IRONY - As I got from from my walk in take out order, not online, the good ol' fashioned one, I was thinking, "Chik-Fil-A is the only fast food place where I don't care the price because they always get it right." I get home, put on my movie, Castaway, pull my food out, my sauces (1 short tho) and mayo, ripped my sandwich bag, and this looked like a good one. I pulled my dog's skinless nuggets out of the bag and they are FRIED. Jesus!!!! I had my dog in my hand when I ordered and even commented that I have to give him the skinless, not fried. Now I worked 63.5 hours this week. I didn't eat well all week, a pb&j, chips, stuff like that. So Saturday I wanna get a hot meal. I tell my dog, "We're gonna get chickies," and he gets all excited. So now I'm home, my food is gonna get cold, I call they say they they can credit me, but my dog wants his nuggets and I want to eat with him! So I take my entire order back, minus the drink and sauces... The snobby, arrogant, condescending jerk of an employee, black shirt, asked to help me, I said, "I already talked to the girl on the phone, can I just get this made right?" He snobbily says, "Well why can't you tell me." I said, "Look, I don't wanna do this all over again, please just give me the correct order." He says, "I'll just give you a refund," and he snatches that beautiful chicken sandwich and slams it in the trash. I woulda totally taken that as I am starving as I'm typing this. So here I am at 9:45pm on a SATURDAY, after WORKING A 63.5 HOUR 5 DAY WORK WEEK where I don't get cute little 15 and 30 minute breaks! Getting treated like trash by a Zoomer that needs a 15 minute break every 2 hours. This is after having 2 previous refunded orders in the past 2 weeks from 2 other fast food places. Swear I'm not a Karen, at Wendy's I asked for bacon on the side (for my dog), it was, BUT THEY ALSO LEFT IT ON MY CHICKEN SANDWICH (I don't eat beef or pork.). Then at Jack in the Box last week, I ordered the good Chik-Fil-A style chicken sandwich and I get 15 minutes down the freeway and it's the $.99 patty but they charged $10!!! That speaks to this new $12 meal with horrible service trend in fast food now. Chik-Fil-A is now considered part of that ghetto service S-hole. Congrats... you got too comfy. read more

Love chick-fail-a sauce and I usually go to the one in Tampa, but they are closed today for some reason. Drove 2 miles to this place and was told that I can only have maximum of 7 sauces. Really? Never heard of that before. I ordered 2 spicy deluxe, 2 eight piece nuggets, 2 orders of large fries. You're telling me I'm supposed to use just 1 per item? Got my order through drive-thru, then park my car somewhere and counted the sauce to make sure I was given at least seven, but only receive 5. Had to go inside to ask for sauce and was given 2. Wow. I just went this location today at 9:30 pm at drive thru. Always the staffs outside to taking orders for drive thru are super nice. As you the customer where ever to go fast food drive thru some are nice ( just ok) or some are very rude. But whenever i come this location they never disappointed me. And at the window the staffs are very nice and friendly. It is not easy to work at fast food restaurant to serve people who can not wait for minutes. I wanna give them 10 out of 10 points here. I hope the corp office management team see my review and praise and encourage them. Got nice service and best quality food. Thank you! This Chick-fil-A was average. The people were kind there, but made me and my mom feel embarrassed. We were doing a challenge where we order the same thing as the person in front of us, and they made such a big deal about it, when other restaurants that we went to didn't. Not only did we have to wait in line to get nothing, ( it wasn't the servers fault he was very sweet about the situation) but I had to wait in line a second time for another 15 minutes to get our order. Considering that not everyone does this challenge everyday, I give them major kudos for figuring it out. They are hardworking people in the end of it. Also, it looks great from the outside, and probably looks great on the inside. Then, we ate our food. We got a plain chicken sandwich, a spicy chicken sandwich, a 12 pack of chicken nuggets, waffle fries, a lemonade, and a Powerade. The lemonade and chicken nuggets were pretty good, but could use some work, the waffle fries needed salt, the plain chicken sandwich had no flavor at all, and the lettuce on the other sandwich was obviously not fresh. We didn't drink the Powerade because it has SO much junk in it. As far as Covid safety precautions go, it wasn't great. They were standing right in front of our car while taking our order , when we had our window down. It's like they didn't know that there is a deadly global pandemic going around. Consistent with most of other fast food restaurants, the drive-thru line is out the driveway. You think that with app-based ordering for curbside pickup would help, but it was like a drive-thru itself. Unpleasant experience for sure. Food quality was below average. I ordered chicken sandwiches (1 spicy and 1 regular) with two side of waffle fries. The chicken sandwich was decent (a little dry if you were to ask me), but the waffle fries were mushy (definitely not enough time in the fryer). To top it off, no ketchup. This CFA is pretty much like every other one. On a Friday evening at about 5pm it was busy - I went in, ordered, and got my food in a timely manner. I paid the same as I would have at any other CFA. I used the bathroom - it was in decent shape. No big, crazy issues to report. Solid is a word I'd use to describe my experience. And - let me tell you... FREE COOKIE WITH A YELP CHECK IN! Came here for the first time. I live in Downey and don't frequent this way but figured I'd stop off and grab some grub for the long trek back home. Pleasantly surprised to find just off the freeway a chick fil a. Had an option to get Wendy's but my gut was to maybe eat a bit more healthy so opted for the chicken. Line was long but was speedy. A young lad named Alex ,I think, took my order and was pleasant. The young people in the drive thru got my order correct which is always a fear of mine especially since I hadnt checked it until I was grubbing on the freeway. This place is Okay, not my go to or favorite spot. Waffle fries are cool. I wouldn't write home about it. The sauces are weak. An update: Was in here for breakfast last Friday and had a good experience. I ordered their bacon egg and cheese biscuit meal with a peach milkshake (which is seasonal and due to go off-menu soon) and I must say that they put McDonald's, Wendys and Carls jr. to shame with their biscuits. The biscuits are large, flaky, and delicious! Plus they give dipping sauce with their hashbrowns! I will be hitting this site for breakfast from now on! Today was their opening day! So my husband and I went in really excited to check the new restaurant. We walked and got helped right away! There wasn't any line at all! But the lady that rang us up had a hard time getting our order right the first time. She kept getting distracted by her co workers talking and even someone else calling her attention while she's still taking our order. We finally got our order and went home to discover that our order was incorrect. We asked for a deluxe with Colby jack cheese and no pickles. We got a deluxe with American cheese and with pickles! So I ordered food from Postmates and I was waiting for over half an hour and it said that my driver was still on the way. Next thing I know, I get a call from the driver and she's saying that they are refusing to give her the food because "somebody else picked up our food" and they refused to remake our order. The girl we were speaking to was speaking in a confident and happy voice said " oh, we'll we can't remake your order". Her name is Kimmy btw. Drive thru is always packed but they have a great system so the lines flow. The staff are always super friendly and helpful too. I had the small size which cost just under $5 after tax which is not too bad, but a little more than I expected. But you get what you pay for so I don't mind the cost. Wow has this place really gone down hill. In the past year or so, the quality of service has dramatically gone down here. Hi just figured out the reason why. It's ran by nothing but college kids. Very rarely do you see anyone over 25 here and it shows in the lack of planning for this location. Idk who the manager is but do better. I work near here and drop by a couple times a week for breakfast. This is around 8:30 in the morning and on multiple occasions they have not had coffee brewed. Over 8 times I have placed a mobile order only to be told "it's going to take 11-15 min for the coffee to brew". How do you not have coffee brewed at 8:30? Like? This is poor management because it's pretty common sense to maybe brew coffee continuously in the morning. Aside from the coffee issue they also run out of other things periodically like salsa, sauce, etc. This tells me that the manager isn't anticipating the customers needs. There are computer systems that tell you if you need to order more of an item or are running low. Seems like they don't read their reports here. I really have given tons of chances but time and time again I get let down and the staff doesn't really care. You seriously need to get a new manager and restraint staff because there is no sense of urgency nor care for people at this location read more

Staff on register asked my name to check on my order and told me it was being worked on. 10 minutes later Mark asks me my name and checked to find my order on the register, apologized and said they're making my order now. The workers are friendly however they always forget something in my order & I CONSTANTLY need to remind them, like every time I go there, theres always something missing from my drink to a food item. I went there this morning & they hand me my bag of food & then I had to remind the guy about my iced coffee. And then remind him of my kids orange juice. Would be nice if their restroom was cleaner but I was desperate after driving down from NorCal 6 hours and needed to relieve myself in a big bad way. The only place I found to hook my purse and keep it off the toilet paper and urine drenched floor was that sanitizer dispenser.
