Been going to this chicken fil a since it first opened (over 10 years) food is always good, but surprisingly had a less than stellar customer service experience this time. Walked up to the service counter (no line) and stood there for 3 minutes without anyone even acknowledging that we were there, let alone taking our order. I was about to leave, when a supervisor finally made eye contact with me and I asked "what's going on?" She then directed someone to take our order. I asked for no pickle and it was correctly documented on the receipt, but my sandwich came with pickle on it anyway. Not a deal breaker, but surprising for this establishment. read more

Placed a drive-thru order on a busy day, got home and didn't receive any of the items I ordered for multiple kids. My bad for not checking in the parking lot, but with the kids wanting to get home, their bad for not getting my order right... Called and asked for a refund. They said they could only give store credit under my name, which I protested because I don't come here often enough. Returned many months later (as I told them I'm not in this area often) and asked for the credit, but was told that their credits expire after two weeks. They are the only chick-fil-a in the area open right now due to renovations at the other locations. Given the insane amount of customers they are doing an absolutely amazing job!!! My only complaint is that they mark app orders complete before they are complete. I'd rather not stand among a ton of people waiting for my order to come out. Hopefully the other locations open back up soon so these young folks can catch a moment to breathe. read more

Went in yesterday for the first time, participating in the school fundraiser and realized how great this place was. There were so many customers, and lots of friendly helpful employees. I watched and observed the busyness, the place stayed clean the entire 2 hours we were there. CLEANLINESS IS PERFECT HERE! We only stayed so long because the kids were playing on the INDOOR PLAYGROUND, I love this FAMILY FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT. I seen employees catching anyone and everyone's attention when needed. I was quickly helped on the side when the line was busy, I just asked for extra bags and refill on our drinks before leaving. I wanna give BIG PROPS to the one in the costume yesterday!!!! Here's my beef (parden the pun)...there's a 'thing' about the pairing of the fried chicken sandwich and the pickle. A fairly big deal is made over this pairing. I, for one, think it is a delicious pairing. I just got to my car and went to put a little sauce on my bun. It's really hard to write a review for Chick Fil A, because regardless of which one you go to, you know what you're getting. Their food is absolutely delicious and they have a pretty wide variety of chicken and and chicken filled meals. They have excellent fresh squeezed lemonade and their dessert treats always hit the spot. The one major thing that separates Chick Fil A from literally any other fast food or drive thru joint in the country is the excellent service. I've never come across an employee who has served me poorly or had an "I'm too good for this attitude." Chick Fil A goes above and beyond in every facet of customer service, as well as care for their employees. In a world full of really really subpar drive-thrus and fast foods, Chick Fil A is going to draw you in and leave you feeling appreciated and not like you just slow rolled your way through a seedy drive thru for the 99 cent burger, with your hood up and sunglasses on hoping your friends didn't see you. read more

The only reason why I'm giving this place two stars is because one of the new employees, a young man, was very kind and kept checking on my son and I and refreshing our drinks and asking us if we needed anything. Now let's get to why I'm giving two stars. My young son and I walked in to this Chick-fil-A after doing some local shopping and were treated very poorly. We stood in line waiting forever for someone to acknowledge us and no one did. They kept looking at us but no one asked us if we were ready to order. We stood there for what felt like an eternity. After about five minutes of standing there waiting to order, a large group of teenagers walk in and immediately one of the employees (a young blonde girl) gets up and runs over to the cash register and starts trying to take their order as if my son and I didn't exist and as if we weren't literally standing right there. I felt like a ghost. They were clearly her friends because she was conversing with another employee about them and she simply ignored us. I immediately stated to one employee "Is there a line? I have been standing here for a long time and no one has taken our order." The young man looked very lost and then told the girl that was taking the big groups order that I was in line and I had been standing there for a long time. Without even looking at my son and I she said "I'll take you over here" and then took our order. This was some of the worst treatment I have had coming into a restaurant, let alone fast food, and trying to order. Clearly some customers are more important than others. And to top it off they didn't even put a toy in my son's kids meal and I had to get up and ask for it. Honestly the experience was absolutely terrible. Like I previously said, the only good thing was the young man that kept asking us if we needed anything and that's why there are two stars instead of one. I don't go often, maybe once a month. And every time I think "maybe this time they'll get my order right." Unfortunately they still haven't /: I do know their customer service is amazing, the employees are always understanding and want to make the moment right. However, I don't always have time to go back in and have them correct my order. Today they were so close to getting it right too!! I ordered (and paid for) a 12 count chicken nugget and they gave me the 8 count one, but I didn't have time to park and ask them to fix it so I just bit the bullet. I know Chick-Fil-A has had its political controversies in the past... but it seems like they are trying to make up for it. The location I visit in Granite bay does fundraisers for Make a Wish Foundation. This week they are granting a 4 year old her dream to swim with dolphins in Florida. I mean, when was the last time McDonalds did that or KFC or any other fast food chain? Besides political controversies the offer up and incredible menu. Since I'm still doing keto I'm able to order my breakfast, sausage, egg, cheese biscuit (biscuit on the side for my toddler.) For lunch I get a custom salad with grilled chicken and I love the avocado dressing!! I think our favorite part about our trip to Chick-Fil-A are the amazing workers! Shelby knows me and my daughter well and always greets us with a smile. Can't forget to mention the awesome play area! Came in to pick up a quick bite for lunch. Wanted something easy & not super bad for me since I'm trying to watch what I eat. Coworker suggested this place & glad she did! Working on Douglas & Eureka, I always seemed to forget what's down this way since I typically remember everything towards the 80 freeway. Arrived around 2:45p & found the place fairly empty. Must've missed the lunch crowd cuz there was no line. Was quickly greeted with a smile by trainee, Alex, & his trainer, Molly at the register. After contemplating between the grilled chicken & the chicken club which contained bacon (I'm a sucker for bacon), I decided on the former because of the lower calorie count. After all, I did want a healthy lunch option. Alex asked about the sauce I wished with my order, & I quickly replied "That one in the little packets". Molly responded "the honey roasted BBQ?" With widen eyes, I replied "YEEES! I love that stuff!" & asked for a few extra, or I could always grab them myself at their self-serve counter of various sauce & condiments if it was there. She assured me it was but said they like to have it already in the bag for my to-go order. Cool! Since I didn't order the meal, Molly offered a cup of water while I waited. How nice! They took my name & I stood aside waiting for my order, ice water in hand. Aaah! How refreshing! As I waited, it was noticeable how several staff were moving about the restaurant ensuring it was clean & tidy. I could over hear Molly reviewing how my transaction had gone with the new trainee & she sounded great! Once I got my order, I peaked inside the bag & sure enough, several packets of previously mentioned sauce were inside & it smelled DELICIOUS!!! To reassure myself I indeed had enough sauce for my sandwich (I'm used to at least 3!), I grabbed an extra from the self-serve counter which was also noticeably fully stocked! As I walked out, nearby cleaning staff wished me a good day. Of course when I got back to the office to eat, my sandwich was tasty & JUICY, like dropping juicy, just like they've always been. Consistency here is amazing. It's not just the great food that brings me back to Chick-Fill-A, nor the fact that they clearly post the nutritional facts on their menu board which I find extremely helpful, but the cleanliness & obvious care for their customers! I like coming to this location whenever I'm in the area they have a very great quality of food with very great taste The staff that works here are very friendly and very helpful they have the best milkshakes in town and during summer time they have peach milkshakes it's only a temporary flavor for the summer but the other flavors they have are strawberry cookies and cream vanilla and chocolate A lot of people also don't know that they grill the chicken it's not deep-fried which gives it that much for a better taste I highly recommend this location to anybody who likes chicken sandwiches and really great milkshakes I will definitely come back soon for future visits I look forward to my next visit here Soon in the future looking forward to it always a great experience read more

I orders on the mobile app and it took 36 minutes to get my food, they ended up running out of salad bowls and couldn't make my salad. They refunded me for a sandwich. I receive my food in a bag thinking it's all good to go since it's chill fil a they never tend to get your order wrong. I'm almost home and I check my bag at a red light and boom there's no dressing or bacon! I turn around and tell them the situation and they comp me with a new salad. They are starting to become my least favorite Chick-a-Fil-A. I visit here on my way home to El Dorado Hills which is about 20 miles from them. On my son's game day we ordered the same thing. Everybody in the car has the same thing. They still managed to give us the wrong order. I didn't go back because I was already at home . Then today I go there and the girl at the order window didn't get my order right. On top of that didn't ask me if I wanted sauce. I asked her she hands me two of em. She acts like it was a problem for me asking for sauce and correcting her for my order. I guess I should stick to Folsom by Home Depot. They are awesome! FYI- do not ever order from chick fil a. They won't allow you to order in advance unless you order from their catering menu (which doesn't have all the individual items available). You can't place an order ahead of time on the phone (I tried). You have to place a mobile order without any contact. They don't tell you on the mobile system that the order won't be prepared until you arrive at their location. Ok, so this has mostly to do with how the drive through service is handled. So whoever is supervising should read this. As I approached the drive through I notice several employees, maybe 4. One walked up to my car and took my order. I proceeded to the right as there were two drive through lanes. OMG what was the hold up!! six cars to my left went through, I guess they were still taking the order of the car that was at the front of my lane!! Why??! Furious and no way to bail!! After I paid I almost immediately was handed my food and still had to wait for the cars in front of me who ordered after me to get their order. Not a good lunch time experience. First off: the food and courtesy of the staff are on par with other locations - well above other fast food chains. Unfortunately this location is insanely slow for some reason and doesn't have proper room for the drive through queue to form. Today with one car ahead of me at the ordering menu it took 15 minutes just to get to place my order. Then it took almost as long to actually get to pay and pick up the food. That's not fast food anymore. There is definitely a demand problem as Chick-fil-A is very popular but there are only two in the area. But the Roseville location seems to be at least three times faster than this one. read more
