I order from this location fairly often through DoorDash and for a while it was a decent substitute to my preferred location on Pleasant Grove, but then the quality went down dramatically. Nine times out of ten the chicken nuggets are so dry I can't even chew them, I end up pulling them apart to see which ones are edible. Generally when I order grilled chicken they have grilled chicken on all the papers and receipts but I end up with breaded chicken instead. The soft drinks have very little fizz or flavor, and the frosted lemonade on both occasions was not blended at all, literally just lemonade sitting on top of ice cream. It's unfortunate because it was becoming a close contender for my favorite location but it just went downhill so drastically. read more

I am absolutely addicted to the new watermelon mint Sunjoy drink as well as the new watermelon mint lemonade personally I think the watermelon mint lemonade is the best one and the Sunjoy is the second best one. it is light and minty yet refreshing. This place is next to my work, so its a relatively easy stop on the way home from work. I try to limit how often I go there, but sometimes I'm starving and it's the most logical option. The staff have always been friendly and I've never had order issues. They obviously are well known for their chicken sandwiches and conservative backing. I recently went and the young girl in the drive through and was crying very loudly, essentially balling. The manager was there talking to her, so I am glad that whatever happened wasn't happening to her alone. It was really awkward though and not sure what happened or why it was happening there. hands-down, one of the weirdest and worst Chick-fil-A's I've ever been to customer service was trash.. the girl cleaning the table saw me put my water cup on the table. I go to wash my hands come back in my cup was gone n in the trash .. ok..I get my food, and the chicken nuggets were ridiculously tiny .. it was somewhat insulting that they were counting this as a nugget, or even some of them a bit.. anyways some were so small just 2 i know it's silly but i'm hungry lol and that's not ok ... I went back in there to get a different batch because clearly they were running out and just put scraps in there counting them as a chicken tender. lol one of the pieces of chicken was literally small and as thin as a quarter, and she tried to say that that counted as one of my nuggets like are you serious. The manager told me that there were 12 nuggets in there .. even after I showed her the one that she was trying to hide for me that literally looks like a quarter I'm not kidding it was as thin as a quarter and around like a quarter ... I just laughed it off and ask for my money back I've gotten this before and they've never looked so horrible. there have been numerous times I've come to this Chick-fil-A through the drive-through or inside and have been missing part of my order. I came in today and they missed a part of my order again I came back inside to ask for my grilled wrap that was missing from my order, and the employee started giving me attitude asking me to bring the food inside. there should not be this many complications. I went through the drive-through didn't receive my order. I came back around and the fact that I had to walk to my car get my food bring it inside and then receive my other part of my order is not acceptable. We recently used Chick-fil-A for our school's open house/auction fundraiser and they were so great to work with! We did pre-orders at our school, as well as purchasing at the event, and they accommodated our order even on their first day open after their recent remodel. The food stayed hot the entire time (they supply heated bags) and we were able to sell out of everything before the event was over. If you are looking to have food at an event for your school or sports organization this was a huge hit and we will definately be using them again! Used to go through the drive thru some mornings about 8am and I'd always be to work on time. I've been late the last 2 mornings bc the drive thru is so slow. Yesterday my order was given to someone else inside with the same name so I was asked to pull around to the front and the order would be brought out in "1 minute." I waited 7 minutes then went in and it was sitting on the counter. I wish these kids and adults running the kitchen put in the same effort as they do for their scripted lines they say to customers. I don't remember who it was but someone was talking to me about Chick-Fil-A breakfast over the weekend and when I passed it today, I couldn't resist hitting the drive thru. They have some breakfast options you don't see at other fast food spots. They have a greek yogurt fruit cup, breakfast chicken filet; grilled or traditional and even bagels. I decided to try the chicken, egg and cheese bagel. This is something I would have never thought to put together myself but each of the ingredients are a favorite of mine. It was a 7/10, I would order again. The bagel is a multigrain style, with a fried chicken patty, scrambled egg patty and one slice of cheese. I opted for the chick-fil-a sauce to dress the sandwich. It has about 160 more calories than an Egg McMuffin but was not as tasty. I however, did not feel like I had eaten something terribly unhealthy afterward which is great. I think next time I will try the egg white grill. Their website gives many options for breakfast combos under 400 calories. :) read more

Recently went to get a Cobb salad and the salad dressing was partially open when I got home. As I was eating the salad, some of it didn't taste fresh. Prior to this occasion, I came here and they forgot my salad dressing in the drive thru. As you know the avocado lime dressing makes this salad. Being that I'm from Hawaii, we don't have Chick-fil-A out here, so the very first time I ever saw a Chick-fil-A when I was working in in New Jersey back in 2011........didn't know what a Chick-fil-A was, so never bothered to go inside the restaurant to check it out. After missing that opportunity to try Chick-fil-A, in 2017 I finally made it to a Chick-fil-A, and now I can take this off of my "bucket list" of places to eat! Lol! Last week when I flew into Sacramento, my friend had picked me up at the airport, and since I came in during dinner time, my friend was gonna take me to a restaurant to eat...........as we drove to the restaurant that he was gonna take me to, we came across a Chick-fil-A restaurant. Since I've never had Chick-fil-A before, I asked my friend if we could skip out on our original dinner plans, and make a detour to Chick-fil-A, as I wanted to eat there. Lucky my friend was very accommodating with my request, and we pulled into this strip mall that had a Chick-fil-A, Upon walking into the restaurant, there was a long line of people waiting to get to the ordering counter, to place their food order. I waited patiently in line to place my food order, but I guess I was overwhelmed with the large chicken menu. Didn't really know what to order, so I ended up getting the Chicken Cool Wrap Combo........as I was thinking it would be healthier. What's in the Chicken Cool Wrap? The Chicken Cool Wrap came with grilled chicken, lettuce, cabbage, carrots, & shredded cheese, and you get a drink & waffle fries with the combo. My friend ended up getting the Grilled Chicken sandwich combo, the sandwich comes with lettuce & tomato, and you get a drink & waffle fries. What can I say about the grub? Shucks, next time I better do a better job of reading the menu..........like I said before, I was a little overwhelmed, as I think I was in chicken heaven! The Chicken Cool Wrap really didn't hit the spot for me, as I felt the wrap was kind of flavorless & "dry" tasting, and to top it off..........the wrap was "cold". I don't blame Chick-fil-A for this.......it's all on me, because I didn't read the menu carefully. Like the menu said.........Chicken COOL Wrap! Now what was I thinking???? Shucks! My friend who is a island transplant has had Chick-fil-A before, so he and his wife knew exactly what they wanted, and enjoyed their meals. I had made a mobile carry out order through the app and had to wait 25 minutes which is a lot longer than normal, so I asked an employee (Madeline) if they could check on my order. She goes to check and then doesn't come back to tell me, so I patiently waited another 10 minutes before asking a different employee who also didn't come tell me where they were at with my order. So when I saw Madeline again, I asked her if she could please tell me where they were at with my order. Madeline then tells me that when she had checked, my order wasn't in the system. So then I got retested and said "why would you tell me that?" And she gives me a dirty look and tells me to go order at the counter. So I got out to my car to grab my phone and I come back inside and she points to the deliver driver pick up and says "it's right there" with an attitude. As a former Chick-fil-A employee at the pleasant grove location, I can confidently say I know how things are operated and how customers should be taken of. They were calling out some carry out orders and placing others on a table mixed in with DoorDash orders and it was very confusing. This Chick-fil-A location needs some serious help when it comes to organization and the politeness/helpfulness of their employees. Our location uses a book called The Secret and I think Madeline should read that book. She should be retrained on the Chick-fil-A way. First off let me say that the chick fil a in Rocklin on Sierra college, and Folsom on Bidwell, and even roseville on pleasantville are ALL better choices than this location. After 5-6 attempts to think "they're just having a bad day" to realizing that they are just asses. Simple as that. I've had so many rude encounters with their staff who never say "you're welcome", chastise YOU when they mess up your order, and have an all around horrid disposition. I had to call because there was long blond hair in my daughters fries and in my salad and they treated me like it was somehow...my fault. Chick-fil-A is legit the king of all fast food. Their quality, service and food are on a higher level than any other fast food places around. I love the culture here; either they hire an amazing team of people or they just have a good training process for employees - but this is one of the most pleasant, welcoming service industry staff I have ever encountered. Service is very organized, quick and even though prices are a little higher than most fast food places it is still very affordable. Yes, their name explains itself - they mainly serve chicken in different forms sizes and shapes. The quality of their food is why you come back a second time; their chicken is not comparable to other fast food places. My personal favorite is the 12 piece chicken. I enjoy it because I do like to get my protein from clean chicken breast especially when I'm trying to do low-carb, low-sodium diet. My kids love the four piece breaded chicken strips and chicken nuggets, and also their sandwiches. This location has perfect drive-through which starts with two lines, also lots of parking area as it is located in huge plaza with a neighborhood Walmart and it's conveniently located on crossroad of Sierra College and Douglas Boulevard If you love quality and chicken then this is the place for you. read more
