You can never have enough Chik-Fil-A locations. Im glad they opened another location in Northridge close to CSUN. This location is smaller than the other Chik-Fil-A location on Tampa Ave. The dining area is half the size so it feels a little cramped when the place is packed. I was parked to wait for my food and it seemed like everyone was being helped but me. I was getting a little upset because two people came to check on me and said they were going to check on my order. I had to call for them to bring my food out. The young lady that brought my food out was really nice and definitely cared about making things right. If I can leave her a rating alone I would give her 5 stars for customer service. Overrated fast food joint. Eaten 2nd time it has confirmed. Spicy chicken- not spicy at all. Added their cheap hot sauce. Fries - good but not a wow Chik fil sauce- great Nuggets - good but really small. Better just buy another sandwich and split it. Overall for family of 4, spending more than $50 and serving is really small ( not enough for hungry appetite) for fast food is overrated. Parking and dining is limited. My brother and I picked up some lunch for the family and I, voluntarily, got their Spicy Southwestern Salad again. It was delicious, but it was also incredibly difficult to refuse ordering a Spicy Deluxe sandwich. I cried inside a little. Anywho, the service was very efficient. The double line was almost out the driveway of the plaza, however the workers had a system where they would tell us which car to follow to continue the line when it was time to pick up the food from the window. The food was delicious as always. Their unsweetened tea/lemonade "Arnold Palmers" are my current jam. I love it. I'd recommend this place if you're close to the area. Had to write a review for the exceptional service I received at this place. Someone was in training, did not catch their name but him and a visiting manager I assume really helped me out a ton. I ordered a meal and wanted my fries to substituted and when it came out, it wasn't subbed and I still got the fries. It was never caught on the receipt either but when I approached the two, they still made it right and offered me my substitution for free which made me really happy! This already made me pleased and could've been the end of it but after my meal was basically finished, the worker in training offered me an ice cream cone as another apology! Went out of their way to make sure I was pleased, was really thankful! I don't usually make reviews about fast food places but had to make one after my experience here. Wish I got their name but really did appreciate it! He was an older looking gentleman compared to the younger workers here but that really made my day. read more

Basically, last week my son picked up a drive-through order and the chicken sandwiches. They were all raw chicken so when he got home I have called the store and left a message because no one answered their phone call not only serving Rob Food route chicken, which is pretty easy to poison people with salmonella and they have on record that one. Customer died from eating chicken last year at the Tampa location in Northridge not only bad chicken under cook on top of it. Went through the long drive thru line, patiently since it was lunch rush hour. Got home, to find out my son's order of 6pc chicken nuggets was only 4. To make things worse, my son's french fries were placed upside down and scattered in the bag. We came here for lunch today and man were the drive thru lines busy. I figure it would be better to just go inside so we had to find parking. Even though it's in a big plaza, it was hard finding parking around 1pm since a lot of stores are in this plaza. When we walked in, there was a line and all the seats were taken inside. The place is small, so if you want a better chance of getting seats then you should go to the Northridge location. We ordered the chicken sandwich club and fries. IRONY - As I got from from my walk in take out order, not online, the good ol' fashioned one, I was thinking, "Chik-Fil-A is the only fast food place where I don't care the price because they always get it right." I get home, put on my movie, Castaway, pull my food out, my sauces (1 short tho) and mayo, ripped my sandwich bag, and this looked like a good one. I pulled my dog's skinless nuggets out of the bag and they are FRIED. Jesus!!!! I had my dog in my hand when I ordered and even commented that I have to give him the skinless, not fried. Now I worked 63.5 hours this week. I didn't eat well all week, a pb&j, chips, stuff like that. So Saturday I wanna get a hot meal. I tell my dog, "We're gonna get chickies," and he gets all excited. So now I'm home, my food is gonna get cold, I call they say they they can credit me, but my dog wants his nuggets and I want to eat with him! So I take my entire order back, minus the drink and sauces... The snobby, arrogant, condescending jerk of an employee, black shirt, asked to help me, I said, "I already talked to the girl on the phone, can I just get this made right?" He snobbily says, "Well why can't you tell me." I said, "Look, I don't wanna do this all over again, please just give me the correct order." He says, "I'll just give you a refund," and he snatches that beautiful chicken sandwich and slams it in the trash. I woulda totally taken that as I am starving as I'm typing this. So here I am at 9:45pm on a SATURDAY, after WORKING A 63.5 HOUR 5 DAY WORK WEEK where I don't get cute little 15 and 30 minute breaks! Getting treated like trash by a Zoomer that needs a 15 minute break every 2 hours. This is after having 2 previous refunded orders in the past 2 weeks from 2 other fast food places. Swear I'm not a Karen, at Wendy's I asked for bacon on the side (for my dog), it was, BUT THEY ALSO LEFT IT ON MY CHICKEN SANDWICH (I don't eat beef or pork.). Then at Jack in the Box last week, I ordered the good Chik-Fil-A style chicken sandwich and I get 15 minutes down the freeway and it's the $.99 patty but they charged $10!!!
