I love Chick-fil-A just as much as the next person SO this is based on my experience as a local who works near by and comes at least 3 times a month... This Chick-fil-A is typically BUSY. The parking isn't ideal BUT you get super friendly service every time. The food in my opinion is a hit or miss. I constantly find the order being taken down wrong or I paid for the premium but didn't get it type of deal... I usually try to deal with it there but the lunch rush (11:45-1) isn't the time to do it so I kinda deal with it, which sucks... but WHATEVER. I'm not the type to drive back and go Karen mode so we're all goood. The lines go by pretty fast which surprises me every time considering the quality of food you get. This use to be our local Cfa when we lived in Fullerton. Actually this location was the 1st time we've ever sunk our teeth's into some scrumptious CFA sandwiches along w their yummy waffle fries that's seasoned lightly w sea salt. I drove to my original cfa location because i recalled they serve 10 count chick n minis all day. It's been awhile so i called them. To confirm before heading here from Yorba linda. Guy answered the call and confirmed that they do serve chick n minis all day. Came over on a Friday evening to pick up dinner for my kids. As usual. Drive thru line was crazy busy along w line to take carry out orders. Not too long compared to drive thru. For carry out, One door was where the orders are taken. The restaurant itself is closed Main entrance is where orders are picked up for carry out. I received my waffle fries. Noticed that the fries weren't full. Asked the associate Fernando if fries are served like this. He did say that some fries may have fallen off the fries holder and into bag, informed him nothing fell. So he offered to give me a new set of fries. Said i could save the other fries. Such great customer service. Took care of the situation right than and there. Got the 10 count chick n minis for my kids. They were warm & the nuggets were crispy. Their sweet tea is delish and so refreshing. Not overly sweet. Love coming here because the owner and the staffs always friendly and nice. Kids sometimes get free little stickers or booklets over the counter when ordering. Foods are decent here like any other locations. Their signature chicken sandwich is good, steamed hot soft bun with crispy fried chicken with pickle( do have Spicy one). Must get their waffle fries ( recommend ask for no salt), pair with Chil Fil A sauce ,so good . They do have healthy options like salads, grilled chicken sandwich , grilled chicken club or grilled spicy deluxe. Food sometimes might over- salted( because it's fast food, LOL) . Horrible service. One of staff (girl with black glass and braid) was swamping trash bag behind our table. I waited aside for her to finish it up and move the cart away. When she was finished and start pushing the cart to go forward the cart was keep hitting my feet even I was standing aside. She was looking other side and not even looking toward the front, and she probably felt that the cart was hitting something. I said "can you look front when you move the cart" and this girl didn't even apology and said " you can say excuse me" with attitude! Wow.. even next people from next table looked shock and said wow.. I followed her to the front register to ask for a manager. That girl didn't even have glimpse at manager and just went inside. I explained what happened to the manager, and she apologized for the experience and will talk to her. Not sure she will or did. I haven't been to this location for many years and will not come back. Once in a blue moon, I like to have an early morning breakfast here on the way to work. I am SO GLAD that dine in is now offered here! It had been far too long!! Food is always great. Sometimes a small mix up between their 12 piece nuggets and a 4 piece tender meal, but that happens. They are one of the few places that would rather give a customer an extra sandwich instead of tossing it out during a slow day. I usually stop here to grab breakfast before heading over to Disneyland for a day in the park. The lady working the drive-thru is really nice and pleasant. She tries very hard to spread happiness! Save time and order ahead on the mobile app. One time, I made the mistake of parking and going inside to pick up my mobile order. This plaza can get a lot of traffic in the parking lot during lunch time and can make it a long wait for a gap to back out your car. The food has always been great. Everyone is always so friendly at this location until today. Daisy was working the drive thru and was so busy laughing and staring at the car behind me that when she handed me my overflowing drink, it spilled all over me and inside my car. There was no apology. She took the drink back wiped it off and just kept smiling and laughing at the car behind me. Worst location. One salad and a drink was 14 dollars. No beans or corn per my request as usual. Ohhhh my goodness!!! The BEST cfa I've been to!! Simply due to the customer service of Josh, Val, and Berlin... talk about a dream team! Josh refreshingly greeted me at the drive thru and instantly made my morning. Val and Berlin were at the window and were so smiley and kind and generous!!
