic, it's chicken, cheese, lettuce, and tomato. But the chicken tastes SO GOOD! It's nicely breaded and juicy and it's the perfect size. It's very flavorful. The bun is nice and soft and tasty. The fries are waffle fries, my favorite. I dip it in their ranch, which was great too. But oh my. The breakfast burrito. Think the best chicken Nuggets wrapped up in a yummy warm tortilla with melted cheese. It makes my mouth water. But I'd have to say my number 1 favorite thing is the frosted coffee!! This is coming from someone who hates the taste of coffee haha. For some reason I really like coffee ice cream. This frosted coffee is basically like an amazing coffee ice cream blended into a shake. It's smooth and creamy and just PERFECT! I suggest trying different things from the menu to see what you like, before you write it off like I originally did. 100% recommend the chicken breakfast burrito, frosted coffee, and chicken deluxe.
