I love the service at Chick-fil-a and this location is awesome. Our order taker was so accommodating and polite! I am 8 months pregnant and have gestational diabetes, which makes eating out difficult. I looked up nutrition ahead of time to make sure I could find an option to meet my strict dietary needs. The cool wrap was a perfect choice for carbs but of course cold chicken is a no-go when pregnant. We had a backup in mind if they couldn't accommodate but when I asked if it was possible to warm up the chicken (or even the whole wrap is fine) our order taker was so awesome and reassuring that they totally could do that. And they did! Friendly, fast, accurate service. Kind of a rarity here in Utah, so I love how reliably awesome Chick-fil-A is. read more

What happened to customer service? "Apparently", the two lane's of the the drive through have different purposes. Mind you, they merge into one lane for pickup, making any designated purpose pointless. Anyways, I waited 10 minutes in the wrong lane to be told I would have to pull through and enter the correct lane if I wanted to order. So I'm now stuck in the middle of the drive through line, only to wait another 10 minutes for no food. Just take my order! Stop pushing garbage technology onto the customer. That suggestion is coming from a UX/UI designer...your app is trash! I downloaded it 2 years ago and have tried using 3 times. "Tried" being the important word here. I have a lot more to say about my experience and how I was treated but I can't fully express myself without using some choice words so I'm going to leave it here. Nothing worse than biting into moldy bread. I love CFA but this has me feeling all the gross things. I called the restaurant and gave them feedback, super kind and helpful response, though still a huge disappointment. Would also recommend the location get rid of the split lanes for mobile pick ups. I normally love all chick-fil-a locations but this one did not live up to their reputation. I ordered online (early) and went to the special pick up lane. They couldn't figure out which order was mine and scrambled to put it together. I drove all the way back to the office, up the elevator, and sat down at my desk to realize they totally messed up my order. I was starving, so I went back to the location to get my correct order. Yes we should learn our lesson and not go to the drive-thru anymore... or check before we drive away but without fail they forget part of our order. This location is always busy almost any time of the day. Don't get discouraged when you see the line. They are fast and friendly and well worth a little wait. The food at chick-Fil-a is always pretty good. I'm just really not impressed with this location. It was absolutely filthy inside of the restaurant. The tables were almost all dirty. There was food and sauces all over the ground. I went into the bathroom and the thing that's normally in the urinal was on the ground and someone had clearly had no aim. There was no excuse either because the register had been down for about ten minutes. Keeping the restaurant clean should be a priority. I was worried coming here after hearing how dirty it was inside from several other reviewers & friends but it looks like management may have heard the complaints because things were pretty clean. It's fast food so you aren't expecting a lot but the chicken salad I had was fresh-tasting and well put-together. The service was friendly (as always for a chick-fil-a) and the food came out quick. Dirty inside, everywhere. This pretty new Chick-fil-A doesn't have a thorough cleaning routine in the public areas, which worries me for the non-public spaces. We came on a Monday at 11:20, well before the busy lunch crowd (3 other occupied tables), so the mess isn't from today. I ended up with tummy troubles about 25 minutes after eating here - haven't ever had a problem like that after other Chick-fil-A's, so I'm guessing I picked up something gross while there. Front door glass smeared with days old handprints, foyer floor and rug dirty (dried mud), payment device had goo spread over a third of the screen (looking over at the other screens, they were also dirty with dust and prints); crumbs and dust throughout the seating area floor, seats, and divider ledges; sauce splatters on the divider signs and aisle sides of the seats. The bathroom has crud along the floor and countertop edges, changing station riddled with chicken crust, soap dispenser bottom broken off, and stall walls have giant, messy swipes. The bathroom counters, fixture, and mirror look like they haven't been wiped in several days. Because this site is so dirty, in a way that it's obvious they don't care about cleanliness, I will instead go across the street to PDQ where they have similar chicken options and are much, much cleaner. P.S. Their seasonal peach shake here is frothy (more milky than ice cream) and subpar for me; not worth the money. Taco Amigo is the place to go in Utah Valley for fresh peach shakes during August peach season. read more

We eat at Chik Fil A 3 times a week at least and will literally drive 20 minutes out of our way to not go to this location despite it being right near our home. I don't know what has happened to Chick-Fil-A--perhaps it's just the latest business to take a fall in Brandon's America. I cannot believe the downsized portion of basics like the famous Chick-Fil-A sandwich. It was literally smaller by at least 40%! I mean there is shrink-flation and there is getting scrooged. The prices haven't shrunk--oh no, prices are at least the same or higher, but you will be getting 40% less for it. We ordered an 8 piece chicken nugget and received 4.5 nibbletts so puny it was more like an order of battered chicken crumbs. Even the Market Salad had ground up chicken bits now instead of strips, all spread around to give the illusion of it being a chicken salad of Yesteryear. We paid $23 for 3 menu items, the equivalent size of 2. Some value. So ridiculous we will NEVER go here again. I don't mind paying higher prices--hey I get it's not 2020. But I will not willing get ripped off and that's exactly what eating here is now. The food tasted terrible as well--nothing like it should or once did. When the restaurant no longer cares but only to cut corners, the quality is greatly diminished. We were die-hard CFA fans during the pandemic but we have now deleted our apps. At this point, they should just go out of business if they don't return to standards because no one is going to go along with this. When you take advantage of your customers, it's 1 and done and they don't return. Must be why there was hardly anyone in line at 6pm. It was not busy at all and I didn't notice until after I ordered food and went to sit down how incredibly dirty everything was. I did not want to touch a single thing! I rarely complain and I almost always follow through and leave good remarks when deserved but this location was like a wolf in sheep's clothing. The Chick-fil-a name and food but so so dirty. I even didn't really want to eat the food and I had my three children with me! They couldn't play in the play place because it was blocked off after a child pooped (which I can imagine) but there weren't any kids in the store and it wasn't ever cleaned until we were ready to go. At that point after seeing the yuck all over we went to a park because I couldn't image the indoor play place! The gal who brought us our food dropped our fries on the floor and they were still on the floor 30 min later when we left. The food here was just as good as any chik-fil-a but what makes this location stand out was it's efficient service. I have never made it through a lunch time rush line as quick as I did here. I was grabbing a bite on my way to the airport and was running a little late. There was a pretty good line going and I wasn't sure I should risk it, but it had been over 3 years since I last ate chik-fila-a so i took the risk. Always polite and top-notch service. I have to give credit where credit is due. I come here every couple weeks to get my kids a meal. The drive-thru lions are fast and efficient. Even when there are tons of people at the drive-through, they find a way to get someone out there and keep the line moving. If you order a kid's meal and would like dessert instead of the toy, you can always swap out a soft serve ice cream for the toy book. I think this location is better than the one in American Fork, but that's just my opinion. Inside, it is always clean.
