Chick-Fil-A pretty much never disappoints however tonight was a pathetic excuse of service. I have been there during lunch rushes and super long lines and they can really crank cars out. From the time I ordered my food, it took a little over 10 minutes to even get to the window. I pay for my food, get it and start to drive off. As I open the bag as I'm driving my fries are cold. Seriously? I get home to find my chicken nuggets the same way. For the love... of you make some wait 10 minutes in drive-thru, you could at least make sure their food is hot! Being a new store does not qualify poor service and poor food quality! Love Chick-fil-A. We've been to this location a few times and since it's fairly new there have been a few hiccups with orders or things like that, but nothing serious. I'm honestly just glad there's a location so close to us! I normally order a #1 w/ a lemonade and lately I've been swapping out the fries for a side salad. I love the fries, but I want to feel semi-healthy sometimes. Dumb, I know. Decided to go to Chick-fil-A today to get something "quick" and on the go through the drive thru. Or so we thought. Tell me why we got there and they now have two lanes. A drive thru and an "express lane" which they both just merge into one (A waste of time). Anyways. We went through the drive thru and it took us nearly 30 minutes for us to get our food! When we went up to the window they had bags of food all over the place confused. Not sure what they are doing, who's bag is who or nothing. When we finally got our food, our food was cold. Enough to where my sandwich box was soggy. Lettuce was extremely gross at that point due to the heat. Didn't get a fork or spoon for our Mac and cheese, fries were cold and they didn't even get our order fully correct! Pathetic. TAKE THE EXPRESS LANE AWAY!!! Just a waste of time. The staff is very friendly and efficient. It was my first time eating chick-fil-a for breakfast. After looking it up online it looked delicious. When i got to my office I was disappointed in the food quality. I added a picture of my sandwich, which had a piece of chicken which was half the size of what is advertised. My coworkers food was missing a hash brown. Thankfully the chicken on his sandwich was a better size. I probably won't go back for breakfast. read more

First of all let me say that I am a fan of Chick-fil-A. To me that name has become synonymous with good food, courteous service and cleanliness. And I appreciate that they are closed on Sundays. Perhaps it was that level of expectation that contributed to my disappointment when I took my son-in-law and two grandsons there for lunch today. It started at the front door where the garbage can was overflowing. Inside the garbage cans were also at capacity and overflowing. After ordering we went to sit in the dining room and all the tables suitable to seat four that were not occupied were dirty. Literally all of them. I caught an employee and asked if she could wipe off a table for us. She courteously said she would, but then proceeded to refill drinks for a couple of tables before bringing a rag back to wipe the table. We ate, then upon leaving about 30 minutes later I noted that all the garbage cans were still overflowing and most of the tables were still dirty. Part of the problem is that they wipe off the tables just pushing the mess onto the floor. So then the table is clean but there is food debris all over the floor. This restaurant needs to learn how to manage their dining room. But the food was good as always! So shame on this particular Chick-fil-A, or its manager and employees. If the dining room and restaurant look like trash heaps, it makes the food much less appetizing. We won't stop eating at Chick-fil-A, but may avoid this particular restaurant in the future. read more

This is the second time that I've gone to this Chick-Fil-A and received old chicken nuggets. Probably from the night prior. I am a professional chef, so I know the difference between "freshly made" and "definitely too old to serve to customers". DRY. So much so, that they were actually hard to eat. Poor communication and long wait time. I haven't always had these issues at this particular location but as of recent this seems to be the norm. Today all the managers were in a meeting so they were short staffed which I totally understand but there was little to no communication from any of the employees to the customers. I totally get the stress of having so many customers to serve and not a lot of help to get orders out, but I would have had a better experience if there had been some sort of communication about the wait time. The food was slightly cold by the time I got it but honestly I was just more off put by the attitudes and rudeness of the employees than the lack of quality of the food. Anyways, I will always support Chick-fil-a but this location needs some work. read more

I am sorely disappointed in this location. They mistakenly gave me a spicey sandwich with open packets of mayonnaise. This mayonnaise created a huge mess in the car. The manager was unapologetic even though he did replace the sandwich and gave a free milkshake. This was hardly enough compensation for their disgusting mistake which caused me time, frustration, and wear and tear in my cat. I was shocked that he did not apologize even after I mentioned this. And I was shocked that this massive mistake happened at a Chick-fil-A. I will not be giving this location my business for the foreseeable future. My husband and his friend visited the Lehi Chik Fil A location this morning and had a horrible experience. They were picking up breakfast for their wives, both expecting and were not only forgotten but ultimately given the complete wrong order. They were told they needed to make fresh biscuits and to pull to the side. After 10 minutes without food, Ryan walked inside to ask about the order. He was then told they had given his order to someone else and needed to remake it. Rather than going off his receipt, they pulled up cleared orders and must have picked up the wrong order (perhaps with the same name) because they ended up with the complete wrong order. Not one item was correct when they arrived back home. This is unacceptable, especially when Chik fil A prides themselves in customer service. We will not be coming back and would strongly advise management to make some improvements. read more

I asked Zach Church at the end of the interview when I would be working and what not and he said a different manager would email me about it. 2 weeks past and still nothing happened. I emailed a them a few times and tried texting but I got no response. So I thought to myself if it's this hard just to get started I can't even imagine how hard it would be to get work off or my paycheck even. So I went and got new job in a week and this company is paying 2 dollars more an hour and are very flexible. So in total I recommend not applying here. read more

My daughter received a coupon for a free kids meal so we decided to use it. She got it from her school in Lehi. We sat through the drive through for 40 minutes. When we ordered I showed the coupoon and it was made known to me that if was for a different location but they would still take it, that it would still be free when we got up to the wondow. Upon getting there a kid who I believe was the manager (or so I was told) said he wouldn't. We sat for 40 minutes and couldn't even use the coupon we were told we could.
