First time ever at A Chick Fil A so I had high expectations, all were met! There were two lines of drive through so it went super quick. The person who took our order was so friendly and just overall nice. I didn't catch their name but they really deserve a raise or something. Anyway, the food. I ordered a chicken deluxe and large waffle fries with a lemonade. Sandwich was good i don't usually eat chicken but i actually enjoyed it. The fries were kinda cold so i was bummed but they were good the lemonade was nice too read more

POORLY NAVIGATED & NEGLIENT MANAGEMENT DRIVE THRU SET UP I have traveled and visited MANY Chick-fil-A and they all have the same set up. I have never seen such ciaos in this stores drive thru. We ordered our food in one line and then sat a the "stop" line for 10 minutes until we asked why no one was taking our payment for us to receive our food just to then be told that we had to get back in a second line and go around the building again after ordering, very poor management of drive thru. I am going to assume that the poor servicers where not given instruction to provide customers about the second line because they said NOTHING at all. Other cars where stopping at the "stop" line and the line was wrapped around the building which caused a lot of blocked traffic onto the side roads. A manager should have been MANAGING the navigation of drive thru or server should have been told to inform the customers that they would need to get in another line to pay and receive their order so that customers know what to do once they place their orders. This caused my food to be cold and you would think since it took an unnecessary long time my husbands order would have been correct but it was not. It would be beneficial for management or the operator to revise the drive thru set it is confusing and poorly managed. read more

This Chick-Fil-A is always serving up hot and fresh food! Just don't go at lunch time (12)... Or dinner time (5)... Because the parking lot is super small, and they are always so packed that people are parked on the grass. Unless you don't mind getting bombarded by a huge crowd at those times, go for it. Conveniently located to the interstate, this CFA was packed on the Saturday afternoon before Easter. The counter staff kept pace and managed to push out a lot of product and still keep a smile on their faces. I usually stop at Kingsland on my way down to Florida, because this town's gasoline is cheaper than going over into Florida. Lucky for me, there's a Chick-Fil-A near the gas station I go to. This Chick-Fil-A is a somewhat hit or a miss. Surprisingly enough, whenever I enter here there is always an employee sleeping at the table right in front of the entrance. I could understand if you had a long day, but do you need to sleep in the front of the doors? The staff, overall, is nice, for the most part. They aren't the fastest, though. The food is a hit or a miss. Sometimes the food is good and sometimes it is a sloppy mess. There needs to be a little quality control. The Dining Area is clean most of the time. I hope this place can improve a little, but I would still recommend this place to other people. read more

Chick-fil-A is one of the very few fast food places we still like to come. We made a mistake and ordered wrong meal. They upgraded us for free no questions asked and refused to take my money. I'm a loyal fan of chick-fil-a. This location is conveniently located and is very clean. The servers are the most friendly of any restaurant I've been to, especially drive-thru. There have been issues at this location which is why it has two stars deducted. The chick-fil-a chicken sandwiches are way too salty. I realize that they brine the chicken in salt water (or so I read), but it's by far the most salty I've ever had of any chick-fil-a location. The chicken nuggets aren't salty though. So it's something with the breasts they use for the sandwiches. And for awareness, I've eaten here at least 10 times with the salty sandwiches occurring each time. It's to the point where I'm ordering the chargrilled chicken sandwich now. My last visit, through the drive-thru, had me pulling ahead and waiting on a chargrilled chicken sandwich, after receiving most of my meal. It was raining and they were very busy. She asked me to pull ahead and wait about 2 minutes while it finished grilling. No problem. Several other cars also were asked to pull ahead. It took 14 minutes for me to receive the sandwich. Sadly, my girlfriend's food was cold. With it all being said, we still visit the restaurant on occasion and of course visit other locations whenever we're in different locations. They do have the best chicken sandwich, but this location's is just too salty. (A few other reviewers have commented on this as well) read more

It's clean, staff is nice, and your order is very rarely messed up. It can be very loud and very crowded during peak hours. So crowded that the drive thru will wrap around to the highway. This town could do with a much bigger CFA, or a second location. If you aren't a fan of loud children, this isn't the place to go. They're screaming all over the place (it's the only place with town with an indoor play place). read more

Don't let the long drive through lane discourage you, it means they are worth the wait in line. Or you can park and walk inside to a clean well run establishment. Although lunch time is chaos being so close to the navy base and lots of hungry customers, they are very patient and polite to every individual that comes in. One of the worst Chick-fil-As. Trash was not emptied and overflowing, the tea was made with local sulphur tasting water...so we threw it out. Condiment bar was so small and inconvenient I had to hunt for it. Decor was mostly hard chairs and loose tables....very few bench seats. Tables were dirty and not wiped at 4:00PM on a Saturday. The girl at the register did not know how to order a salad "without tomatos". Needs an overhaul of the interior and staff management. Don't get me wrong, normally I've been pleased with my experiences at Chick-fil-As and seek them out, but this one must have been skipped over when the "quality control corporate guys" made the rounds. read more

Our experience was punctuated by the staff serving a handful of young men in the US Navy.
