So i visited this chick fil a on Thursday and witnessed an employee (who gave the name heather) and a customer fighting. The customer ultimately stormed out of the restaurant and slammed the door into the table in the doorway. It definitely made a scene. This is not the bad part though. I returned again today to have my dinner and the employee from the fight the other day took my order. Her name tag said Amber though. I thought this was weird and asked where Heather was. She said "oh she just fired a couple days ago because she got a bunch of customer complaints" and then laughed. I don't think she realizes that i was there a couple days ago. So this girl amber told the customer the other day that her name was Heather. And now this Heather girl is fired??? And it gets worse. I'm sitting eating my food and 'Amber" sits down with some other employees and they were all talking about this heather girl. this amber girls says "don't tell anyone but i think im the reason heather got fired, because every complaint i took, i told them my name was Heather." Did she not realize i was sitting one booth away from her?!?! I am so offended as a customer that this is a manager that is working at chick-fil-a (a company i look highly at). I feel so bad for this heather girl. I mean maybe there is more to her getting fired that i will never know, but as for what i heard from Amber, heather didn't deserve to be fired for "a bunch of complaints." You need to have a serious talking to your managers and apologize to heather for making a rash decision. I'm mad at myself i didn't call when i first witnessed the fight, however i didn't think the girl would lie about her name. wow! Don't go through the drive thr. Wait till COVID19 is over and order inside. There's a creepy off duty LA officer line patrolling (preying) on normal tax paying families to get outta the drive thr line if you for God sake slide in the wrong line... Burger vs. Chicken fila line. Flashing his badge and all. Seriously. Had my kids crying. No one in line cared but him. The drive through entrance is next to In N Out burger so it's very misleading. Employees at Chikfila didn't seem to care that it's a confusing drive thr. I hope this officer feels like a BIG shot for his line patrolling contributions and scaring 7yr old twin girls and spreading COVID19 spores on more innocent lives. I went this morning and let me just start out with saying how disappointed I am. I have been to a few different locations and every time I get the nicest staff and an overall great experience. This locations staff was so terrible the drive through lady taking my order was so snappy as well as the lady handing me my food. A simple your welcome wouldn't kill you ladies. I know it was early but come on the way you handle your customers can effect their whole day and you have no clue what people are dealing with, other than your shitty customer service. I love Chick-fil-A but this experience ruined it for me. We literally had a hair on our fries which caused my little sister to immediate start throwing up. We confronted the manager and they tried to convince us that the hair was ours!! My sister and I have long blondish hair and the hair in our food was short and black. No way it was my boyfriends hair either. My sister said she will never come to Chick-fil-A again. Apart from that no one asked if we needed refills or anything like we always do. We wasted over $40 of food because we couldn't eat after finding that hair. We were so disgusted and not one an apology or even an offer to remake our food. What a shame. read more

Had dinner there after xmas shopping at the mall. Was worried when we saw the line but in n out's was longer so we stayed. We are certainly glad we did, the line moved quickly and the staff was amazing, even though we had 4 different orders Emma did a great job taking the order and Steve, I think he was the manager, was fantastic great service & he even helped us carry out some of our bags to the car!!! First time in a Chick fila but we will definitely be back. My brother mentioned using yelp to let other people know about how great your service is. So I signed up & yours is my first review! This is our favorite Chick Fil A! We actually live closer to another location but prefer to come here. We get better service here than most full size restaurants we go to! Someone is always coming by to refill our drinks, or bring more sauce. We never have to get up, they even throw away our trash. The friendliest staff of any place we've been to, have NEVER gotten our order wrong, and are always working hard to bring out food out promptly even when it's packed. Love it here! read more

Chick-fil-A in Ontario is located right next to In-N-Out -- I can't help but wonder what the thinking was when they set that up! Tried the classic chicken sandwich and waffle fries, and both were solid as always. The restaurant was clean, and staff was friendly and efficient. Definitely a convenient spot if you're craving Chick-fil-A, though it's funny having it right next to a burger rival. read more

You can never go wrong with the guest service at chick-fil-a and I can't forget about their waffle fries... Ugh to die for. They have a variety of sauces to go along with your meal but the one that fills your taste buds with flavor out of all of them is the chick-fil-a sauce. It is a must have. Christine Garcia manager/owner is horrible and condescending and when I asked if she offered a military discount I was answered with a smug tone and she said only gives free food to law enforcement. All Chick-fil-A's have the same menu, what sets this one apart for me is the staff. Super friendly, great energy so much so, that even though the line for the drive thru was long they still made me breakfast because I was in line before the 10:30am cut off.
